Il prezzo è OK, la camera è molto bello, anche se sono rimasto solo per un giorno, il servizio è stato molto buono, e il servizio clienti è stato molto entusiasta di aiutare a affrontare qualsiasi problema con la camera. Se torno, rimarrò certamente al vostro hotel.

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti in Roseland Centa Hotel. Belle e confortevoli camere , ampio buffet colazione, buona posizione. La più grande lussuosa di questo hotel è il personale di accoglienza. Essi fanno tutto il possibile per rendere il soggiorno più piacevole possibile. Per esempio, Long ci ha consigliato di andare a guardare il fuoco dal tetto di Roseland Sweet Hotel e ci ha prenotato una tavola VIP, abbiamo chiesto 2 cuscini di testa supplementari e che sono stati portati in un momento d'occhio, ... Grazie speciali a Long, Niran e Tai.

Ho prenotato camere doppie di lusso, ma sono stato in primo luogo guidato a camere avanzate (senza finestre).Quindi, quando ho detto che dovevo prenotare camere doppie con finestre, sono diventato una camera avanzata (senza finestre) (dimensioni identiche a quelle superiori). Quando prenoto, penso che ci sia una finestra più grande e una camicia tra le persone di lusso.La mia stanza non è come la camicia superiore, ma solo una piccola finestra come mostrato nella figura.Usa foto di Premier Deluxe Double per prenotare foto di letto di lusso sul sito? Oppure è stato guidato alla stanza sbagliata?Beh, all'estero, la ricetta è molto timido, quindi la prossima volta prenoterò la stessa stanza e lo controllerò.Ho prenotato una stanza di lusso.Ma all'inizio, il ricevimento mi ha portato alla stanza di doppia classe (nessuna finestra). Poi gli ho detto che ho prenotato una camera doppia di lusso, e la finestra era cosi', e poi mi ha portato nella stanza come ho caricato le foto.Penso che la mia stanza sia diversa da quella del sito di prenotazione.Voglio vederla la prossima volta che lo visito.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Love love this property from the location to the staff ! Their coffee in the Ground Floor was amazing! I stayed in total of 5 nights. The room was very spacious, cleanliness and housekeeping were top notch ! They keep in contact with you via WhatsApp and willing to assist with any issues. Perfect for longer stay because laundry on the top floor is also included which saves us traveller so much time/money. My city’s local friend told me that I chose the right location to stay as it is in the middle of everything. Oh, there is a Bon Bo Hue nearby that I went two times, so delicious ! THANK YOU SO MUCH for taken care of my AirPods and reported to me immediately after I checked out, I can’t say how appreciative I am ! 🥹🥹🥹❤️❤️❤️Kudos to this property ! Everyone has done a great job ! I will return !

Non ci sono fritte, ma avete tutto quello che avete bisogno - lavanderia, asciugatrice, cucina, tutto completamente funzionale. Il personale era molto gentile e carino, ma non divertente. Ho avuto paura, ma le loro porte hanno un dente (per far fronte alla povera posizione del rack di tovagliolo), pensavo di causarlo.

I have booked a VIP room costed about SGD 100 per nite for 2 nites. The photo shows a jacuzzi in the room! Upon check-in the room, I found the room a bit dark with dark walls, even with the curtains of the doors to the balcony opened. I have to repaired the right bedside light to make it lit. The TV remote has run out of batteries & the hair dryer is not working. I have to ask the house keeping to change it. The room is spacious with a outdoor balcony for smokers, as there is an ashtray there despite of my booking request for a non-smoking room. The balcony is facing a white wall of the next building!?! So no nice view from the balcony. Double basins are good but the jacuzzi is not working! Just treat it as an oversized bathtub. Feedback to the front counter & the answer is all jacuzzis in the hotel are all not working!?! This should be stated at the point of booking. I felt like being scammed to book a non-working jacuzzi VIP room! There are no face towels, just a medium sized towel & 2 large bath towels. The white floor towel is already stained & wet when I checked in. The aircon is weak even I have set it to full blast. However, the room is quiet without the infamous Vietnam traffic noise. There is no nite light leading to the bathroom in the nite, I have to switch on & off the lights when using it during sleep. The toilet bowl is located in the dark corner without lights. Do avoid throwing toilet paper into the bowl which would choked it. I learn it the hard way! The digital lock of the door sometimes refuses to lock. So do check if the door is lock when going out. The location of the hotel is perfect facing the famous Ben Thanh market. Shopping, eating & money changing are not a problem. There’s is a pharmacy in the left of the hotel & jewellers at the right for money changing. Most jewellers are unofficial moneychangers. This would be my first & last stay with this hotel,as there are plenty of other hotels nearby if I wanted to stay near the Ben Thanh market for my future trips. I do not mind paying but do not scam me.

Cute, modern and clean boutique hotel in District 1. On a busy vibrant street with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. It's in the older section of Ho Chi Minh City, so you get to experience the more ”authentic” part of the city versus the newer, more modern areas. Check-in was easy and all the staff were super friendly and welcoming. I was at first a little concerned with the hot and stuffy elevator and hallways. But once in our room, it was really nice. Large room, simply but nicely decorated and very clean. In room safe, large TV, fridge. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. A/C kept the room cool, but will turn off if you remove the room card from the room. If you go out, your room will be hot when you get back, but it cools down pretty quick. Beds were a little firm (which I prefer) and very comfortable, with comfortable pillows and sheets. I slept great here! Bathroom was modern and clean, and we appreciated all the provided amenities like toothbrush/toothpaste, Q-tips, shower caps, comb, lotion etc. Very nice! One negative; there's no shelf in the shower to put your soap, shampoo bottle, wash cloth, etc. Breakfast was good, with a nice selection of Western and Asian choices. Lots of different fruit juices, teas, coffee and there was an omelette station as well. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and would gladly stay here again.

나는 전세계를 돌아다니는 k-pop idol 공연 프로모터 이다.많은 호텔과 아파트를 이용 했으며 비행기를 1000번 이상 이용했다.나는 많은 숙소를 이용하면서 이런 좋은 숙소는 처음 경험했다 1.항상 얼음이 필요해서 얼음트레이 유무를 확인 했는데 이곳은 이미 많은 얼음을 준비해뒀다.그 배려에 놀랍다. 2.수저와 젓가락,가위등이 가지런히 정리되있다,이걸 보면 디테일한 호스트의 배려를 알수있다. 3.세탁기와 건조기가 있다. 4.선명한 tv가 있으며,넷플릭스가 플레이 된다. 5.우리가 항상 원하던 엑스트라key 가 있다.(2 card key) 6.방2개,화장실2개 이다.이 가격에 화장실 2개는 놀랍다. 7.각 화장실에 샴푸,클렌져,물비누,싱크대에 세제2개드라이기,다리미,,전자렌지,커피포트,전기밥솥,등 없는게 없다.나의 집. 8.1군,2군,7군 모두 가깝다. 9.설겆이 상태가 청결하다. 10.수영장과 휘트니스센터는 기본~ 나는 이제 호치민에 오면 이곳만 예약 할것이다.

My family and I had a lovely experience staying at the hotel. The hotel's proximity to the airport made it an ideal choice for our trip. The on-site restaurant boasted a mouthwatering breakfast spread, featuring a mix of European and local dishes to cater to various tastes. The restaurant's kids' play area and the painting activity for older children were thoughtful touches that our family appreciated. Exploring the local area, we discovered some restaurants and shops nearby, which was a pleasant bonus. Our room was perfect for a family of four, with comfortable sleeping arrangements for our children. The outdoor pool area was a highlight, complete with a beautifully landscaped green zone. I would certainly recommend the hotel to others looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
