We have been to Ho Chi Minh City five times stayed at probably seven or eight different hotels. I recommend Nesta hotel near Ben Thanh market (room 906!!!) costs a little more but is well worth it. This place is okay if included as part of a tour, and I probably wouldn’t even upgrade from the windowless room that you will no doubt be allocated, the place is clean which is the main thing, service is pretty ordinary, and the breakfast is probably something you want to avoid which we did after the first day. On the closest corner to the street there is a bánh mì place that is beautiful and cheap - so skip the free Hotel breakfast. Obviously Vietnamese hotel rooms are pretty small, but this you can’t even open up your suitcase other than on the bed. Also do not believe the pool photos, I can assure you even if you’re keen to me you won’t end up swimming in the pool but doesn’t look anything like what’s in the photos. Hope this helps.

✅1. The area is the Korean district. Most restaurants, cafes, markets, any thing are Korean style. ✅2. I had to work at the Saigon exhibition and convention center everyday, it is really convenient to call a grab for only 10-20 Minutes. That was great. ✅3. I stayed in the 101 room. It is not the same level as the lift and they are step up and step down. It was not good because we had big and heavy luggage to lift up on the step up and down. ✅4. The room is specious with queen bed rooms. I liked it. ✅5.the staff were great, took care, were generous. The checking time is 2pm and check out time doesn't matter to us because we left the hotel in the morning. ❎1. Less power plugs. I found them at the TV and the fridge zone only and we needed to charge my phone, my laptop. It was inconvenient about it. The hotel must put more power plugs in the bed area too ❎2. The bathroom is wide and there is a bathtub without the curtain or partition to protect the wetness. That was so bad because 1) we couldn't stand to take the shower because water would spread to the floor 2) we couldn't sit down to take a shower or wash hair because the bathtub is not big enough to do it. Everyday, the floor would be wet and looked dirty after a person took a shower. I don't like wet floors when I have to stay in the bathroom. The solution is the hotel just put on the curtain to protect water. I found this solution in many hotels. I am ok with the area to stay if we have to go to the Saigon center because it is near and easy to go. Lots of (korean)restaurant and it is safe.

The hotel is located in the center of District 1 and it was very easy to go anywhere. Staffs were very friendly and professional, and they could speak English very well. Room was clean and spacious enough for 2 persons to stay. I also enjoyed the foods and drinks there.

Prenotamo una stanza con un balcone che aveva molta luce naturale. Bella moderna bagno e buoni letti. Sorpreso abbiamo trovato il shopping nella piccola strada reale meglio del mercato per scarpe, cappotti, sacchetti ecc. sicuramente rimarrebbe qui la prossima volta che la posizione è brillante. Oh e il centro commerciale 5 stelle è a 5 minuti a piedi

Staying at the Rex Hotel is like wandering onto the set of the 1932 MGM film ”Grand Hotel.” Morning begins with a lavish buffet breakfast in the Beaux-Arts-style ballroom. The host, wearing a tuxedo, welcomes you with a warm and enthusiastic smile. Then you'll take a swim in the gorgeous 6th floor pool under a tropical sky. Throughout the day, gracious staff members are available to make your stay a memorable one. In the evening, cocktails and dinner are served on the lovely rooftop, with sweeping views of the city. Indeed, when you stay at the Rex, you've finally experienced a Grand Hotel.

We stayed at Riverside Hotel for a night as a transition to our main hotel in Saigon. Since we arrived in the city very early and check-in to our hotel was not until later, we opted for a temp accommodation for a few hours of rest. However, we still had a pleasant experience during our stay. 1. Location - It is located right opposite the riverside in Saigon. The location is in District 1 where most of the points of interest are located. In fact, a lot of points are walkable from here including the Opera House and the walking street. Location-wise, it is a perfect place. 2. Accommodation - The rooms are nicely put and serve the purpose, especially at the price. The rooms were clean and well-equipped. We were staying only for a few hours but could have been there for a couple of days as well. 3. Food - We visited the breakfast buffet and it was decently sized. However, given we are vegetarians, we had to make do with toast and fruits. 4. Hospitality & Service - The hospitality and services were great, and over our expectations. We reached the hotel in the dead of the night (around 1 AM) and they were ready for us. The reception was alert and check-in was prompt. 5. Others - The hotel is a nice place for a couple of days if you are on a budget and are looking for a place near all touristy points of interest.

Questo hotel è ok. È sotto tre stelle. Preferirei essere un ostello di base che è pulito piuttosto che un hotel con la mia stanza, se la stanza ha bisogno di un controllo della pulizia. Ci sono stati bug. La tenda del doccia ha un dolce. Non volevo toccarla. Ho scelto di sedere nel mio sacchetto da letto (liner) invece di usare il letto. Poiché gli hotel non sono pieni, è meglio chiedere di vedere la stanza prima di mettere i soldi. Naturalmente questo hotel è a prezzi accessibili, ma ci sono hotel più cari che sono più costosi e meno costosi. Sono messi in questi spa come tubi bth. sarebbe bello se la tenda del doccia fosse pulita o di caulk attaccato il tubo spa alla parete. Se l'acqua va dietro il tubo, mi chiedevo.Come si puliscono? C'è un mucchio? Ho dato all'hotel più di un po', perché la gente è così bello. Ci sono altri hotel a passeggiata al Mercato Ben Tahh. Le scale e il lobby non erano tenute. C’era una materassi sulla scala che ha fatto un dolore all’occhio e all’egoismo. C’erano tavoli nel lobby. Sembra che si servisse un pasto, ma non ho visto nessuno mangiare lì. Non sono sicuro che sia per il COVID. Non c'è vista, a meno che non abbiate una camera deluxe. Chiedi di vedere il fronte - questa vista è urbana, quindi è divertente guardare fuori, ma niente di speciale. E'cool guardare fuori e vedere un po'di vita a Saigon urbano.

Che fantastica esperienza di soggiorno. Il proprietario è molto gentile, il servizio è molto buono e la camera è molto pulita e luminosa. L'hotel è piccolo ma molto pulito e all'interno è nuovo. Bed and breakfast è fantastico. Non c'è molto intorno, ma grande per una notte prima di prendere un autobus alla stazione di autobus occidentale come è molto vicino. C'è un grande centro commerciale non lontano (15 minuti a piedi) con negozi, tonnellate di ristoranti e un grande supermercato. La prossima volta che prendo un autobus nella stazione di autobus occidentale, sarò certamente tornato!
