We had a very mixed experience at A & Em Art Hotel with my family. While the hotel itself is clean, rooms nice and big (we had deluxe), and location superb, the hotel has also its' disadvantages - the staff being the biggest of them. During our three night stay we met with several staff members and almost all of them seemed to be very indifferent if not straight up rude toward us. Not all, but most of them. We had one male receptionist and a bell boy who were very friendly and attentive. Another complaint goes to breakfast. How can it be possible that when a place serves breakfast until 10am they are run out of food at 9am!? We didn't get any pho soup and even the coffee had ran out. And the staff did absolutely nothing but said that that's how it is. A big group that had come in is not an explanation, they should know about their guests. Another explanation was guests from the hotel across the street. That doesn't fly either since it's part of the same group (A & Em Corner Hotel). I usually don't care that much about hotel breakfast but this time we were travelling with my wife and our 1y11m daughter and having no breakfast really made our life more difficult. Pros - clean hotel - nice and clean rooms with complimentary water bottles for each day - excellent location Cons - breakfast, should probably go at 6am to receive any - staff and their attitude (excluding one bell boy, one receptionist, and the cleaners)

L'hotel è semplicemente ok, è il personale che lo porta a un nuovo livello. Il personale è così caldo e amichevole e si prendono cura di voi e si collegano con voi. D'accordo, il personale si collega con voi. Sono grandi. Ci sono Nikki, Sunshine, e altro ancora . Non ricordo tutti i nomi, scusate, ma sono così dolci! Sono davvero grandi. Il buffet era timido e abbiamo esplorato nuovi cibi e erano così gentili per noi. Nikki ci ha preso il tempo per aiutarci a trovare una gita per il giorno successivo. Il personale ha fatto un sforzo così. La stanza era in ordine, il cibo era davvero buono e il personale era fantastico.

La camera è confortevole e, trattandosi di un residence, è completamente attrezzata. Se vuoi mangiare cibo al microonde o noodles istantanei dai minimarket quando sei in viaggio, è molto conveniente acquistarli e mangiarli in camera tua. Anche la posizione è molto buona, non è troppo lontano per raggiungere a piedi le principali attrazioni. Si consiglia a tutti di prendere in considerazione l'idea di soggiornare qui quando si visita Ho Chi Minh City.

The room kinda small compare to the price, with the price i pay i could get another bigger room, but the location was great, staff is friendly, roof top bar is fine… nice view of the airport…

We arrived at the Aristo Hotel after a 10 hour flight and at the reception, we were greeted with patience, cold drinks and a smile :) We got upgraded to a bigger room which had a lot of space and was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great, we enjoyed the local food. Also, we went to the spa at the hotel, had a massage and went in the sauna. We recommend it:) The hot water in the shower wasn't as hot as we expected and the AC wasn't perfect but worked most of the time. Overall, we had a great experience. Very nice staff, helpful with good intentions. We want to thank Ivy at the reception! She was super nice, always with a smile and helped us a lot with finding what we were looking for ＜3 Thank you Aristo, we had a great time!

Se stai pensando di affittare un appartamento da Glenwood o di utilizzare il loro Resort, fermati qui a meno che non voglia pagare $300 USD al mese in elettricità. Questo posto ha tratto vantaggio da me e dalla mia fidanzata durante la chiusura di Ho Chi Minh nel settembre 2021. Durante il non andare fuori ordine del governo vietnamita questo posto ci ha costretti a uscire (smantellando la nostra elettricità e l'acqua) ci hanno costretto a attraversare la strada per pagare il noleggio e la nostra fattura elettrica, che era un 7 milioni di elettricità ($309 USD) Il nostro video su YouTube mostra come Shady è quel posto. Quando siamo arrivati in strada per pagare il conto, ci hanno anche fatto il filmato e ci hanno detto di spengere le telecamere. Noi abbiamo rifiutato, nella mia esperienza, le uniche persone che non vogliono essere catturate al cinema sono quelle che fanno qualcosa di sbagliato. Il video di YouTube mostra anche il nostro contatore elettrico girando come pazzi, così velocemente non si può nemmeno vedere il marcatore nero sulla ruota girante. Hanno installato un nuovo contatore elettrico nella nostra unità e si può sentire che a volte grida le macchine perché non può nemmeno andare così velocemente. Ci hanno costretto a pagare un conto elettrico di sei milioni il mese prossimo perché non potevamo lasciare a causa della chiusura di hardcore e Ho Chi Minh. Evitare Glenwood Residence e Appartamenti nel Glenwood Resort a tutti i costi. Greenwood ha avuto l'opportunità di rimborsare tutta la nostra elettricità, tranne per un conto medio, per evitare una revisione di una stella. Non hanno rispettato l'allarme. Hanno avuto la possibilità di fare la cosa giusta, di restituire il mio deposito completo e tutte le mie spese elettriche, eccetto un importo giusto, si sono rifiutate.
