Essendo un frequente viaggiatore d'affari, era la prima volta che soggiornavo in un hotel a cinque stelle e ho potuto dormire finché non mi sono svegliato naturalmente. Il servizio fornito dal bel ragazzo Evan alla reception è stato fantastico e molto gentile! Anche la zia Ruby Zang del reparto pulizie è molto gentile, lavora con attenzione e coscienziosità. Inoltre, la colazione a buffet dell'hotel è molto ricca e deliziosa, soprattutto la ciotola di piccoli wonton! Il punto chiave è che anche il bagno nella hall è molto pulito! Anche il concierge è molto gentile! Anche la vista della palestra fornita dall'hotel è molto buona e anche la qualità dell'acqua della piscina è molto buona! Questa è un'esperienza molto bella! The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, and the facilities are among the best in Yantai. The service was also incredibly warm and professional. We had a special episode during our stay — my son accidentally left one of his shoes in a DiDi taxi, and we were struggling to contact the driver due to the language barrier. Thankfully, staff member Dragon Xu went above and beyond to help us. He communicated with the driver, arranged for the shoe to be retrieved, and even handled all the related details and costs with great care. That shoe had a very special meaning for our family, and we’re truly grateful for his kindness and dedication. Because of this experience, we’ll definitely stay at the Pullman Yantai Center again with even more fondness next time we visit Yantai.

Sono arrivato al Pullman Hotel a mezzogiorno del 12. I due camerieri, Ollie e Li Shuyu, hanno fatto il check-in in hotel, hanno presentato un delicato piatto di frutta e hanno migliorato la stanza. La camera era spaziosa, luminosa e confortevole la sensazione è stata abbastanza buona. La prossima volta sceglierò anche il tuo hotel quando verrò a Weifang.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to others!

I found what looked like an engorged tick or bedbug crawling up my bed. The hotel is pretty and I booked it for 1 night as a luxury treat so I could get a good rest for my layover stop to another destination. My room smelt like stale smoke unfortunately, though I had asked for non-smoking. I paid extra on my booking for breakfast and had to wake up at 6am, eat breakfast at 6.30am and go to the airport at 7.20am. My room had a bathtub so I took a bath before bedtime and went to bed at midnight, I got up to go switch the lamp off at 1am and found this bug crawling up the side of my bed going towards me. I think it's either a tick or a bed bug, the body was full of blood. It had 6 or 8 legs, difficult to see but I took a video which doesn't allow me to upload. I don't have any problems with normal bugs such as spiders, but if it is a tick or bedbug it is a big problem. I was really worried there were more hiding inside the bed, I called reception for help and they looked at the bug which I caught in a glass cup. They apologised deeply and changed my room, so I had to move at 1.30am. I explained I was already tired and have to wake up early. In the new room I was unable to sleep as I kept worrying about bed bugs. I got up multiple times to check my bed. And there was a noisy couple next door talking loudly until very late so I couldn't sleep. For a luxury hotel you should not need to loose a whole night's sleep because you are worried about bedbugs or ticks biting you. Nor should be able to hear noise from other guests through the wall. I was extremely exhausted the next day and did not have any appetite. I asked if they could refund the extra I paid for breakfast because I couldn't eat it, but they said it wasn't possible. So I forced myself to try eat 1 egg and some small rice porridge but couldn't finish it. Really expensive to pay for breakfast and hardly eat, it's a shame they couldn't refund the breakfast considering I had no sleep. For a 5* hotel, I would like to have good rest and peaceful sleep. But it was not like that. The staff were very kind and helpful, but it's not so easy to travel here alone. It was not easy to book a taxi for the following morning to the airport and it took 40 minutes of assistance, the man was very kind and helpful, but the hotel should make an easier system for foreign guests to book taxi. When I first arrived in Jinan airport, I had no idea how to get to the hotel. There is no ATM inside the hotel so you cannot withdraw cash, and you cannot pay with foreign card to book a taxi. The shangri-la website did not provide any details for public transport. It simply said bus transfer was available but did not say which number bus. I would give the details here but I have forgotten the route name and bus number now as it was hectic and I was very tired, sorry. I had to waste a lot of time trying to ask for help at the airport as the staff did not speak English. Luckily someone helped me. The bus will cost 20yuan and take you into the centre where you will see the intercontinental hotel and a large shopping mall on the left side of the bus, get off at that stop, it takes 1 hour. From there it's only 5 minutes walk to shangri-la. For a big hotel they should provide easy instructions on the website to guests. The staff apologised deeply for the bug on the bed, and offered 10% reduction of the room rate. Although when I checked out no refund was given and they didn't mention anything about it, I think they just charged full price. Personally I think 10% is not enough anyway. Nobody wants to change rooms at 1.30am because of bugs crawling on the bed. I didn't get any sleep at all and felt itchy because I kept thinking about bugs and couldn't eat the breakfast. I was absolutely exhausted the following day so I was unable to do anything at my next destination and had to waste 1 day more to rest. Unfortunately not an easy experience at the shangri-la.

You won’t be disappointed staying here. I’m a female solo traveler who doesn’t speak Chinese, and I booked this hotel in a rush right after arriving at Jinan’s train station on a rainy day, feeling quite confused about what to do; the staff contacted me immediately and helped me all the way to the hotel, carrying my bags, opening an umbrella, and guiding me to a beautiful room. They even allowed early check-in, provided an umbrella for walking around town, and gave me a free breakfast voucher—sobtouch. Cookies at checkout were a thoughtful touch, and the serene lake view provided a perfect quick recharge between days of sightseeing—great for a short stay within my 14-day longer itinerary in China. The hotel isn’t in the city centre, but you can get around easily by Didi (about 7–10 minutes to major spots). At night it’s perfect for a peaceful sleep.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per il fine settimana di compleanno e dal check-in alla fine del mio soggiorno, tutto era sorprendente. La stanza 270-degree era esattamente quello che volevo e altro ancora. La vista era magnifica e sinceramente indimenticabile. Il mio compleanno mi ha fatto sentire speciale. Ho ricevuto una torta, frutta fresca, una mascotte di leone e anche le foglie di letto sono state decorate con un messaggio “Buon compleanno”. Questo è facilmente uno dei migliori hotel che abbia soggiornato in Cina. La colazione è stata eccellente con una buona combinazione di opzioni occidentali e il personale è stato amichevole, utile e genuinamente cortese per tutta la mia permanenza. Grazie speciali a Nora, che si è accostata per assicurarsi che tutto fosse soddisfacente e che era incredibilmente utile dall'inizio al termine. Questo hotel offre davvero lusso e un'esperienza premium. Se stai visitando Qingdao, è una scelta eccellente e io sarei sicuramente rimasto qui.

L'hotel è ben situato. Dietro l'hotel c'era un terminale a lungo raggio. E' facile prenotare un viaggio a lungo raggio a Penglai e le 8 visizioni mortali. Il viaggio prende circa 2 ore. Se si arriva dalla stazione ferroviaria Yantai, la passeggiata è circa 15-20 minuti a piedi all'hotel o alternativamente c'è un fermo pubblico di autobus proprio davanti all'hotel. Con taxi CNY 9.00. Il personale di check-in è bello e amichevole. La stanza dell'hotel è pulita e piuttosto accoppiata dalla porta principale. Un piccolo set-back è la caldaia d'acqua che trovo un po' scomoda dove ho bisogno di bollire l'acqua, perché è necessario smontare l'intera caldaia e non può riempire molto acqua. Non il tipo tradizionale di caldaia d'acqua che mi sembra necessario essere aggiornato. In generale, un bel hotel per soggiornare.
