Great for small trip with family, ola are available for City travel. Food and cleaness is perfect! Surely an accor property is known for it.

Very poor service. Staff provided late check in and we're very incorperative.

Quite average service considering it is ibis. The staff is really slow to respond with some being rude and unbothered at times. Blatantly refusing bellboy services and asking us to carry our own luggage. Breakfast was good. Guards were really helpful though. Ample parking space. Rooms are a bit small but manageable.

I stayed for 2 nights here. The hotel service is really poor. They take a lot of time if asked anything. Even after providing soft copy of IDs they ask for copy of digilocker and argue i have seen this first time on any hotel. They didnt provided cancellation for second day. Also the rooms are very small here and the bathroom is worst it is like a bathroom in airplane and very small in size. Even there was a small cockroach in the room. The construction quality was also not good even if someone closes door from other rooms we can feel the wall bed shaking in our room. No one helps to transfer luggage it is self assisted. After paying almost 3.5k per night i didnt felt this hotel worthy.

Excellent hospitality

One of the beat ibis hotel i have visited. Team is very welcoming and helpful front office team in particular. We came before check in time and requested for an early check in amd the front office staff was kind enough and helped us with a room in 10 minutes. Speacial mention for Samaksh and Saish. Will always prefer ibis hotel for future stays.

The hotel was overall good. The housekeeping staff particularly Ajit was very good. Very polite and very good behaviour. Good service. The breakfast and food taste was also good. The catering staff was also very helpful and polite. Overall I had good experience staying here.

Excellent cleaning with humble nature. Looks like very professional in his work And very helping nature we had issue with key lock so he suggested how to raise this with reception. Arrange water bottle also for us. Lovely gesture at the end By - keshav jhadav

Visited for business purpose in June 2024. Good hotel with good staff and food quality. Service is also good enough. Specifically house keeping guy Dile Rajput was on spot. In room dining was also superb all i can say is good hotel to spend you money.

The stay was good. Staff was very friendly especially Keshav. Overall a nice experience. The ambience was great, had some amazing local food. I would highly recommend it. It's near to the Wipro office and all other amenities are available nearby.

The room service was very good special metion to makhan for providing excellent room service. Also room are very kych spacious and the vibe ambiamce everything is good and perfect. If you are new to the citu just book ibis as you stay her because it 's very good
