The location is about a 10-minute walk from Tennoji Station. It also has excellent accessibility to Abeno Harukas, Q’s Mall, and Shinsekai. The staff are very friendly as well. However, it was disappointing to find hair in the unused bathroom and mold on the bathroom wall. Breakfast is priced at 1,000 yen, but the food is just average.

It is good hotel for business trip or for travel. The location is nice, arround by many temples, shrines, and food street. Staffs are friendly, however they are not much good at English. Breakfast buffet did not change everyday, so I stayed there 3 nights and had the same breakfast menu for 3 days

the location of the hotel is great, near to the JR station, but the check-out time is a little early

Friendly service with good English at reception. Location slightly far from metro station. Very near to zoo and Osaka tower. Free Japanese style public bath.

The hotel is around 10 minutes walk from Tennoji station but there's no shelter from the station. The stay includes a free buffet breakfast, welcome drinks (evening) and hot spring bath. You also get to choose your own pillow and some additional amenities. Overall it's good value for money.

It was nice and clean hotel but a bit far from the train station. Good food and with onsen.

Staycation worthy! The room is cozy, food is good and the onsen is a plus points. It is also very accessible to the train station tennoji and other parks and tour destinations.

如果你的預算在200-300，並且不需要住在梅田鬧市區，那麼你可以每天都定這個酒店，天王寺的位置完全是我的菜，日本地鐵巨巨巨方便酒店附近有地鐵口就沒事。 同價位沒想到酒店內置浴場，規模不大但我很需要，跑了一天晚上泡一下真的很舒服😌，就是男女時間區間制，你只有在規定的時間裏去泡。 整個酒店附近的環境很愜意很適合感受，不吵鬧不寂靜，是生活的味道。

위치는 지도로도 봤지만 조금 멀어요 욕탕 기대했는데 시간이 안 맞아 못 가봤네요 수전과 변기 물 내리는게 너무 뻑뻑하고 욕실문 손잡이도 나사가 보였습니다 침대는 푹신하고 좋았어요

最後一晚選擇了換到了這家住 因為價格變便宜了 衹要310。服務感覺比東橫要好 畢竟是smile hotel 。離天王寺地鐵和jr稍微有點距離 拖着行李走一一小會 旁邊一家好大的全家 還有天王寺公園 有sugi葯粧店 就是這家品牌不齊全 要注意了 比如canmake excel等品牌都沒有 房間雖小 但是有一張大桌子和短沙發 沒有窗户 對於這個户型不太滿意 那桌的面積還不如空出來讓我放行李箱呢 浴缸比東橫小 但是沒問題 一樓公共浴室嫌麻煩沒敢去

일본호텔치고 가성비좋아요~ 둘이쓰기 쾌적하고, 텐노지 근처에 있어서 조용하고 숙면이 좋았고 온수도 잘나오는거,대욕장도 좋았어요. 다만 역앞 억세스가 코앞은 아니어서 아쉬웠고 주변에 패밀리마트만 있는것도 조금아쉽~ (일본 편의점은 세븐일레븐이랑 로손이 맛있어요) 직원분들 친절하신건 당연하고요~ 어메니티나 잠옷 셀프로 가져오는거 편했네요. 일본이다보니 실내는 좀 춥습니다!

非常嘅方便酒店內應有盡有，尤其是喺聖誕節來臨之前又暖氣 熱水爐，仲有個人嘅 浴缸, 但係我建議對於日文程度比較 差練習一下 點餐嘅日文，呀同埋 最最重要嘅係 敬語呀打招呼嗰啲 日本人係一個經常性見到人就打招呼，嘅社會如果你答冇打招呼，又好少用敬語嘅話呢，咁就你收到嘅服務質素就會比較差啲。 特別呢幾日係聖誕節大假你日本嘅香港人台灣人中國人同埋各地嘅歐美遊客都其實好多下， 所以佢哋只會覺得 你哋全部唔係日本人， 所以要學一下 日本嘅基本見面 需要講啲乜嘢 同埋去 買嘢嘅時候可以 同電魚溝通都係一個好好嘅學習
