Happy to be there. Good customer services. Able to check-in as early as 10am and feeling so happy after tired of travelling over the night. Location is so good. Avoid the main road for the hotel entrance. Well recommended...and definately will come and booking again.

Upon arrival, i was greeted by your staff. He was polite, friendly, respectful and help my luggage up to lobby. The check in was done smoothly. The room was spacious, clean and i know i made the right choice by choosing Centara hotel for my my 4 days trip. Hotel was just opposite lee garden market.. It was so convenient to get around to everywhere. The best part of the hotel is the Breakfast! There were alot of varieties of delicious food and its such a great day to start your day on the table eating while planning your day! Overall, it was such a Great Experience! Thank you Centara hotel! 😘😘😘

20 to 25mins drive from Hatyai International Airport. Always greeted by smiley and helpful staff.

The furniture and fittings are need to be refurbished, room need to be renovated, towel very torn need to be changed, corridors got weird smell but location is good.

Room preparation was not as per it's standard practice and come in to room for pick up, Hotel seems long didn't refurbished and maintained as it is.. poor experience that "rain falls" in the room in the morning.

Great service from all the staff at Centara Hotel Hatyai. Special thanks to Mr Methee & Mr Charat for the superb hospitality provided throughout our stay at the hotel. Location was good with many eateries around and Lee Gardens Night Market is just below the hotel. This is our 2nd time staying here and we will be back for sure. Thank you! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The service from the hotel staff was superb 👍 Except for the check in counter duty on 20th July. There is no smile from the face to welcome the guest!! It's show the personality of the person and overall of the hotel ambience. The management should take care of this situation as it reflect your rating and guest comfortable. The cleanliness of the room is very good 👍, please maintain it ya . The location of the hotel is absolutely 💯 centre of the night.. just walking distance to night market, easy to find the restaurant, massage centre and etc.
