The room is cleaned and beautiful as in the photo. I really like this room. The building is quiet, do not have many people as in Vinhome.

This studio is big enough for two people. My room stays on 19th floor. So, I can see the city through the window. I love this view The building has convenient stores, big swimming pool. I could come to Landmark 81 - shopping mall around 5 minutes, I guess, really near. Go to District 1 - center of the city around 10 minutes, not too far for me The price is competitive in comparison with the hotel room having the same price

Lovely clean cozy place with stunning view from the window. Downstairs got 7-Eleven, which is super convenient if you want to buy things. The staffs are helpful and friendly, highly recommended if you’re looking for a place to stay in HCMC.

Gorgeous apartment! We were delighted! Excellent kitchen, gas stove, microwave, all necessary utensils for cooking and eating, washing machine, detergent, clothes dryer. Everything is like home, because there is everything you need. The bed is comfortable, from the window you can see the famous building with a helipad. The apartment has a magnificent view of the sunset. The pool is just the limit of dreams, a magnificent view of Landmark 81. There are several sun loungers. Thank you for the good service

There is stain and bugs in the sofa. Bed is also not very clean. Stuff is very kind and nice giving gifts to me for mid autumn festival. Price is indeed cheap but cleanliness could be better .

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room, especially considering the price I paid. While the location and amenities were decent, the room itself did not meet my expectations in terms of hygiene. The floors and surfaces didn’t feel properly cleaned, and there were noticeable dust and stains in certain areas. For the amount charged, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness. Definitely not the best value for money.

No problems, they have self check out system, so you have to put the key card in the mail box. 7 eleven is in the building, very convenient

시설이 낙후되어 에어컨, 냉장고 소리커서 잠을 설첬어요. 그릇도 없고 가스레인지도 작동 안하고 커텐도 고리가 깨져 있고 쇼파, 침대도 별로 이네요. 샤워실도 더럽고 비추천입니다. 주변 인프라도 별로 입니다.

工作人員德服務很棒，值得嘉獎； 建議管理出租房的公司，把內部整理清楚，插座更新，洗衣房整理乾淨整潔，再推到市場；

選擇這種沒前台的apartment，確實比普通酒店注意點要多很多，可能有些點不太適合普通旅行者: 1. 攜程下的單，酒店發攜程消息備註入住前一天聯繫，聯繫方式按越南的使用習慣順序有zalo/WhatsApp/telegram等，最後一個是WeChat。國人習慣肯定先加WeChat，奈何搜不到賬號，最後用WhatsApp加上的。感覺這一步就難倒很多人了，國內過去的基本都沒有哪些國外即時聊天軟件。 2. 入住跟着指引，挺順利的，客服用英語溝通也比較流暢。不過特意問了一下，不會中文，所以英語不好的要慎重。 3. 房間不大，該有都有。不好的幾點: 深色的傢俱給人一種老舊感，燈壞了一個，牆面上一個大大的接線盒洞裸露着，牙刷用的讓人抓狂。入住時還忘記放被子，過了會才送來。

距離81塔比較近，凌晨抵達的航班去補覺，酒店管家溝通ok，後面朋友跟我説空調是壞的，然後稍微有點老舊吧

가격이 저렴한데 비해서 깔끔하고 좋아요. 멋진 수영장도 있고 바로 밑에 작은 편의점도 있어서 좋아요. 1군하고 그리 멀지 않고 적당한 위치에 있습니다.
