change the bathtub to adjust a shower unit. at the moment, it is very slippery n dangerous. the lights in the room are not bright enough. the breakfast is okay. could have more variety

It was clean, affordable and it’s right in the downtown, easily accessible to nearby attractions.

The location of the property is quite convenient and accessible, which is a positive aspect. However, the soundproofing is poor, and the cleanliness is not up to standard. These issues significantly affected the overall experience. It would be much appreciated if improvements could be made in these areas, as they are crucial for ensuring a more comfortable and pleasant stay.

A hotel to stay for new travellers.... Currently hotel is going thru renovation which is good for future stay

the room has a terrible damp water smell and the carpet is dusty. The staff at the concierge is also rude in handling my luggage storage in the hotel.

I got lots rashes after the stay :( … I hope it’s not bed bugs:(

There's nothing better than the location of the hotel. Everything's old, but seems being maintained properly. The staffs are experienced and professional, but the reception. Compare to the lunch buffet, the breakfast is too simple and boring. It would be nice if it's a bit upgraded. Food of the adjacent restaurant to the hotel was not as good as before Covid pandemic. Besides you might face with a moment of being pushed by a waiter to order more expensive meal. If you are looking for a best located and not expensive hotel, this must be in your choice.

I went to the Bong Sen over ten years ago. It was nice then. Now it's a bit shaby. You have to climb a flight of stairs to get to the elevators. The carpets are dirty, I saw cockroaches, the small type, in our room on the 7th floor and in the restaurant on the ground level. The drains in the tub and sink were very slow. The sink stopper didn't work. One set of plugs next to the bed was not working. There's not much in the fridge. I tried to set up the safe but couldn't get a light or indication it worked. The peep hole in the door was above my head, and there wasn't a secondary stop. Breakfast was OK. Lots of security people hanging around the front door but rarely opening a door. There are lots of hotels in Saigon. Better luck next time.

good location, close to walking street and most tourist attraction, limited choice on breakfast but worth on this price, good for budget traveller

Very clean and enough for one

Bed linnen was not good and to short, never see a such a bad service for the laundry, instead of folding they pushed my shirts in a small bag. Had to redo all in the next hotel stop

Good service, old room. Noisy street.
