Brutta esperienza a Singapore, questo hotel non è Singapore ma un hotel di un paese del terzo mondo. Chiedo alle autorità di Singapore di chiudere questo covo sporco e ************ e di mettere il suo personale in prigione.

Esperienza terribile. Un topo nel dormitorio e il mio letto aveva delle cimici, che mi hanno morso. La signora che credo fosse la proprietaria ha urlato a un ospite e lei ha dovuto andarsene. Non so il motivo, ma è stato molto poco professionale urlare in quel modo. Un posto molto strano. Sono partito alle 4 di notte per andarmene da questo posto e ho aspettato alla stazione della metropolitana per andare all'aeroporto.

La posizione della zona è comoda ma non consigliata in quanto necessita di miglioramenti.

Non abbiamo insistito, pensiamo che il posto non sia sicuro e il servizio clienti sia scadente. Non sapevamo che eravamo in 12 in questa stanza. Se è possibile rimborsare ＞ Non l'abbiamo usata perché la stanza ha ragazzi e ragazze. Nessuna privacy

Le camere emanavano cattivi odori, l'aria condizionata era bassa, rumorosa nonostante fosse tardi con chiacchiere e telefonate. Non riesco a dormire bene per le successive 8-9 ore dal check-in. Lo standard era sceso drasticamente

Il personale del servizio è pessimo, ha un atteggiamento pessimo, non parla gentilmente con i clienti e chiede loro di uscire, non me l'aspettavo, non c'è armadietto e fanno pagare solo per niente, consiglio di non andarci, altre persone

Front desk was kind enough to let me check in a couple of hours earlier. Was even greeted warmly when I arrived. Even let me have the lower bunk as requested. Too bad that there's a heavy snorer in the same room and I didn't have much sleep for the last two nights I was there and literally overslept my check in hours. Really have to rush myself out coz they have someone else for that spot, which was understandble. Overall, I am still more than happy with my stay over at Campbell Inn. Nearby 24 hrs convenient stores and eateries work well for me coz my work ends quite late at times. And they even have vending machines selling drinks and snacks and their own fridge selling sodas and drinking water. I will definitely be staying here again soon. Perhaps, for a little while longer next time. Thank you, Campbell Inn. Good job well done.

Not really recommended for someone who can’t sleep if there is a lot of noise

Was alright,just no amenities and cleanliness not good especially early morning. Mixed accommodation with mostly men. Select bottom or top on booking and they do provide that. Microwave, fridge, kettle and utensils offered too

It was the worst hostel experience I've ever had. The place is extremely dirty. he place smells awful, and the bathroom is beyond disgusting-it's unbearable to use. The smell never goes away. They don't even separate male and female bathrooms. During the three nights I stayed there, two guys would show up at night and sleep on the floor of the dining area, then leave in the morning. I reported it to one of the staff, but he didn't care at all. So, there's no security in this place. On top of that, my locker didn't close properly-it was broken. At least I stayed with my family, if I were not I would leave since the first day I saw the place.

Bugs walking on the beds, walls and in the morning even out of our bags. Man sleeping on the floor of the common areas. Bathrooms smelled horrible, mountains of rubbish everywhere. Not worth a cent. Trip.com should at least check the accommodation they offer.

NEVER AGAIN WITH THIS PLACE.
