Very good location, clean 3 star hotel with good breakfast as well. The plus thing is the location and cleanliness. Every where is within walking distance. For muslims there is a mosque opposite for Friday prayers. Halal restaurants within next doors as well, Craving for Singapore frog porridge? The original shop is just next door, Easy for business travellers or families. some rooms are without windows though so if you are fussy please state your requirements. will come back and book again!

Roseland Sweet Hotel è un hotel di valore per soldi, e ci saranno molti altri hotel simili facilmente trovati online. Ma ciò che ha fatto Roseland apparire è stato uno dei loro staff Kiet Anh, che è un campanello, un desk front, concierge tutti in uno. La mia scelta di hotel sarà ancora Roseland per il mio prossimo viaggio, ma solo se Kiet è lì. Grazie Kiet, per aver reso il mio soggiorno così piacevole e memorabile; e grazie per avermi aiutato a mandare il mio telefono rotto per la riparazione; mi hai davvero salvato la vita!! Siamo arrivati con un gruppo di tour. Ci siamo trasferiti due notti, abbiamo avuto una pausa tra noi e abbiamo fatto una casa Stai così doveva muovere le camere e controllare due volte. Due volte dovevamo aspettare almeno mezz'ora in lobby per ottenere la nostra stanza Keys. La camera da letto era anche molto disgustosa. Il personale non era molto amichevole. Bevande preziose. Ma una vista magnifica da Top.

After two nights in the Roseland Corp Hotel I just don’t know where to start describing this horrible experience as everything - the service, the rooms, the prices - was just so, so bad. So I just start at the beginning: We arrived on a Thursday. Arranging a pick-up from the airport was surprisingly complicated, it took several mails with the service manager for no reason but in the end there was a quite unfriendly driver waiting for us at the gate. They charged us 750.000 Dong which is way above the common taxi-rate (150.000 Dong). When we arrived at the hotel they charged my credit card for the room - twice. As the woman at the front desk didn’t understand English that well, it was quite complicated to convince her of her mistake and get the money back. The Roseland Corp hotel has an impressive entrance area. It’s nice, really. But unfortunately this doesn’t translate to the rooms. They are terrible, probably furnished in the 80s and not renewed since. They have whirlpool bathtubs made of plastic, lots of wood in the room, curtains that haven’t been washed for ages, and you can hear everything that is going on outside of your room. The first room we got smelled like cold cigarette smoke. I complained and they upgraded us to a bigger room (after we looked at a series of rooms, one of them still in use by a paying guest). But even the upgraded room was by far worse then everything we have seen in Vietnam. I wanted to cancel the whole reservation but they wouldn’t let us go. Instead they promised us the best room of the hotel the next day and we stayed. The first night was terrible. The bed had a very, very old and thus noisy spring mattress. The slightest movement made a noise. The walls and curtains had stains all over it. There’s no constant hot water, I had a cold shower in the morning. Shower and toilet happened to make weird unexpected noises. The best room in the hotel was basically the same as before but with a better view and a less noisy mattress. At this point I was ready to drink on that but unfortunately all the mini bar contained was two bottles of water. Breakfast was…well, let’s not talk about it. All of this would have been okay somehow if this hotel wasn’t so pricey. It’s like paying for a filet mignon and getting McDonalds Cheesburger. When we checked out the woman at the front desk (the same who messed up the payment) kindly asked us to sit and wait in the entrance area so she can check if everything is okay. We waited five, ten, fifteen minutes and nothing happened. When we asked her if everything was okay, she was surprised to see that we are still there. Yes, everything okay, she said. I can’t say the same. P.S.: Neil, the doorman, was the only exception to this experience. You are great, man! Please find a new employer.

Was recommended Intercon and it did not disappoint. Enjoyable stay for a girls' weekend and birthday trip. The hotel's location is the best- right across the Book Street, Notre Dame Cathedral and Post Office and a short walk to a street full of lovely cafes and restaurants and a slightly longer walk to the City Hall and Opera House. We were given a room on the 15th floor with a great view. Beds were very comfortable. Service was friendly and prompt. We will return!

Va tutto bene e mi piace. A causa del coronavirus 19, molte persone indossano maschere e si muovono e fanno attenzione l'una con l'altra, ma è una fortuna che non ci siano casi confermati dalla corona nel sud del Vietnam. A differenza del mango, carico una foto. I mango con molti di loro sembrano buoni ahah

Mi è stato chiesto di aspettare mentre mi controllavo, così che la custodia possa controllare la stanza. Nessuno mi ha informato quando la stanza è stata pulita. Mi aspettavano quasi 20 minuti. Dovremmo avere un miglior protocollo e una migliore procedura.

Quando prenoto, penso che ci sia una finestra più grande e una camicia tra le persone di lusso.La mia stanza non è come la camicia superiore, ma solo una piccola finestra come mostrato nella figura.Usa foto di Premier Deluxe Double per prenotare foto di letto di lusso sul sito? Oppure è stato guidato alla stanza sbagliata?Beh, all'estero, la ricetta è molto timido, quindi la prossima volta prenoterò la stessa stanza e lo controllerò.Ho prenotato una stanza di lusso.Ma all'inizio, il ricevimento mi ha portato alla stanza di doppia classe (nessuna finestra). Poi gli ho detto che ho prenotato una camera doppia di lusso, e la finestra era cosi', e poi mi ha portato nella stanza come ho caricato le foto.Penso che la mia stanza sia diversa da quella del sito di prenotazione.Voglio vederla la prossima volta che lo visito.

I had booked a night's stay cheap online and they flatly refused to honour it. Said it had been cancelled. I didn't obviously and proved it with documentation. They just shrugged. It doesn't matter whether the fault was theirs or the online booking website, it was obviously not mine. They should have accommodated me and sorted it out between the site and themselves. But they did not care and just left me waiting in the lobby for hours while I waited for the booking company to respond to my emails. The hotel had the cheek to offer me special rate. The special rate was 20% more expensive than the online rate I could have booked with my phone there and then. Eventually embarrassed I just left. My booking company got back to me an hour after and offered to pay the increased rate for me but I couldn't possibly go back to a hotel like that. Even for free. Dreadful. Absolutely dreadful.
