What the scamer apartment, I book 2 bed room apartment, send this units send my family to other place ,used the reson to say no electric,this is the 2nd apartment I rent and the same issue no hot water ,no electric. Beware of this homestay scammer

The apartment was great, spacious had everything we needed and the pool was a great bonus with an amazing view. Our host was friendly and helpful and the apartment was clean and tidy. Having to wait to be allowed entry to the gym.

I won't recommend it to anyone. First of all, they tried to accommodate 7 bear by apartment. We felt deceiving. The moment we refused to go to another apartment they become rude and then the also refused to provide to accommodate our luggage as we came early. At the end we got out apartment. Which was not cleaned. Surface was not cleaned for many weeks i guess. It was all dusty. Biggest RED FLAG is. They didnt mention any their policies on website. Cleaning will be done free only if you stay 5days + else it is paid cleaning. They only give 3 blankets. Where they say accommodation for 6. Our 2 room ac were broken. Water was literally flooded the room. We also ask for paid cleaning but they never turn up. Utensils were very limited. Basic bathroom mat was not there. One bed was broken. Literally they were justifying there broken bed by saying its spring bed. We took the bed repairing and found that there were many used condoms were under the bed. They never cleaned under the bed. For basic toiletries we have to asked them. Our other friends also got apartment in same building and they also paid same amount. Their apartment was top notched. But our apartment was truly bad experience. So before booking this apartment. Ask them all policies.

The apartment hotel is very bad. If you stay for more than two days without cleaning, the room has a bed and a table. There is no socket at the head of the bed. The house is very small, and the attitude of the service staff is poor. This apartment is outsourced to private, not the hotel itself. The service is quite poor. It is not recommended to make a reservation.

The apartment was clean and spacious. The pool was great. Fantastic views over city.

It s very good place, très bon emplacement, facile on peut faire beaucoup d activités en marchant juste 15mn Je conseille cette place, personnel très courtoie.

It was a perfect stay. There's a few convenience stores below, and a sheltered drop off point that was perfect for grab or grabfood. The security was friendly as well, and welcoming which is quite fresh compard to other apartments in hcmc. Will definitely stay again!

Exceptionally comfortable beds and pillows. excellent outdoor pool.

超級垃圾的公寓 人到了説房間已經安排給別人了，給安排其他地方入住 一行8人站路邊，人生地不熟 要求退款 不退 乾脆連電話也不接 超級超級垃圾的越南公寓酒店 服務：垃圾服務

整體還不錯，冷氣有點不涼而已

酒店位置不錯，房間設施一般，前台人員五點鐘就下班了，溝通起來很不方便。在攜程訂了房間並付了款，結果到的時候説沒房間了，衹能住邊上另外一個次一點的酒店。投訴後説第二天搬回來，結果房型還是不一樣的，兩個衞生間的房間變成了一個衞生間的房間，再找他們就不理了。

Очень красивый вид в одной спальне, а во второй спальне нет окон. Комфортно вчетвером с детьми. Удобное расположение. Недалеко набережная реки. Но не центр города. Спасибо хозяину пошел нам на встречу и продлил на 1 сутки проживание, из-за моей и его ошибки. Из минусов - мебель не новая, посуды мало, кастрюли пригоревшие. Соответствовало все своей цене. Спасибо.
