We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. We chose the hotel based on good reviews from past guests and its proximity to the minibus station from Anshun and the shuttle bus to the waterfall park. However, we were surprised that hot water is only available from 1930 - 2230! And even when conforming to their time frame, we had to call each time to inform them that no hot water was coming. A staff member would then show up on our floor to turn on the hot water. Secondly, our room was downgraded from top floor to the lowest floor, and the reason being it was low season and they only have that one floor in operation. Last but not least, no housekeeping was performed during our 3 day stay - trash was not cleared, toilet paper and water were not replenished until we called and requested it. The hotel seemed to be functioning with very minimum staff in attendance. The front desk lady who checked us in was very efficient in replying to our numerous messages and sorting out the problem. One positive comment: basic breakfast offered was good. The soup noodle was tasty.

hotel offer free luggage storage for us to collect after visited the tourist scenic. room is clean and.location is near to scenic.entrance and many eateries nearby.

Very warm and welcoming staff. The girl on the desk was very friendly and made a lot of effort to ensure the stay was comfortable. Very responsive to queries and she and her colleagues were all very happy to help. Location very convenient for a trip to Huangguoshu.

Location is great. Just opposite the scenic area ticketing center and bus station. Just about 100m away is a row of restaurants serving local cuisine. Very convenient and highly recommended.

Location is very good, very near the HGS waterfall and bus terminus. Room good size and clean. Service is above average.

房間距離景區超級方便，帶着長者來旅行太方便了，過馬路就是去各個景區的大巴車上車點。而且挨着客運站和麥當勞。我們一早從貴陽抵達酒店9點半就可以開始遊覽了，酒店早餐也很豐盛。

房間非常大，正規酒店的格局，性價比高。前台小姑娘服務很好，靠電梯怕吵換房間一點不嫌麻煩。位置好，樓下過馬路就是去景區的擺渡車乘車點和票務中心，附近吃飯的地方也很多。

第二次到安順，肉眼可見的比去年繁華，到達目的地後，當地飯店推薦的店，四星酒店，開始不理解為什麼推薦，後來發現都是同行襯託 攜程下單，但是我們三個人，衹有一個訂單有優惠，衹能媽媽👩和我這家店，給爸爸👨訂了另一家店，首先這家店前台有人，房卡一次性搞定，餐飲在二樓，一樓是小超市和辦理入住的前台 在五樓，有電梯，樓道里鋪了地毯地墊，房間也是全屋地毯，窗邊有桌子小椅子🪑電視牆一側有櫃子，櫃子裏有個被子，被子被套有黃色污漬，床上還有倆被子，沒用，廁所做了乾濕分離，但是早晨沒有熱水，沒用，給了一個一次性🚽馬桶套，提供了電熱蚊香片 早餐有粉，炒飯，鹵蛋，豆漿，包子，都是很有飽腹感的飯菜，適合當正餐吃。有波波糖作為伴手禮，挺好吃的。 房間臨街，並不覺得吵，對面就是景區的車，很方便

酒店地理位置相當好，樓下就是景區擺渡車。酒店停車場也是免費的，推薦。黃果樹景區一天玩下來很累，這個酒店會縮短不必要的時間

房間乾淨 位置特別好 就在瀑布上車口對面 早餐沒什麼人 但還是乾淨的 作為一個三星級酒店做得挺好的了 該有的全都有

酒店就在黃果樹售票處的對面，停車方便，酒店有自己的停車場，樓下一條街都是吃的，吃飯也很方便。房間裝修的不錯。

地點好，對面就是景點售票處和上車點。酒店餐廳的食物不錯，價格也比外邊的來得公道，值得一試。唯一缺點是沖涼熱水器不穩定，衹有在 7pm-10pm有熱水，美中不足。。

酒店房間挺大的，位置很好，對面就是黃果樹風景名勝區，酒店旁邊有一條食街，很便利，就是洗澡水温不是很穩定
