Abbiamo trovato questo posto grazie ad una recensione ed abbiamo cenato due volte nel ristorante di questa struttura ed entrambe le volte ci siamo trovati benissimo: cibo ottimo, eleganza, cordialità... davvero da provare! La proprietaria poi è semplicemente fantastica!!!

Charming accommodations and fabulous people. A warm welcome from Eleni who had stayed on due to our delay. Beautiful apartment with everything you would want. Small and friendly hotel , never crowded and right in the centre of Koutouloufari. Breakfast basket was amazing as was our dinner in the restaurant. Spicy margarita ❤️ Cecilia and Ela ( not sure if correct) that clean the rooms were just the loveliest ladies. We would definitely return.

The Apartment was all that i could have wanted, fantastic views, plenty of room, modern shower room with lovely hot water from a powerful shower. more than enough hanging space and storage, the bed was very comfy and had netting if you wanted to use it, the staff and the owners can not do enough for you, they are friendly, helpful and super effcient. I will definatley be going back Eleni and Katie are amazing hosts. the whole Villa and rooms are kept very clean and tidy, and the pool is a good size with plenty of room around it to sunbath if desired on very comfortable cabana beds and sun loungers. Thanks so much for making my trip a memorable one.

Just returned from a fantastic 12 nights at villa Iokasti. What can I say? Firstly and most importantly Katy amd Eleni the hosts are the most lovely, kind people. All the staff from the maids to bar and waiting staff are so friendly. The rooms are immaculate and very comfortable. The pool area is well maintained, with beautiful flowers and herbs and plenty of sun beds.. The food is amazing, slightly different from the norm and attention to detail is 1st class. My husband's mum died while we were visiting and everyone was so kind and considerate. We are already looking at dates to return.

Just returned from 2 weeks and loved it. Katy, Eleni and staff made us so welcome and always on hand should you need them. Our 2-bed duplex apart was fab with a great view. Restaurant great & breakfast basket wonderful and great value. Def be back hopefully in the not too distant future! Thank you Villa Iokasti!!! 🇬🇷💙

Beautiful restaurant in the centre of koutaloufari & Piskopiano. Mainly Italian dishes with a few local dishes too. Friendly service and nice wine. We had pasta bows with salmon and chicken in cream with tagliatelle with a basket of bread to share. Will definitely return.

We've been visiting the villages since 2007 but never stayed here as we've always booked a package . We have eaten in the restaurant and we consider it to be the best in Koutouloufari. This year we decided to book Villa Iokasti and we are so glad we did. The place is family owned and run, and every single member of staff goes out of their way to assist you and chat with you whenever they are able. Kate and Eleni are the most wonderful hosts- so warm and welcoming. Maria and Kostas in the restaurant and Cecilia in housekeeping are wonderful people with always a smile and time to chat. The rooms are quite frankly the best we have EVER had the pleasure of staying in, every detail has been carefully thought through- and the finish of the room and decor is second to none. The pool area is small and intimate with enough space for everyone to relax in their own way- it has a rustic charm. The garden area is full of herbs which are used in the restaurant and our terrace was right next to it with the most wonderful aromas every day- just perfect. We travelled with family who were staying just up the road and when they found it impossible to relax at their pool, Kate welcomed them to use ours which was so needed and so kind. Villa Iokasti is a true gem, and one of the best I have ever stayed at❤️ the attention to detail, its charm , an the hospitality from the owners and the rest of the staff truly makes this your home away from home. A beautiful kitchen garden with fresh tomato and other vegetable, flowers everywhere and a really nice pool area 🤩🤩🤩 Nice spacious apartments with really comfortable beds - slept like an angel 🥰 Breakfast basket was amazing , and the restaurant- Wow 🤩 one of the best in Koutouloufari ❤️ high quality food …. Do not miss this gem ❤️❤️

We really enjoyed our week long stay at Villa Iokasti. It has a great location near most shops and restaurants in Koutouloufari and the beach is a 15-20 minutes walk away. Our studio room was air-conditioned, clean, comfortable and came with equipment such as clothes drying racks and cutlery. The poolside and main dining/lounge area is lovely and beautifully decorated to match the summer Mediterranean vibes. The restaurant food was delicious, as was the wine from their own vineyards. The staff are helpful and courteous and the owners very friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend!

The villa iokasti was excellent from start to finish. All the staff were very good, from the owner to the cleaning ladles. We had to miss the start of our holiday due to a medical emergency for our family pet. Everyone was really sympathetic to us, and this really did help us . The room we had was spotlessly clear and this was case throughout our stay. Would we go back? 100%.

I had an amazing stay in Villa Iocasti for a week in May. The Apartment Suite was spacious, modern and immaculately clean. The food in the adjoining restaurant was absolutely fabulous, it's clear they take great pride in the cuisine, using locally sourced ingredients. The owner Katerina and her daughter Eleni were fantastic to me throughout my stay. I'm glad I found this little oasis in Koutouloufari and will 100% stay here again.

From arriving at 10.00pm the hosts mother Kate and daughter Elini made us feel so welcomed along with Nicholas bar and restaurant manager; they further ensured the restaurant remained open so we were able to have an exceptional meal from a varied menu which made it hard for us to decide as they all looked so delicious to choose. We eventually tried different dishes over the stay which all were amazing, we also learned some of the herbs used were found in the gardens of the apartments. What can I say blown away by the size comfortable immaculately clean, tastefully designed and decorated apartment, equipped with all the essentials you need for self catering. The four poster bed which was spacious and comfortable clean soft pillows and bed linen. The house keeper Celina ( I hope I remembered her name correctly) ensured our apartment was serviced every day, including replenishing the flowers in the living area giving that extra touch. All the staff we saw and spoke to were so polite also ensuring you felt so welcome. The set up of the 20 apartments terraces gardens and pool are perfect for relaxing, feels as if you’re in your own little village. I will say it’s one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. If you have read this review, take my word for it you will not be disappointed, I am looking at returning in the very near future. Thank you all at Lokasti you are amazing.

Excellent accommodation beautifully designed and decorated. The facilities were excellent. The staff were very friendly and welcoming to everyone who came. Nothing was too much trouble. There was a daily maid service and they were always very friendly and helpful. A wonderful stay. The three villages of Koutouloufari, Piskopiano and Old HERSONNISSOS are delightful
