We were delighted to find that our room was spacious and provided ample space for us to relax and unwind. The reading lounge in the room was a lovely addition, allowing us to enjoy some quiet reading time. The bathroom is spacious and clean. The check-in staff were friendly and willing to assist us with any inquiries or requests we had. The helpfulness and courteousness made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. Convenient Location: The hotel's location was truly advantageous, as it was within walking distance of Zhongyang Street, which is known as Asia's longest pedestrian street. This central location allowed us to easily explore and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Harbin. The inclusion of breakfast buffet and afternoon tea was a delightful addition to our stay. The hotel offered a decent selection of food during both meals, ensuring that we had a satisfying start to our day and a pleasant afternoon treat. Staff at the restaurant were always attentive and ready to assist us. They provided excellent service and ensured that our dining experience was enjoyable. Their attentiveness added an extra touch of warmth and hospitality to our meals. City Tour Arrangements: We were pleased to discover that the hotel had a local tour arranger at the lobby near the reception area. Ms. Tong Tong, the tour arranger, proved to be extremely helpful in organizing a private car for our city tour. She ensured that our preferences were taken into account and made valuable suggestions for places to explore. Professional and Polite Driver: Our driver for the city tour, Mr. Gwu MiAn, was exceptional in his professionalism and attentiveness. He took us to the places we wanted to visit and made sure we were comfortable throughout the journey. His kind and polite demeanor, coupled with his provision of water to keep us hydrated, added an extra level of comfort to our city tour. Overall, our stay at was memorable and enjoyable. The spacious rooms, clean bathroom, helpful check-in staff, convenient location, inclusion of breakfast buffet and afternoon tea with decent selections, and the attentive restaurant staff all contributed to a positive experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Harbin and seeking a comfortable and convenient stay.

Ottima posizione. A 10 minuti a piedi dalla strada pedonale Zhong Yang. La colazione è deliziosa. Personale alla reception cordiale. Letto comodo. Cesto di frutta FOC disponibile in camera. Nel complesso molto soddisfatto del soggiorno. Ci tornerò nel mio prossimo viaggio a Harbin.

Questo hotel si trova idealmente nel centro della città, vicino a tutti i principali negozi e ristoranti. Puoi anche camminare verso la cattedrale di St Sophia. Questo posto ha un sacco di fascino e carattere! La TV non sembrava avere film o altro oltre i canali regolari, ma era bella e confortevole. Il set di colazione era ampio e buon gusto - sembra che si siano abbandonati lo stile del buffet. Il personale non può parlare molto se non è inglese, ma io posso parlare abbastanza cinese e sono amichevoli. In generale è pulito e vale il prezzo.

La posizione geografica è buona. Sono molto conveniente per andare a Central Street Barock Style Street diversi luoghi famosi. 優點：這個酒店位於巴洛克風情街裏面，打車到南三道街步行到酒店兩分鐘，因為位於風情街裏面周邊環境沒話説，出門直接可以逛，吃飯也方便。服務也可以，之前電話溝通説樓下有個酒吧九點之前唱歌問可不可以接受，現場感受酒吧無噪音，酒店也貼心準備了耳塞沒用到。 缺點：室內裝修比較老，温度比較低，對於哈爾濱本地人來説，這個地暖並不暖，後面開空調又開暖氣才夠用。衞生一般，剛到酒店在浴巾上發現一根不明毛髮。 總結：這個價位酒店可以做的更好，酒店氛圍風景可以，但舒適感不夠。

Mercure Hotel exceeded our expectations with its outstanding service and excellent facilities. The room was spacious, clean, with all the amenities you could ask for. The hotel facilities were equally impressive, including a Dyson hair dryer, humidifier, Xiaomi air filter and The breakfast buffet was particularly delightful, with a wide range of choices to suit all tastes. Conveniently located, close to St. Sophia Cathedral & Central Shopping Street. Highly recommend and can't wait to return!
