The thing that we love the most is the room decor, modern with Hoi an’s unique character. Location is not too far from old town, suggest to take the free bike and tour around the town. Not many choices with breakfast but everything on offer ticks the box. Only stayed for one night, didn’t get the chance to try the swimming pool, but the Long Island ice tea is highly recommended - not me but my wife.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and passion to treat everyone of us. Their professionalism, warm attitude and attention to detail truly set this hotel apart. I would definitely recommend this hotel based on excellent customer service.

Wonderful stay in Golden Holiday Spa and Hotel! Requested a quite room because i travelled with my grandmother, she need a peaceful sleep and we never heard of any honking noises from our room! Clean bed, nice environment, good breakfast and most importantly friendly staffs! Served welcome drink when we arrived, and they recommended us popular tourist attractions and nice food nearby. They have bicycle rent for free! You can ride to old town but if walking, it takes about 15mins. Is definitely a good hotel to stay in.

We booked a hotel for 1 night to visit Hoi An. We got a free upgrade to a room with a balcony, which was very nice, the balcony is wonderful. The hotel itself is located near the old town (you can walk there) and in a relatively quiet and peaceful place. Pros: - location, - hotel facilities (swimming pool, good beds, TV, robes, towels for the pool), - friendly staff. Cons: - the bar closes at 9pm; - the pool is also formally until 9pm, but no one kicked us out at 10pm - and a **HUGE MINUS** - the girl from the reception who sells you additional services all the time: when you check in she offers all sorts of boats walks and taxi, at breakfast she comes up and asks about your plans and kind of unobtrusively offers a taxi, etc. It's annoying, but it's Vietnamese marketing, unfortunately

breakfast is not many choices. hotel walking to old town about 20 minutes.It is not so convenient .the staffs are friendly.

Super friendly and welcoming staff! We were greeted with tea on arrival and were shown the most important places in the city by map and given recommendations for various activities. The breakfast is very varied, healthy and delicious. The rooms are clean and well equipped.

We were so impressed with the hotel staff’s helpfulness and the hotel standard - it’s a great place to stay and their guest relation, Sue has done a great job to navigate us around and showed us many tips of where to go and what to eat. Definitely recommended for any kind of travellers to Hoi An for a vacation.

The hotel is located very near the Old town, they provide free bicycles so you can just grab a bike and stroll around town. Breakfast was very good and the swimming pool is nice . We got a free room upgrade which was much nicer than our original room. The hotel is very nature friendly, we found a bat in our first room and there were many lizards on the balcony walls which made it impossible to enjoy the balcony😂. Overall very nice i like the decorations and the style

Our stay was pleasant and the hotel staff were very friendly. The breakfast was very good. The only complaint was the mold smell.
