We’re located on the banks of Saigon River and surrounded by vibrant culture and historical landmarks. Famous sites like the Saigon Central Post Office, Reunification Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral, War Remnants Museum, and Ben Thanh Market are within a kilometer. Our hotel offers five restaurants and bars, a rooftop bar with views of the city, and a spa.

Usually a stay in the central district of a relatively large city means one has to put up with jammed traffic, busy streets and noise. However, the location of this hotel allowed tourists to travel out of the district easily through highway/wide roads nearby, to visit vast amount of restaurants, bars, spa, cafes, shops, malls and even monuments within 10-15 minute walk, and also to rest and rejuvenate in front of a quiet Saigon river view after a day of activity. My wife and I were able to visit a number of places after breakfast, return to hotel for a brief rest by foot, before heading out for dinner at farther places, and return to hotel for a good night's sleep, which made the trip extra refreshing and comfortable compared to other trips to other South East Asian large cities. The facilities of the hotel and amenities in the room were of high quality, clean and neat. Staff were all cordial, sincere and very responsive. Breakfast at the Strand was delicious, especially the Pho with stew that gave a taste distinct from that of nearby Pho shops, which made it always enjoyable at the start of the day. Will surely stay here again to explore its yet to be opened roof top bar and other facilities, and to enjoy two bites at the cherry!

Faccio viaggi d'affari da circa + 30 anni. Sono rimasto sul posto in tutto il mondo, in più di 60 paesi. A volte arrivi in hotel che sembrano nella media quando cerchi la valutazione dei commenti ecc. Le Saigon è un hotel a 3 stelle, ma ad essere sincero questo è uno dei miei preferiti a livello globale. Così tanti bei ristoranti locali nelle vicinanze e tu non fai parte della frenesia turistica, quello che normalmente trovi in centro. Quindi, se ti piace trovare una parte reale di HCMC, questo è il posto che fa per te!!! Il personale è fantastico, il signor Viet nella foto mi ha aiutato molto a trovare la posizione e le cose da esplorare nelle vicinanze. Siamo stati 9 notti e di sicuro torneremo!!!

Good location accessible to airport. Room is clean and spacious. I was assigned to top floor where elevator can’t reach so the staff need to carry my luggage. But staff are kind and helpful. I just don’t like the smell of the toilet. The drainage system is poor. I can’t breath while taking shower due to strong peep smell

CCherian99234Everything was great, and the rooms were really clean. The host is super friendly, helpful, and has great character. When I forgot the key card at Landmark Plus, I texted him right away. I thought he'd be mad, but nope! He was so responsible—he even booked a Grab to get the key card back without charging me a thing. I'll definitely stay at his place again

Mi sono imbarazzato perché ho aperto solo i dati, ma ho chiamato il centro clienti e mi ho mandato una foto dove ero, quindi un proprietario privato è venuto a darmi istruzioni. Credo di aver sentito che pulisco la stanza e le tovaglie ogni giorno quando le ho chiesto. Tre notti. L'ho fatto una volta in mezzo. Sembra che qualche comunicazione fosse sbagliata. Ho chiesto un piano alto, ma era il undicesimo piano. In generale, ero abbastanza soddisfatto.

JJames1219Hotel is in a very good location, quick access to many popular places. The street itself is average with just a few coffee shops and small stores.
The amenities of the hotel are unique such as the hammocks, and open air type of room layout.
They also have a top floor that’s used for not only breakfast, but also a casual recreational or dining area that people can use throughout the day.
But the wear and tear of the hotel is starting to show. Floors have stains, walls need painting, elevator is messy and dirty.
Service is average, nothing spectacular. For the price, it needs to update some things or they will need to lower the price.

PPoohLokieRecentemente ho avuto il piacere di rimanere a Icon Saigon, e non ho altro che grandi cose da dire sulla mia esperienza. Dal momento in cui sono arrivato, sono stato impressionato dal livello eccezionale di servizio clienti fornito dal personale dell'hotel che ci ha aiutato a portare i bagagli e i bagagli dal lobby alla nostra stanza dell'hotel.
La stanza stessa era bella - pulita, spaziosa e confortevole. Mi sono particolarmente apprezzato la riempimento quotidiano del minibar con bevande e birre molli, che mi rendeva ancora più piacevole.
Ogni membro del personale che incontrai era amichevole, cortese e incredibilmente utile, e si sono allontanati dal modo in cui mi hanno fatto tutto quello che mi serviva, da piastrelle extra per aiutarci a comunicare con i locali per confermare la nostra visita o prenotazione.
Devo ringraziare l'hotel per aver accolto la mia richiesta di check-out tardiva, ho avuto un volo tardivo fuori città e mi sono davvero apprezzato di poter mantenere la nostra stanza per qualche ora extra, anche se quella giornata era piena. Ha fatto la differenza di garantire un fine senza stress per il mio viaggio.
In generale, consiglio fortemente a chiunque cerca un grande posto per soggiornare. Le camere sono fantastiche e il servizio clienti è davvero eccezionale. Grazie a tutti in hotel per aver fatto il mio soggiorno un tale memorabile!

UUtente ospiteAu Lac Legend is located in District 3 but its near to the city center at District 1. It took us just under 10mins to stroll to Nguyen Hue Walking Street. We began to appreciate the fact that its within walking distance but not right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Saigon as its much more quiet here with just the occasional honking of the motorbikes on the street below. The hotel is well decorated in an ethnic charm with an Indochine style to it which we like, its well maintained and clean most times. The hotel manager, this tall gentleman Henry was very helpful to give us lots of tips and info about Saigon City Tours. He is always smiling and very accommodating to all the guests and I think that sets a very good example for all his staff to follow. The front desk receptionist, I think her name is Fairy, was so friendly and helpful whenever we have questions to ask her. The hotel has a sky bar with a roof top pool which looks more like a large dipping jacuzzi as its very small for a pool, not meant for swimming but its ok as the hot weather just make you want to soak in there. The little cafe on the roof top is nice, they do serve afternoon tea with snacks, cakes and pastries daily from 3-5pm. By the way, the breakfast area is small but still a good size for the capacity of this hotel. It offers a good spread if you were to stay for 2-3 nights but nothing to complain about as most room bookings comes with breakfast included and that's already value for money for the price you are paying. We stayed on the 10th floor at the Suite Room which comes with a Queen and a Single bed. Good size room with an area for a sofa and coffee table. We love the bathroom which is spacious with separate areas for the standing bath and the bath tub. Now, the only bad thing we can find for this hotel is the shower water, its inconsistent in the hot water, it takes a long time for water to be heated up and when you are showering, it may turn cold anytime. So may I suggest for the management to look into this? A few more staff which I would like to compliment is that fizzy hair supervisor at the breakfast area, he makes an effort to make sure the guests are comfortable so that is good. All the other breakfast staff are also very diligent and hardworking. One suggestion to make is, for the breakfast staff to indicate that a table is taken while the guests go pick up their food at the buffet area. I saw quite a few confusion when guests didn't realize that certain tables had been taken and they just sat down which resulted with the actual table guests coming back with their food to their table that has been occupied by other guests. I also wished to special mention the hotel security staff Ray who is always very helpful and service with a smile all the time. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone.

E'stato prenotato come parte di un tour, quindi non so se sia un buon valore, ma abbiamo avuto assistenza con il nostro bagaglio, forse perché faceva parte del tour. Il portaman era quasi sempre presente per aprire la porta. Il personale era piacevole e utile. Non c’è molto spazio in sala da pranzo perché la maggior parte del piano principale è occupata da un ristorante. La mia camera da sola era piccola come si aspettava, ma non mi era problema perché era pulita. Ho dovuto chiamare per ottenere una nuova batteria per la sicurezza, che era stata presa in attesa, e nel doccia non riuscivo a chiudere la porta di slitta per la resistenza. Ancora una volta, due uomini di manutenzione che non potevano ripararla, mi trasferirono in un'altra stanza - questa volta una doppia, ma ancora una volta, la cassaforte era stata riparata in posizione chiusa. La porta del bagno funzionava bene, ma non c'era acqua calda come altri membri del nostro gruppo, e una denuncia correggeva che, come acqua calda, era disponibile per i due giorni restanti del nostro soggiorno. Un po'di annoiarsi era il suono delle porte chiuse e il rumore nella sala fino a quando tutti non si erano sistemati per la notte. Ci era poca scelta per il colazione. Poco più uova precotte non erano affascinanti, ma si può sempre trovare qualcosa da mangiare. Come altri hanno osservato, la posizione è buona.

The rooms may be a little dated (shower over the bath tub) but very comfortable On previous stays I have been roomed at the back of the hotel, however on the 2 recent stays have had rooms with view of the surrounds (thanks to Duty Manager Nguyen), and enjoyed both rooms. Staff at the front desk are very warm (even though a little slow), and porters are extremely helpful. The lobby lounge is comfortable for the after touring drink, or before venturing out at night. The only negative I found was that in the mall outside , entertainment went too late in the evening and did cause a little noise too late at night. I would certainly stay here again.

Il personale è stato amichevole e utile.C'è un massaggio all'entrata dell'hotel che è molto conveniente se ne ha bisogno.
Solo un punto negativo è che il bacino ha alcune questioni di tubo che lo faranno fuggire, ma la questione non era così grande da lamentarsi.
In generale, si consiglia di rimanere.

La posizione dell'hotel è stata eccellente, con molte attrazioni turistiche e centri commerciali a pochi passi. Il personale era amichevole e ha offerto un servizio eccellente, facendomi sentire a casa.
Le camere sono pulite e confortevoli, anche se l'aria condizionata è un po' rumorosa. Il colazione dell'hotel era disponibile in alcune camere, che era un bel toccamento.
