Staff are friendly, breakfast is good with variety of choices. The sea view is slightly disappointing. Sofa bed is not in good quality. Bottle water put on the table at 5 Euro per bottle - please either take them away or provide them free to customer. I would not say this stay is bad - but honestly a lot better experience for my previous stays in Hilton hotels in other countries. Don't feel I spent the money worthy this time.

The service at breakfast and executive room was terrible and not responsible. Racist even. I put the cleaning sign yet nobody came to clean the room.

Value for money in Helsinki. The location is pretty good, not in the center exactly but close to a public transportation hub. The breakfast is great.

A pleasant experience, really nice room, with a breakfast with excellent quality food, though limited selection. The staff, especially on the front desk, were outstanding.

It was a nice hotel. The room was clean and quite spacious. Do note there is no bellboy service (which is common in Europe) so you have to push your heavy luggages yourself. The breakfast was superb.

地理位置優越 在當地算比較好的酒店了 服務態度很好 樓下有個公園很漂亮 早餐甜品好吃

Huone oli sopivan suuri, mutta kylpyhuone ei vastannut toiveitani. Pesuallas oli näyttävän näköinen, mutta hieman epäkäytännöllinen. Bidee oli hankala käyttää. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja maukas. Henkilökunta oli asiansa osaavaa ja kaikki sujui mukavasti heidän kanssaan.
