From the moment I arrived for my initial 4-night stay at this gem in M Village Hai Ba Trung, I knew I had made the right choice for my visit to Ho Chi Minh City. However, it wasn't until I ventured out. I canceled another hotel after stayed there for just 1-night and returned as I truly appreciated the unique comfort and hospitality offered here, leading me to extend my stay to a total of 11 nights. Room Comfort and Quality: I stayed in a Deluxe room. Each room here speaks volumes of luxury and space, with proper kitchen, constructed with the high standards in mind. The spaciousness provided a much-needed sanctuary after a day of exploring the city. Staff Excellence: The heartwarming and helpful staff made communication a breeze. Their attention to detail and eagerness to assist were evident in every interaction, making my stay even more pleasant. Prime Location with Serenity: Nestled in a tranquil part of the city, the location strikes a perfect balance between peaceful seclusion and convenient access. The array of dining options, particularly the vegetarian restaurants located both in front and behind the apartment, added a delightful culinary aspect to my stay. Final Thoughts: This place is more than just a service apartment; it's a home that warmly welcomes its guests. The harmonious blend of simple but decent facilities, exceptional service, and a serene yet convenient location makes it an ideal choice for anyone looking to immerse themselves in the beauty of Ho Chi Minh City. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Love love this property from the location to the staff ! Their coffee in the Ground Floor was amazing! I stayed in total of 5 nights. The room was very spacious, cleanliness and housekeeping were top notch ! They keep in contact with you via WhatsApp and willing to assist with any issues. Perfect for longer stay because laundry on the top floor is also included which saves us traveller so much time/money. My city’s local friend told me that I chose the right location to stay as it is in the middle of everything. Oh, there is a Bon Bo Hue nearby that I went two times, so delicious ! THANK YOU SO MUCH for taken care of my AirPods and reported to me immediately after I checked out, I can’t say how appreciative I am ! 🥹🥹🥹❤️❤️❤️Kudos to this property ! Everyone has done a great job ! I will return !

Molto buona posizione con distanza da camminare al mercato Ben Thanh, e super spaziosa bagno che è raramente trovato in questa zona. Amore il colazione con così tante scelte. Certo verrà di nuovo quando visitare HCM.

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti in Roseland Centa Hotel. Belle e confortevoli camere , ampio buffet colazione, buona posizione. La più grande lussuosa di questo hotel è il personale di accoglienza. Essi fanno tutto il possibile per rendere il soggiorno più piacevole possibile. Per esempio, Long ci ha consigliato di andare a guardare il fuoco dal tetto di Roseland Sweet Hotel e ci ha prenotato una tavola VIP, abbiamo chiesto 2 cuscini di testa supplementari e che sono stati portati in un momento d'occhio, ... Grazie speciali a Long, Niran e Tai.

After two nights in the Roseland Corp Hotel I just don’t know where to start describing this horrible experience as everything - the service, the rooms, the prices - was just so, so bad. So I just start at the beginning: We arrived on a Thursday. Arranging a pick-up from the airport was surprisingly complicated, it took several mails with the service manager for no reason but in the end there was a quite unfriendly driver waiting for us at the gate. They charged us 750.000 Dong which is way above the common taxi-rate (150.000 Dong). When we arrived at the hotel they charged my credit card for the room - twice. As the woman at the front desk didn’t understand English that well, it was quite complicated to convince her of her mistake and get the money back. The Roseland Corp hotel has an impressive entrance area. It’s nice, really. But unfortunately this doesn’t translate to the rooms. They are terrible, probably furnished in the 80s and not renewed since. They have whirlpool bathtubs made of plastic, lots of wood in the room, curtains that haven’t been washed for ages, and you can hear everything that is going on outside of your room. The first room we got smelled like cold cigarette smoke. I complained and they upgraded us to a bigger room (after we looked at a series of rooms, one of them still in use by a paying guest). But even the upgraded room was by far worse then everything we have seen in Vietnam. I wanted to cancel the whole reservation but they wouldn’t let us go. Instead they promised us the best room of the hotel the next day and we stayed. The first night was terrible. The bed had a very, very old and thus noisy spring mattress. The slightest movement made a noise. The walls and curtains had stains all over it. There’s no constant hot water, I had a cold shower in the morning. Shower and toilet happened to make weird unexpected noises. The best room in the hotel was basically the same as before but with a better view and a less noisy mattress. At this point I was ready to drink on that but unfortunately all the mini bar contained was two bottles of water. Breakfast was…well, let’s not talk about it. All of this would have been okay somehow if this hotel wasn’t so pricey. It’s like paying for a filet mignon and getting McDonalds Cheesburger. When we checked out the woman at the front desk (the same who messed up the payment) kindly asked us to sit and wait in the entrance area so she can check if everything is okay. We waited five, ten, fifteen minutes and nothing happened. When we asked her if everything was okay, she was surprised to see that we are still there. Yes, everything okay, she said. I can’t say the same. P.S.: Neil, the doorman, was the only exception to this experience. You are great, man! Please find a new employer.

This hotel is quite tricky to locate since you would have to go through an alley from the main street - but not worry since they're easily found through Grab or Google Maps. The building is quite small (same with most of the other hotels in HCM), but the room I got was very well appointed and the room design is clean and minimalist - very instagrammable. Whilst small, my room came with a double bed, a cabinet, a chair, indoor plant, full size fridge, a bathtub, and a toilet with a bidet. It didn't come with a TV, but who needs a TV when you've got Netflix and free wifi? Location is really nice too. It's located near the main road and main attractions. There are money changers, convenience stores, and lots of cafes nearby. So you won't go penniless and hungry while staying here. Definitely a hotel worth booking again!

Our stay at Bay Hotel is comfortable. The room is clean and tidy while the air conitioner works well so that we had a nice sleep at night. On top of that, the breakfast is wonderful with a variety of food on the table. The swimming pool on the top floor is rather small. A lot of restaurants nearby but the location is around 15-minute walk from the centre of the city.

The room is very beautiful. The blanket and mattress are very fragrant, sleep is very good and comfortable. I really like this room

Its a very good place for a small family. Its right next to landmark 81. Very accessible to all the most tourist places. very good restaurants and marts nearby. Truc is very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

나는 전세계를 돌아다니는 k-pop idol 공연 프로모터 이다.많은 호텔과 아파트를 이용 했으며 비행기를 1000번 이상 이용했다.나는 많은 숙소를 이용하면서 이런 좋은 숙소는 처음 경험했다 1.항상 얼음이 필요해서 얼음트레이 유무를 확인 했는데 이곳은 이미 많은 얼음을 준비해뒀다.그 배려에 놀랍다. 2.수저와 젓가락,가위등이 가지런히 정리되있다,이걸 보면 디테일한 호스트의 배려를 알수있다. 3.세탁기와 건조기가 있다. 4.선명한 tv가 있으며,넷플릭스가 플레이 된다. 5.우리가 항상 원하던 엑스트라key 가 있다.(2 card key) 6.방2개,화장실2개 이다.이 가격에 화장실 2개는 놀랍다. 7.각 화장실에 샴푸,클렌져,물비누,싱크대에 세제2개드라이기,다리미,,전자렌지,커피포트,전기밥솥,등 없는게 없다.나의 집. 8.1군,2군,7군 모두 가깝다. 9.설겆이 상태가 청결하다. 10.수영장과 휘트니스센터는 기본~ 나는 이제 호치민에 오면 이곳만 예약 할것이다.
