Pros: -Central location: right above Takashiyama mall, very convenient to explore famous sights in Saigon, walking distance in evening to Quảng Trường Nguyễn Huệ. Takashiyama malls has plenty of food, coffee and shopping options -Service: hotel staff friendly and welcoming, helped us with check-out / luggage; staff helped us arrange spa services not far from hotel -Check-in: quick check-in service despite arriving late in the day -Room: comfortable bed, good amount of space for work in the room (one long desk plus a breakout area with two high chairs) -Complimentary drinks in the room (soft drinks, water, beer) -Staff went above and beyond to arrange a spare room one of the evenings to take a call -Swimming pool with a nice view; wasn’t too busy Cons: -priced quite close to larger 5* hotels however felt like overall service and facilities more akin to a smaller boutique hotel (eg no one greeting you outside of hotel when just check in, not clear if hotel has a spa) -Room design: high floor however design of room made it feel quite dark vs a panoramic view

Hotel bellissimo con mobili più grandi. Le camere erano super belle e molto comode letti. La posizione non poteva essere migliore - era passeggiata a distanza da tutto quello che volevamo fare o un breve giro per qualcosa di più. Anche il cibo al ristorante era grande. Vorrei sinceramente che potessimo stare più a lungo. La parte migliore del nostro soggiorno era il personale. Erano le persone più carine, più ospite e più amiche che andavano sopra e oltre per accoglierci e per assicurarci che ci fosse un bel tempo, e noi non ci dispiacevamo di aver ingannato ogni persona che usciva dalla loro strada per cercarci. Torneremo!

Was recommended Intercon and it did not disappoint. Enjoyable stay for a girls' weekend and birthday trip. The hotel's location is the best- right across the Book Street, Notre Dame Cathedral and Post Office and a short walk to a street full of lovely cafes and restaurants and a slightly longer walk to the City Hall and Opera House. We were given a room on the 15th floor with a great view. Beds were very comfortable. Service was friendly and prompt. We will return!

Il hotel era così buono. L'iscrizione è stata effettuata a mezzogiorno e il processo è stato facile e veloce. Il personale è stato amichevole per tutta la nostra permanenza. Le camere sono grandi e pulite, ma le pareti non sono così probanti...puoi sentire la maggior parte del rumore dalle strade. La colazione era buona, c'era una stazione di noodle, una stazione di uova, qualche articolo caldo, due scelte di congee, sezione pasticceria, yogurt e sezione frutta. Poi avete la vostra stazione di caffè/succo/tea. Aveva abbastanza articolo per dare una varietà. La posizione era perfetta, si trovava a piedi a 7 minuti dal mercato di Ben Thanh.

despite a central location ,,, the hotel has a policy of no guest after 10 pm, with different staff managing 2 shifts, after a understanding with morning staff that if u register its fine, we find ourself having problems with the night staff telling us its a POLICE policy,,,,, which should be stated in the website if thats the case,,,, if u are coming here for fun, or have guest coming late at night, would advise against booking this hotel,,,, TRIP should update on the booking page on the hotel policy

Abbiamo soggiornato tre notti all'Hotel Blue Diamond e senza dubbio è stato un piacevole soggiorno. Ci siamo arrivati tardi alla notte e abbiamo avuto una buona ricezione dal desk front. Qui il colazione era piuttosto buono e la camera era pulita e confortevole. Al momento dell'uscita di check-out abbiamo dimenticato il nostro cellulare nella stanza, il ricevimento ha preso tutto il problema di trovarlo e lo consegna a uno dei nostri amici in un altro hotel vicino.

Prenoto una camera di famiglia, due grandi dimensioni del letto regina durante il compleanno di mio marito. Il personale è molto gentile e gentile. Per sempre aiutate a portare il bagaglio o aprire la porta d'ingresso dell'hotel. Non andate mai al tetto, perché la mia camera ha già un grande bagno. Canale TV solo 3 in inglese e il resto è in Vietnam. Desk un po' di anziani, ma ogni volta che chiedo al personale di custodia di pulire. Decente hotel 3 stelle. Valore per i soldi. 5 minuti a piedi al Mercato Ben Thant. 7 minuti a piedi alla strada Malaysia.

È stato un piacevole esperienza posizione è troppo buono tutto è vicino dal personale dell'hotel è molto amichevole sono venuto presto come il mio check in era alle 12 ancora mi hanno dato il check in early breakfast è stato buono soprattutto bcz sono vegetariano hanno avuto menu separato per vegetari. Li ho chiesto di darmi spazio su un piano superiore che non avevano al momento del check-in più tardi mi hanno trasferito in un piano superiore. Il personale è molto gentile e gentile .

Il ragazzo alla reception è molto intimo e accogliente. Di fronte alla stanza c'è Takashimaya. È molto comodo fare shopping nei punti panoramici. L'unico inconveniente è che la metropolitana è rimasta da costruire. L'esercitazione è ancora 2-3 nel cuore della notte. Non ha dormito tutta la notte. :30 ricominciato, crollato...

Solo pochi passi dal vivo bend thanh mercato. Mi piace vivere la notte circondata da molti caffè, luoghi di massaggio e buone opzioni alimentari. Questa zona ha luce di traffico che rende facile e sicuro attraversare le strade. Ma disappunto che il lobby dell'hotel non sia climatizzato e che 1 delle 2 docce in ciascuna delle camere di connessione non venga con acqua calda. Solo 2 piccole bottiglie d'acqua gratis, non era chiaro e hanno caricato per il resto :/

The hotel location was great and the personnel was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good, especially the Asian cuisine. I really recommend going to the spa! I took the ”embrace” package and it was so relaxing. The staff was very professional and kind. So big recommendation!

I experienced tons of issues with staff .That mostly came from very low or mostly zero understanding of English. Also technical issues such as i moved rooms twice due to the room phones or Tv did not work. (So stayed in 3 rooms in one week, they did upgrade me though, to room with a window) Noting when I first came to bathroom the floor looked extremely dirty sport all over the floor, I think staff must have forgotten to clean, first I felt discouraged so I took the free toothbrush put soap on it to see if could removed the hundreds of spots, I could not, so I guess someone spilled chemical or something that the tiles could not “resist”? Later I saw other bathroom floors look exactly the same, so I was right, some fault with the tiles they used, cuz two other bathrooms I saw later had other floor tiles with no issues. Also it happen a few times we ask staff to clean room and they forgot it? Sometimes they just come give water or toilet paper and forget water & coffee 🧐 First room I stay in Tv and Netflix worked fine , but room phone dead, next room TVs Netflix out of order as well as room phone dead. A “technician” was sent to room (Zero English) didn’t fix the issues Change room again , the staff then told us that Netflix has not worked for 1-2 years in hotel (despite it did work in first room🤣) Third room also issues with Tv Netflix YouTube “technician” came and had zero as in ZERO English also Zero knowledge how to fix Netflix, did not understand simple word “Log out” he also unable to fix the TV problems. Finally I fixed it my self. More issues: Pool very unkept very green , pool area dirty and spa pool no bobbles? Pool was later cleaned up👏 There were many small ants in room on 10 floor. I asked 3 times for iron and was promised they bring one to my room, it never came so my wife picked it up herself. The two managers I meet Amanda & Ken speaks perfect English and are trying to be very helpful, but their job gets impossible with their poorly or un trained staff. I would recommend you arrange free English classes for general staff if you wanna attract more foreigners. I will publish my final review after checking out😘🧐

Alors, ma chambre était petite, j'avais qu'un petit lit et une petite fenêtre. Cependant, l'hôtel est très bien placé, il est propre (toilettes et draps propres), franchement c'est plutôt bien pour juste dormir dans un endroit propre et pouvoir sortir la journée tranquille. Le personnel était vraiment très sympa également. Le seul point négatif est le bruit parfois des autres clients.

Nice accommodation I was expected because there’s 24USD a night. And Tiny room. But showroom was clean and staff is new one. I was able to get hot water shower. Breakfast was also nice than Ramada hotel. You can check I’ll put some pictures what did I get breakfast one.
