在Trap訂兩晚，每天附兩份早餐、街景、禁菸房。 1.圖1:訂房明確顯示包含早餐兩份，早上詢問卻說之前有另外發信件，說明不提供早餐？後協商後僅能選最便宜的飲茶點心一份（三口就沒了），第二天人直接消失，沒有早餐提供。 2.圖2-3:一進房就聞到濃濃的煙味，很明顯就是在房間內抽完，煙頭往外丟（窗戶邊還放著電扇疏散煙味）。飯店給Trap回覆，不是他們的人抽的，是隔壁房間所為？ 3.圖4-5:置盥洗品架子搖搖欲墜，洗髮精、沐浴乳，僅丟在地上且洗髮精第二天就沒了，晚上也沒有工作人員在櫃檯，只有保全，無能為力。 4.第一天到飯店要洗澡沒有熱水，也找不到人處理，第二天一樣沒有提供熱水，找了保全上來處理，他也沒辦法解決（表示隔天早上請經理來看看？早上才能洗？） 5.隔音極差！走路、講話、上下樓梯、拖椅子的聲音，在夜深人靜，時不時就叫你起床重睡！尤其是冷氣排水，他沒有直接接管路往下流，而是選擇抽水器（3-5分鐘就會發出抽取的聲音，讓你睡不安寧）

Kháchsạn mới , sạch sẽ.trang trí hiện đại , rất thoải mái , còn có cả bếp và nồi , bát đĩa ,bàn ăn .giá cả hợp lý , di chuyển thuận tiện .

這個酒店是在越南最遭糕的酒店： 1：訂二個晚上豪華房，入住時衹給我們一個普通房，第二天晚上也不幫我們換房。 2：入住已包含早餐，實際上二個早上都不提供早餐。 3：入住後牙膏牙刷毛巾都沒有。 4：沖完涼後水直接流入房間，我們還要搞衞生把水掃出來。 5：第二個晚上也不提供礦泉水，問前台要也不給我們。 6：前台服務態度極差，第一個晚上入住不給我們房，還要我們自己取消，談了半個多小時後才分了一間普通房，並且沒有窗户，而我們訂的是豪華房。 This hotel is the worst hotel in Vietnam before I stayed: 1: Book a deluxe room for two nights, only gived us a regular room when we checked in, and did not help us to change rooms for the next night. 2: Breakfast was included in the check-in, in fact, breakfast was not provided for two mornings. 3: No toothpaste, toothbrush or towel after check-in. 4: After took shower .the water directly flow into the room, we had to clean the water out from the room. 5: The second night did not provide drinking water, even asked the reception did not give us. 6: The reception service attitude was very poor, the first night when we checked in. did not agree to provide us room, and the reception lady asked us to cancel ,after talked for more than half hour .then provided a ordinary room that it don't have window, we booked a deluxe room.

新裝修小套公寓，精緻，應有盡有，枕頭、床、被子都很舒服。合適長住，非常方便，周圍都是各種大小飯店和路邊小吃。特別值得一提的是女主人，她提供了我們所需的幫助，尤其是我個人的葯品遺留在屋內被她發現後，通過一系列複雜的操作交至已在機場的我的手中。一萬個謝謝！
