The staffs were fantastic !! They were one of the best hospitality staffs there. We killed some time in the hotel lobby for a taxi to the airport due to delaying our flight. One staff was very caring our flight and she treated us some hot tea and some snacks. It touched our heart. Of course, the room was comfortable, clean, enough towels… I highly recommended to stay this hotel!

Spacious room and well maintained

住了一晚上，第二天房東就一再交代讓從她這裏直接訂房，後來我從網上訂她很不開心.後來第三第四天我就線下從她這裏走了（和網上一樣價格並沒有便宜）.結果，三樓的房子樓頂有個水箱聲音特別大，一晚上沒有休息好，第二天態度就很惡劣，退房還必須12點，而如果通過攜程是可以14:00的.很不愉快的入住

This was the second time visiting Gioan Villa and it was even more fabulous than I remember. Last year I came with two friends for a couple days and this time I was solo, working remotely for two weeks. The hosts run a cooking school which is really worth paratking in. I participated twice as they rotate the menus and its really a lot of fun. This place feels like a home away from home. The hosts are so genuinely warm and welcoming....I recommend it highly....FIVE STARS!!!

Cannot recommend this hotel more highly my family (including two teens) stayed in a family room in early April. Very comfortable room with balcony. Staff are amazing with great communication and help with tours and tailors. Pool was fantastic as was the cooking class. About 10 min walkfrom old quarter but Grabs cos about $2 US which was great for us ad my son had a broken foot which the staff were extremely considerate of. Thanks again Viba was awesome.

I recently stayed here and would definitely recommend it to others. My room was large and clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful - arranged some great tours for me, recommended a tailor, etc. Although not right in the ancient city, it is just a short walk away. And the price is quite low - good value for the money. Thanks for a great stay!

Clean, good air con, lovely family running the villa - so friendly and helpful. Quick replies to messages and very organized for getting our laundry done quickly and booking tours for us. Clean pool. Breakfast at the villa was so yummy - great pancakes and coffee. Easy walk into old town. Cooking class was fun and we ate so much food!!!!

I could not recommend this place more the staff were lovely the food was amazing and the rooms were clean a must stay if you want to go to Hoi An. Only a short walk to old town and with the staff organising all the local tours it's all felt effortless.

The two female hosts are literally amazing!! They are so sweet, helpful and will do everything to make your stay the best as possible. They give you great recommendations for local hotspots. The cooking class was so much fun and really informative, because you learn so much! Besides that is the stay at the perfect location, it is very central in Hoi An and you can visit everything by foot or bike. The rooms are really great as well. In short, you should definitely visit the Gioan boutique villa if you want to stay in Hoi An!

The nicest place we’ve stayed so far in south east Asia. Such lovely people who made our stay so lovely. Very good location in walking distance of markets, local eats and activities. They are very accommodating and showed us all the best places to go in Hoi an. Such lovely rooms and brilliant food. I cannot stress how great the people are there and how brilliant the stay was.

Very nice place in Hoi An. The family is so nice and the cooking class is also very recommendable. We loved our stay there. The rooms are nicely set up and very clean. we would always come back to this place
