Ci vogliono 10-15 minuti per raggiungere la stazione degli autobus e quella dei treni, ma nella camera dell'hotel non c'è il bollitore elettrico. Se vuoi bere acqua calda, devi andare al ristorante qui sotto per prendertela tu stesso. Non c'è dentifricio, spazzolino o anche una stazione di ricarica USB. Il prezzo è conveniente, ma è utile. Preferirei abitare di fronte alla stazione dei treni piuttosto che spendere meno.
Non ci sono ristoranti nelle vicinanze, solo la caffetteria è aperta fino alle 21:30.

Come previsto da questa catena di hotel, un'esperienza alberghiera semplice e senza emozioni. La posizione è eccellente in quanto la stazione principale degli autobus e dei treni si trova a 1 minuto a piedi.

Enjoyable stay, though the shower drain was very slow causing a bit of flooding and it's the first globally known hotel I've stayed in that charges for toiletries (40+ countries). I understand hotels only bring up requested toiletries which is good for saving the environment and costs, but with Ibis Budget right next door, it's a bit of a disappointment.

Excellent breakfast. Cosy decoration.
On each floor, there is a water dispense machine with both hot, cold and soda water. It is convenient to the travelers. Good for health and to the environment. GREAT!

The staff were wonderful and very helpful. I arrived earlier and was still able to check in. Property was clean despite the mud and slush outdoors, so high compliments to the cleaning staff. Also, thank you to front desk for suggesting prepaying for breakfast, it was a delicious spread and very many food options. Highly recommend the stay here. Plus the location is walking distance to shops and the train station. Ideal spot.

We arrived early for our booking expecting to be able to leave our bags and return later but they happily allowed us in to our rooms. The rooms are basic and clean which was exactly as we expected. Breakfast was buffet style and plenty of choice for everyone. My only complaint which is probably due to my lack of research is it was a little out of the town a good 15-20 mins walk which was fine but the pictures and blurb made me think we would be closer to the centre of Krakow. But all in all a good experience for all of our party.

This property is connected to Ibis BUDGET. There were NO amenities, so we wondered what "Budget" was missing. There were 3 very convenient things about this property.
(1) we arrived early and for a very modest fee, they let us check-in early.
(2) and (3) This hotel was a "pick-up" spot for both the Auschwitz/Birkenau tour and the Salt Caves Tour

Couldn't fault the hotel, very clean. Perfect for a city break stay and only about a 15 min walk from the Old Town center.

It was a very nice place, and the service was very good. The front desk people were very helpful with any questions I had. The restaurant food was great. The cleaning staff were very nice.

This property is a torturous walk from the train station, but was later informed by the customer service rep at Ibis that there was a shortcut. Room was spacious, but old. There was an exercise/stimulating bed in the room that cut out my mobility. It should be scrapped for firewood. There was no desk so a pseudo desk was set up with a chair and nightstand. Toilet worked fine. Hot water in the shower was almost immediate. Ibis provided you with some sort of liquid soap rather than a bar. Breakfast was good, but priced steeper than the Warsaw Ibis. You could walk a short distance to the mall where there were numerous dining options or choose the Ibis kitchen.
