Брали 2 апартаментов на 2 семьи. Просторное помещение, 2 кондиционера, плита, холодильник,микроволновка,чайник,тостер, посуда. Все, что необходимо для самостоятельного проживания. Как и во всех апартаментах убираетесь сами, стирка 300 бат за комплект полотенец. + Потрясающий вид, просторно, 2 бассейна, тихо. Есть трансфер на море, но про него молчат), просторный паркинг. -таксисты конечно не хотят сюда ехать, подъем 80 м в гору. Но мы просто спускались вниз и вызывали, подъем воспринимается как дополнительный фитнес . Про сервис написать ничего не могу, т.к. весь сервис заключается в передаче ключей.

Очень понравились апартаменты. Две комнаты с собственными туалетами плюс большая кухня-гостиная. Есть почти все кухонные принадлежности. Отличный вид с балкона на пляж. Из минусов это довольно не маленькая дополнительная плата за электричество и уборку

Просторный семейный номер с видом на море. Было чисто. Перед нашим заездом был сделан мелкий косметический ремонт. Персонал приветливый. Подъём к отелю - проверка выносливости🥵

Отлично провели время в этом месте! Отдыхала с 2 детьми (6 и 11 лет). В апартаментах есть всё необходимое: кухонная бытовая техника (всё для приготовления, хранения, разогрева продуктов), посуда, очень приличная обеденная зона; Кондиционеры, огромная кровать. Постельное белье и полотенца чистые, в отличном состоянии ( правда замена платная). На территории 2 чистых и достаточно больших бассейна, одни с видом на море. В некоторые дни есть трансфер до пляжа и обратно. Достаточно крутой подъем к отелю, но дети забегают, играя, а взрослым доп нагрузка вместо фитнеса.

Отличное место для семейного отдыха. Просторная квартира со всем необходимым для проживания. Потрясающий вид на море. Два больших бассейна с баром. Хороший спортзал. В пешей доступности вся инфраструктура, включая магазины, кафе, бары, рестораны, уличная еда.

В целом, неплохо. Апартаменты немного подустали, это видно. Подъем на гору к кондо - тяжелый, но у нас был байк, поэтому не сильно ощутили. Людям с детьми, колясками и без транспорта - не посоветовала бы. Сам номер был большой, светлый и просторный. Но очень шумный кондиционер, ночью спать без беруш было сложно. Отдельная плата за электричество, вышло 700 бат за 4 дня проживания. Тариф, кажется, по 7,5 бат за 1 киловатт. Пользовались кондиционером только ночью, т.е. потребление было не большим. На несколько дней нормально, но больше - вряд ли.

A동 3층. 전망이 너무 좋았어요. 카론 바다가 쫘악 펼쳐지는 매일 아름다운 노을을 보며, 수영장도 좋았어요. 단, 전기요금은 별도라는 것.

We shared a four bedroom apartment between two families. Plenty of room and the apartment was very well equipped. The apartment is up a steep hill from the road but it is a short trek and most of the modern tuk tuks can make it up the hill. The pool was lovely and never crowded. It was a 5-7 minute walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants close by.

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment through AirBnB, which was a 3rd of the price if you book through the Resava website. This makes it very affordable for what you are getting. We stayed 2 weeks with our 2 kids (8 & 3) and it really was a home away from home, albeit in Paradise! The apartment had everything we needed to live comfortably - good kitchen, 2 bathrooms, comfortable beds, great Wi-Fi, 2 TV's, spa on balcony - oh yes, the balcony with views over all of Karon and sunsets to die for. The steep climb to the apartment from the main road will test those with mobility issues or those who are not fit, but it won't kill you and we did it a few times. But where we could, which was often, we used the free tuktuk shuttle service provided by the apartment complex which would take you anywhere in Karon within a reasonable distance, and with a call to the office they will pick you up also. It operates between 9am and 6pm. A tuktuk from the beach to the apartment (up the hill) is 200bht, so it is a really convenient location. All amenities are close by, with 7/11 and family mart and massages within 5min. TukTuk service will take you and pick you up also. The 2 pools are great, especially the infinity pool with amazing views over Karon. For a family or group of friends, staying here is ideal if you don't want the hustle and bustle of Patong - which is only 10min away on TukTuk (400bht). It is up on the hill, away from the noise but views to die for. Again, I rented from AirBnB and got a 2 bedroom apartment with balcony overlooking the ocean for a great price. I can't talk about the other apartments, but if staying here, you definitely want ocean views.

We paid $500 for a 3 night stay in a 2 bedroom apartment with sea views.The Apartment was A11 on the 4th floor,and quite frankly the apartment was in a shabby condition,with rusting chromeware in the 2 bathrooms-a coat of paint generally was needed.Mr ULA is the owners agent and I told him my views-he told me he "did not give a sh.." that the owner was Thai and he did not wish to keep the apartment in the condition consistent with the high price!! The access road to the apartment block is EXTREMLY steep and frankly only suitable for rock climbers! My advice is that this apartment block is not worth the money and that you should try the Phunawa Resort Karon Beach(where we have also stayed)-for much better value for money

Résidence récente avec deux piscines face à la mer sur les hauteurs de Karon. Plage Karon Beach 5mn à pied. Obligation de prendre un duplex dernier étage avec jacuzzi et vue imprenable sur le coucher de soleil face à la mer! À faire et refaire!!!

Buche dieses Hotel nicht, es war schrecklich! Wir blieben 5 Nächte lang und es war schrecklich. Die Möbel sind alt und nicht funktionsfähig, das Bett ist kaputt und die Wohnung riecht. Die Toilette ist schmutzig und stinkend, und anfangs konnte die Balkontür nicht abschließen, was jemandem Zugang zur Wohnung gab. Es gab zwar einen Safe, aber es hat nicht funktioniert, obwohl wir Batterien dafür gekauft haben. Wir haben versucht, den Gastgeber über Airbnb zu kontaktieren, aber keine Antwort erhalten und niemand hat geantwortet, als wir angerufen haben. Ich buche häufig auf Airbnb, aber ich habe noch nie eine solche Erfahrung gemacht. Das Allerwichtigste ist, dass der Gastgeber einfach nicht antwortet und du einfach hilflos da bist
