Overall a decent hotel. The location is pretty convenient, not very far from MTR. A 7-Eleven is basically on the opposite side. Upon checking in you are made to pay a 500 HKD deposit. ✅The room (I got number 1002 with a view on Des Voeux Road) was incredibly spacious (as was the bathroom) which is rare in Hong Kong. There's a nice kitchinette: a sink, a microwave oven, a fridge. I liked the sitting area with a mini sofa a lot, it was very comfortable. 📛Drawbacks: Relatively slow internet Toooooo high pillows (neck pain and stiffness, anyone?) Mould in the shower, black hair on the floor. All in all, I would still recommend this hotel as it's roomy and conveniently located, the staff was friendly.

Fantastic hotel! Its a really spacious room and a king size bed! I had a lovely stay. Easy to get to right next to a tram stop.

Big room very clean and well located. Best room i found in HK.

Over All is good and not bad. If the room rate can lower a little bit that will be perfect,

15 minutes walk to Central and 6 minutes walk to Subway. Honest price for a good location. Room very large for HK standard. Given the price I would choose it again if don’t mind to walk a bit to Central.

The hotel is very good and quiet. The only thing I didn’t Like is that they take a deposit, and after months I didn’t get it back. The room was ok, so I don’t think this was the problem. Can you give me my deposit back or an explanation of when I will get it? Thank you

Modern and stylish rooms. Good location. Close to the metro. Thumbs up. 

The hotel is in a great location, near everything you need. The room is surprisingly very spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly and ready to help with any question. I will stay at this hotel next time

酒店服務可以。離地鐵站10分鐘路程。基本房間設備也有，牙刷要自備，或可向接待處購買。房間隔音不好，能聽見鄰房的電視機聲音。

性價比好高，房間好大，係比想像中大好多，基本設備仲齊過好多港島區高級酒店，前台服務員好有禮貌，最緊要係呢個價錢已經享受到，好抵呀！

整體上滿意，地方比較難搵，個門好細，如果唔定位，你肯定忽視咗個酒店大門。我book嘅豪華大床🛏️房，去到2張單人床拍埋一齊😂😂😂，算啦，係訓得無咁舒服姐。 疫情後，發現附近嘅茶餐廳少咗好多，交通方便。張房卡，入lift拍卡就真係無言，感應差，搞到我來來回回行咗2-3轉😓不過健身室收9點，有滴失望😞。

위치도 좋고 가격대비 다른 홍콩호텔에 비해 방이 넓고 깔끔해요!!! 바로 앞에 트램은 정말 잘 이용했어요 다만. 3층에 묶었는데 청소하시는분들인데 직원분들인지 아침 7시경부터 밖에서 너무 크게 대화하셔서 매일아침 저절로 강제기상했습니다 그건 좀 개선이 필요합니다
