Hotel in zona Vincom Plaza 3 tháng 2, Ho Chi Minh

Плюсы: Апартаменты находятся на приятной тихой улице среди частного жилья, при этом близко от центра. Хорошая система безопасности, все двери на электронных замках. Удобная система самостоятельной регистрации, у меня все получилось по инструкции без помощи чата поддержки. Номер к моему приезду был убран. В номере есть мини-кухня с набором посуды. Я несколько раз готовила еду, было удобно. Близко много магазинов и кафе. В ванной комнате есть шампунь, гель для душа, зубные щетки и туалетная бумага. Два полотенца на двоих. Убираются раз в три дня, мне было достаточно. В номере есть утюг и фен, столик, телевизор и два стула. Хорошо работает кондиционер. Шкафа нет, есть рейл для вешалок. Можно пользоваться стиральной и сушильной машинами бесплатно со своим порошком. Минусы: Полотенце и простынь, которые я нашла при заселении оказались с дырками. Я обратилась в чат и в тот же день все поменяли. Ключ-карта всего один на двоих. Я обратилась в чат, но мне ответили, что второго нет. В квартире не было чашек. Только один стакан. Я обратилась в чат, мне ответили, что раньше чашки были, но предыдущие гости разбили их и теперь чашек нет. Между кроватью и раковиной иногда образовывалась лужица воды. Или от кондиционера из душа. Я указала на это в чате, но за время моего пребывания это не исправили. Подошва утюга требует чистки, на ней пятна от предыдущей глажки, это не позволяет гладить деликатную ткань. Столешница у стола не крепится к ножкам, ее следует отремонтировать. На стенах есть пятна и сколы, здесь не хватает косметического ремонта. Интернет иногда без причины теряет скорость. Вечером может быть очень медленным. В целом, это пока самые хорошие апартаменты, которые мне удалось найти в центре до 20$ в сутки.

L'hotel è nel quartiere 1 ma sulle estremità periferiche, quindi è ancora una passeggiata lontano dalla città. C'è un piccolo centro commerciale accanto all'hotel per ottenere essenze di base. L'hotel è piuttosto spazioso e moderno, con tutte le strutture necessarie! La colazione era decente. Il servizio era bello soprattutto il portamano che apre la porta della macchina per te ogni volta. In fondo è che l'hotel è quasi sempre completamente prenotato, quindi non c'è possibilità di controllare in anticipo o tardi. Essi limitano anche gli ospiti a 2 bottiglie o acqua minerale al giorno, ma non troppo grande di un problema, sarebbe meglio installare un raffreddatore d'acqua.

L'hotel è molto fondamentale. Tuttavia le camere sono molto belle, pulite con una cassaforte. A $40 per notte non si può più chiedere. Mi è stato detto che alcuni hotel nella zona offrono colazione allo stesso prezzo. Personale buono e amichevole ma manca in inglese ( sono in Vietnam!!). Quindi davvero una camera molto buona solo posto con un bel bagno. Nota: si deve negoziare circa 12 passi per entrare e uscire dall'hotel. Se questo è un problema non restare qui

Lobby assolutamente stupendo, con una maestosa scala spirale. Camera molto elegante con accessori di alta estremità e un magnifico bagno. Mini bar gratuito con bevande morbide. Hotel è nel quartiere 3, quindi circa 2.1km al centro, tuttavia, è a soli 30 minuti a piedi e ci sono molti ristoranti e caffè sul cammino, più il museo principale è a pochi minuti. Bella zona piscina e personale attento. La musica di fondo è bella e c'è un eccellente pianista che gioca circa le 17:00.

The stay at lantern was great. The newly renovated hotel is located perfectly to walk everywhere in the 1. And 3. District. Lots of nice restaurants and Cafés and great bars all around, yet it's quite and not directly at the hotspot. But the best is the friendly staff, very polite, helpful and good servicew are provided such as free internet and laundry! Highly recommend!!

The hotel is located in a good location not far from all major attractions. The staff was responsive. We enjoyed our stay even more after they cleaned the a/c. The 4 minor things i didn't enjoy about my stay are: 1. They gave us only 1 key. I requested an additional key but they refused. I think they should update to key cards in this day and age. 2. A spider made a nest in the bathroom 3. The refrigerator was packed with ice and needed cleaning 4. The furniture was dark and dated.

We are able to check in early, however the room’s window was pathetically small, I understand that it may due to the privacy which is too near to next room’s window but there’s curtain to serve it’s purpose. So after all the automated curtains drawing defeat it’s purpose. We ask for additional bottled water but got rejected and tell us to buy in a sarcastic manner, I understand that it’s the hotel’s policy to give only 1 bottle water per pax each day however the tone of telling us to go buy can be improve. And also the bathtub is quite high, seniors staying there may need to take note. Apart from all these, still had a good stay~ there’s a convenience store right opposite of the hotel which is a plus sign.

It was a wonderful stay at Le Merdien Saigon. Check in was a breeze and Ms.Hanni who was on duty was professional and able to address the concern on a minor defect in the room toilet. The issue was rectified while I was outside and issue was fixed prior to returning back to the hotel room. Attentive to the details she verified to ensure everything is in order in the next day. Other concerns were also addressed during check-in and also swift arrangement to address some other issues. A wonderful surprise to a fruit platter as well! We also ordered the in room dining food for dinner and it was good, thanks to the wonderful chef who brought the food up. Overall it was a good stay again in Le Meridien and like to compliment the warm hospitality and excellent customer service to Ms. Hanni and also to the manager on duty . Will be back staying at Le Merdien Saigon in the future. A minor feedback to the Global Marriott bonvoy app ( not Vietnam specific) if the room booking could have a list of default options for customer to be notified if the booking is primarily for room only vs room with breakfast vs room with addon (i.e breakfast , etc ) so that customer would be able to know easily during online booking . Current application may be challenging to navigate these options.

This hotel is owned by a wonderful, sweet family! If you need help, they will always help. The hotel is very clean, no insects. The rooms are cleaned. The linen is changed every few days. Thank you for a wonderful holiday! I recommend the hotel. The beach is a 5-minute walk away.

Posizione: lontano dal centro città, quindi spostati con Grab o autobus. Puoi anche prendere l'autobus numero 20 per 6K. Vicino alla fermata dell'autobus. (Circa 30 minuti in autobus dal vicino mercato di Ben Thanh) Camera: pulita, solo lo spazzolino da denti fornito come dotazioni Piscina: c'è una piscina a sfioro sul tetto e una piscina in giardino al primo piano. Nonostante fossero le vacanze di Capodanno, ho potuto godermi la piscina fin dal mattino. Prezzo: economico considerando le strutture. Nel complesso: il prezzo è basso. 　　La vista della piscina a sfioro sul tetto è fantastica 　　Voglio assolutamente tornarci. Altamente raccomandato.
