The service is amazing. Upon checking they explained all the benefits and working hours with a lot of patience and she try her best to find the perfect room for us. During breakfast again they introduce the buffet and make sure we had everything we needed. Maggie and Wendy were very friendly and professional and the food was delicious and well presented. The GM Kevin is clearly making a great job considering the maintenance of the rooms and the consistent service from the staff. Would super recommend this property; specially for people traveling with kids.

Room is big and clean. However, there is not enough reastaurants and eatery place. Location is not convenient for travellers via high speed train as it takes more than 40 minutes via Taxi. The Reception ladies at the hotel spring counter is very bad manners to customers. Re coffee shop breakfast in the morning, the food selection is mainly cater for tour group. For individual travellers, RMB128 per person breakfast charge is not worth the value. The coffee machine is very limited on choice of coffee and have to queue up quite long.

The view is superb. But location is too far from city and high speed railway station. Not much restaurants nearby, hence have to travel 40 minutes to Heyuan city for nice food. The hot spring staffs were very bad manner. Not friendly at all.

Very nice premises, services are good, staff are polite n helpful. The only downside is lots of stalls/shops/resto r not open, maybe they will open for weekend only... We booked a hot spring hill view room n upgraded to lake view....so nice .... Thanks for everything, we all enjoy e stay... Sure will come back again if we hv a chance...

Location is great. many attractions near by. Staff and service is good. Only company with room cleaning staff. they did not clean room well on our 2nd day. did not clean coffe mugs. and their was no glass to drink water or something. Inside room hotspring, i feel its normal water, not hotspring water.

酒店裝潢好豪華，旁邊湖景很漂亮！酒店行出去有溫泉會館，主題樂園包括登山䌫車，水上樂園同魔術劇場，懷舊老街打卡區等。前天看了魔術表演和坐了䌫車，兩天都玩了主題樂園室內設施。前台男職員Bruce服務態度很好，值得表揚！😄💯👍

地點：距離河源東站30分鐘車程，打滴滴30元人民幣，不遠，很方便。酒店就在巴伐利亞園區的正中心。環境：房間好大，乾淨企理，設施齊全，下次會再來。酒店送魔術表演門票，溫泉門票和黑森林門票，不需要出園區就可以玩足2天，好抵玩。

8月20號入住的這家酒店，酒店設施很舊，房間裏面排氣不好，進去一股很大的味道。再來説説遊玩項目，黑森林以為多大的遊樂場所，因為把～寶寶身高滿120CM就補了一張票60元，結果坐纜車上去什麼遊樂項目都沒得玩，裏面衹有3個遊玩項目，再來説説温泉方面，小朋友不小心手環掉了，工作人員也沒有一點人情可講，罰了我40塊錢。反正不會有第二次這種地方了，垃圾的很。另外説的歡迎水果也沒有。

房間很不錯！因為淡季還幫忙升級房型！房間很大還有温泉池。因為去萬綠湖玩了回來有點晚泡温泉沒怎麼泡，虧大了。但是酒店包温泉和遊樂場真的很划算啦，遊樂場也一般般，裏面拍照真的出片

不會再來了。定的雙床房，早餐送一位，也不知道是怎麼想的。温泉，雖説無限次出入，但不是週末早上不開，要下午1點才開。網上説有60➕泡池，但實際開放的池子不到一半。黑森林樂園，玩樂遊戲少設備舊，纜車沒空調，還用磨砂膜封着……怎麼想得咧？
