La casa si sente per un soggiorno di lungo periodo, anche se forse è data, ma ho visto lo sforzo che hanno messo in, come ridipingere e pulire attentamente dopo un ospite di lungo periodo ha fatto check out. Rispose rapidamente alle domande e risolto tutti i problemi. Anche molto dettagliato e accogliente. Esempio : connessione Internet è stata spostata al 8.20pm, ha chiamato la gestione entro 10 minuti il fornitore è venuto a correggere. 2 piante di vita verde per il balcone e mi hanno immediatamente mostrato le foto da scegliere, alla fine del giorno era lì e sicuramente legato intorno per assicurarsi che i tacchi non cadano a causa di forte vento

The 2-bedroom apartment we stayed in was large and a great space for my family of four. The facilities were very nice but the service is excellent. We would like to thank Handsome Van at the front desk along with every person at the front desk for the next level of service they provided. I really was blown away by the great service we received from the doorman to the servers to the drivers to and from the airport. It has been 5 years since I have been back to Vietnam and the service at the hotel was spectacular. I would recommend this hotel to everyone! They really made my stay wonderful. Thank you Intercontinental Team. We will be back!

Molto bella posizione e servizio. Il personale è molto utile, sempre sorridente per aiutare. Negozio di pasticceria e caffè sul pavimento sono di grande aiuto. Ci sono tutti gli utensili e forniscono una capsula d'acqua. Abbiamo soggiornato in un appartamento di 2 camere da letto ed è stato molto spazioso.

Was recommended Intercon and it did not disappoint. Enjoyable stay for a girls' weekend and birthday trip. The hotel's location is the best- right across the Book Street, Notre Dame Cathedral and Post Office and a short walk to a street full of lovely cafes and restaurants and a slightly longer walk to the City Hall and Opera House. We were given a room on the 15th floor with a great view. Beds were very comfortable. Service was friendly and prompt. We will return!

Abbiamo avuto una grande soggiorno all'8B Hotel, la camera era pulita e ci è piaciuta la piscina. La posizione è buona e vicino a tutto intorno al quartiere 1. Il membro del personale è stato molto utile durante il nostro estate. Il colazione era giusto. L’unico punto di svolta è che non avevano una tovagliola in camera.

The Hotel is centrally located near the zoo and the Palace just 5 mins away. The staff doesn't understand much English so its hard to communicate even if you put it over translate. The room service people keep knocking consistently and screaming room service till you open the door. As a vegetarian its a horror in terms of the food. There are no options without meat and even if you tell them they couldn't care less. The reception people aren't friendly but still try to help out. The hotel is very close to everything - Indian restaurants etc. There was a box market right next to it at the time we went. They should try and have more vegetarian options along with tags on breakfast if they have included meat in the meal or not. The top floor has Landmark 81 in view and a pool.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. We have been travelling Vietnam for four weeks and everywhere we have stayed have been very nice... until we got here When we arrived we were shown to our room which absolutely stank of cigarette smoke. We complained and they did change our room for us however the new room wasn't much better but we decided to put up with it as we couldn't be bothered to move our bags again. The room was average and was very dark with no exterior windows. The pool is also dirty. Upon checking out we were greeted with a bill for 300,000 VND because a small hand towel had some make up on it. They hadn't even tried to wash the towel which makes me question whether they even wash the towels in between guests. We argued with the receptionist who spoke very little English and asked to speak to the manager who conveniently wasn't there. After about 15 minutes of arguing using Google translate they agreed to reduce the price to 150,000 VND which is still ridiculous price for a tiny towel in Vietnam. We agreed to pay it and leave else we would've missed our flight!

Hotel molto conveniente, vicino ai locali hotspot, personale molto amichevole e buon colazione. Al piano inferiore il rumore del traffico vicino è un po' troppo alto, ma fortunatamente l'hotel ci ha dato un'altra stanza direttamente al 15° piano, che era molto meglio. Bella piscina al tetto, mi sarebbe tornato a questo posto per certo.

Buffet di colazione ben distribuito. Il tè, il caffè e i pascoli sono buoni e deliziosi come parte del soggiorno dell'hotel. La piscina situata al livello superiore è ben mantenuta, anche se piccola. Il personale è molto cortese e attento alle vostre richieste. Grazie a Lina e alla squadra. La vicinanza alla strada del cibo giapponese è un altro grande plus. Il mio soggiorno di due notti ha fornito una buona esperienza, quindi torno a questo hotel nel prossimo viaggio a HCM.

After two nights in the Roseland Corp Hotel I just don’t know where to start describing this horrible experience as everything - the service, the rooms, the prices - was just so, so bad. So I just start at the beginning: We arrived on a Thursday. Arranging a pick-up from the airport was surprisingly complicated, it took several mails with the service manager for no reason but in the end there was a quite unfriendly driver waiting for us at the gate. They charged us 750.000 Dong which is way above the common taxi-rate (150.000 Dong). When we arrived at the hotel they charged my credit card for the room - twice. As the woman at the front desk didn’t understand English that well, it was quite complicated to convince her of her mistake and get the money back. The Roseland Corp hotel has an impressive entrance area. It’s nice, really. But unfortunately this doesn’t translate to the rooms. They are terrible, probably furnished in the 80s and not renewed since. They have whirlpool bathtubs made of plastic, lots of wood in the room, curtains that haven’t been washed for ages, and you can hear everything that is going on outside of your room. The first room we got smelled like cold cigarette smoke. I complained and they upgraded us to a bigger room (after we looked at a series of rooms, one of them still in use by a paying guest). But even the upgraded room was by far worse then everything we have seen in Vietnam. I wanted to cancel the whole reservation but they wouldn’t let us go. Instead they promised us the best room of the hotel the next day and we stayed. The first night was terrible. The bed had a very, very old and thus noisy spring mattress. The slightest movement made a noise. The walls and curtains had stains all over it. There’s no constant hot water, I had a cold shower in the morning. Shower and toilet happened to make weird unexpected noises. The best room in the hotel was basically the same as before but with a better view and a less noisy mattress. At this point I was ready to drink on that but unfortunately all the mini bar contained was two bottles of water. Breakfast was…well, let’s not talk about it. All of this would have been okay somehow if this hotel wasn’t so pricey. It’s like paying for a filet mignon and getting McDonalds Cheesburger. When we checked out the woman at the front desk (the same who messed up the payment) kindly asked us to sit and wait in the entrance area so she can check if everything is okay. We waited five, ten, fifteen minutes and nothing happened. When we asked her if everything was okay, she was surprised to see that we are still there. Yes, everything okay, she said. I can’t say the same. P.S.: Neil, the doorman, was the only exception to this experience. You are great, man! Please find a new employer.

Il Nord Charm è un bel piccolo hotel in una posizione molto grande nel Distretto 1. È a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni turistiche e dai bar/restauranti popolari. La camera era piccola, ma confortevole e pulita, e le strutture della camera erano limitate, ma anche molto pulite. La vista sull’area circostante era molto bella - si poteva vedere la cattedrale (è scaffoldata ora, ma sicuramente sarà bella quando è fissata.) Sfortunatamente, abbiamo avuto qualche problema con l’inondazione del bagno. Il manager ha offerto di cambiare la nostra stanza, ma poiché abbiamo avuto solo una notte prima di andare fuori, non abbiamo cambiato. L’odore di vapore era molto abbondante dopo questo e abbiamo dovuto aprire le finestre per chiarirlo. Il colazione era molto limitato in opzioni - ci potrebbero essere più pasticceria, cereali, yogurt e opzioni più calde, ma ciò che avevamo era molto bello e ci ha messo in piedi per il giorno.

Chery Boutique hotel - no windows opaque out no see out. So no point and getting the window room and paying the extra fee because even with the window it is no outside visibility. - no towel hangers in bathroom. This is minor until you start to look for a place to hang your towel and you realize there is no where so I needed up hanging mine over the shower head No gym. If you like to workout or u want to keep up with your workouts, no real gym here. The 1 treadmill you see in the online pics was not working, and the stationary bike is unpowered belt type. The sauna was working but mgmt keeps the circuit breakers off so u can’t turn it on without permission. But it works and gets reasonably hot. There is no jacuzzi, the small pool that is listed as a Jacuzzi is unheated. Everything is smaller than pics. Pics are taken and the right angles and distance but anything listed under 300sqft is basically just bed and bathroom. Rooms are small. Loft has no headroom. If you get the larger room with loft the loft is just big enough to crawl I into the bed and sit up while in the bed, anyone taller than a 7 year old will not be able to stand up. Little to no bathroom couter space for your toiletries, similar to the towel rack, no counter space in bathrooms. On check out,n the way out they will inspect your room for missing items such as towels or wash clothes and itemize the waters you have drinken. They stock the refrigerator with bottled waters but then don't tell u that they are for sale. And they sale them for ,5x the price u can buy them from street vendors right outside.i was charged 100,000d about $5 for 4 bottled waters in the room. Check the online hotel listing , and you will see it says”drinking water”. They do at least give u a teapot so u can boil your own water and refrigerate for drinking. The breakfast buffet is as depicted in pics, only issue here is no juice bar.They put the juice in these tiny little jars barely big enough for a child instead of just making a dispenser full with the typical tiny glasses so u don’t take much. Overall, this is a good hotel in a pinch or short 1-2 night stays, and at the right price. $30 a night would be my max to pay on this one. It will put u in the center of the action of Japan town and district 1. But, ***as a vacation destination, I do not recommend. ****

L’hotel è di recente costruzione e ha un arredamento moderno e rilassante. Le camere sono pulite e lo staff è molto gentile. Il materasso davvero comodo, lenzuola bianchissime e lisce. C’è una piscina al 10 piano e nello stesso piano è possibile usare il servizio di lavanderia free. Se torneremo a Oh chi min sceglieremo di nuovo questo hotel

I loved the location in the best district of saigon. Plus the staff at front desk was really helpful, forthcoming and sweet. Special mention for Bill & Gemma at the front desk who just always always answered all my queries, all my good and bad questions with a smile. Esp Gemma, who also helped with figuring out saigon city with her helpful tips, i wish her all the best for her future. Such a bright person, i am confident she will do really well in her life.
