Niente lavatrice, niente check-in anticipato (arrivo alle 12:40, check-in alle 14:00), TV spenta, camera semi-interrata (nessuna vista, gravemente), palestra con orario limitato (6:30-21:30), circondato dal rumore dei vicini (cinesi che vomitano, urlano, scarico dell'acqua, lavori in corso ecc.), prezzo irragionevole (359,90 RMB). Non sceglierò questo hotel la prossima volta. Ma la pulizia è accettabile. Quando ho fatto il check-out, anche i cinesi dell'hotel accanto si lamentavano del rumore. La receptionist ha detto che il vicino dell'hotel è rumoroso e che sta ancora cercando una soluzione.

Spacious and value for dollar apartment hotel. Room was kept clean and tidy. Location can be a little tricky to navigate as the entrance is hidden in the middle of a back alley, and cars couldnt really enter the passage way, so it isnt really convenient when raining.

After a long day of exploring, being able to soak and relax in a spacious and clean tub was an absolute luxury that truly enhanced my comfort and rejuvenation. The aparthotel also boasts a beautiful swimming pool. It's a fantastic spot to unwind and cool off, offering a refreshing escape from the city's hustle and bustle. The design and cleanliness of the pool area truly make it a serene oasis. And let's not forget the breakfast – it was excellent! A great selection of local and international dishes was available, ensuring a delicious start to each day. The quality of the food and the attentive service made breakfast a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Beyond the facilities, what truly made my stay exceptional was the staff. The people at Kunkun Garden Aparthotel were incredibly nice, helpful, and accommodating. Their genuine warmth and willingness to assist with any request made a significant difference, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience throughout my visit. Overall, Kunkun Garden Aparthotel offers a wonderful combination of comfort, excellent amenities, and truly exceptional service from its staff. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Vietnam.

The place was nice and clean the staff is good too but only one thing is smell food in my room but they make spray with it

Overall good stay . Room bit to small but enough for. Solo travel. Clean. I didn’t get the concept of having a pool in the reception. Water so cold I couldn’t even get into it . Gym enough for daily training Service staff very nice . I was late for breakfast and still allowed me to enjoy it . They cared about the guest . Well done .

Nice hotel

Ive booked rooms with city view windows but all I can see only the ugly roofs 🤭 and the room was small. The hotel is located in the alley.

For the price, value for money , very clean beds nice sheets . And grab taxi come to the door .

Not a bad stay. The cleaning staff are so nice and so are the bar staff. Loved them.

Greatly located with all the facilities in walking distance. I enjoyed the stay with friendly staffs and great hospitality.

We stayed in a duplex room (two levels, kitchen, living room and bathroom on the bottom, and a bedroom on the top) and we really liked everything🤍 The only thing is the location, it's not so far from the center, but at the same time it's a little bit in a nook, you need to drive to the center, or walk 20-25 minutes to the beautiful skyscrapers. Otherwise everything was great, thank you so much!
