Very nice hotel! Highly recommended I stayed at the Windsor plaza first two days (which is just in front and two time more expensive). but Zazz hotel is way better and great value! Small gym, pool upstairs and nice cafeteria downstairs. Staff at the reception is very nice and helpful! Rooms are clean. Beds are very nice and soft!

All the stuff are excellent, rooms are clean & modern, good location & comfortable, good good good!

Nice hotel.Clean room with new decor.Modern looking.Got swimming pool also. 2nd time staying here.First time they give me a room which the window open up to next building which is so near mean the window basically cannot open.Need to drawn the curtain all the time.This time I requested for a room with window facing the hotel front and they accommodated to my request.Thanks so much! Definitely will come back here again.

I like this hotel but got itchy and I’m not able to tell whether the bed has tiny little bugs or ? Even after sheets were changed.  they might need to also clean their comforter and mattress pad , or wash the pillows more often than now. Of course they wash the sheets and pillowcases but the pillows also might need washing. The breakfast included in the room has a good variety but I got extreme diarrhea from it today. Threw up everything and felt yucky all day.

1.i checked in to the hotel in the midnight, and yet they are still very attentive and friendly 2. although the breakfast choice not a lot, but food are clean and their service staff are very helpful

Our room was a small room and was just big enough for the both of us. If you are a family, you may want to book a bigger room. Well located, within walking distance of many eateries and particularly Ho Thi Ky Food Street. Good place to be if you prefer to stay around Chinatown in HCM instead of District 1.

The hotel was near An Dong Plaza in District 5. It was convenient to go to any Districts you want. And very near to HCMC Chinatown in District 6.

Swimming pool not really clean

Not in District 1 but can reach District 1 by cab in 15 min noting much around the area however if u walk about 10min there is a lot of local store selling cheap food and tasty 👅. Rom wise was pretty fast after all is value for money. That all about it
