Sono stato qui per un mese come volontario regolarmente in una comunità residenziale nelle vicinanze di Van Canh. È stata una grande esperienza. Ho avuto alcune camere diverse quando ho controllato per andarmene per un lungo fine settimana, e poi ho controllato di nuovo. È molto confortevole e piacevole, situato nel quartiere antico. Puoi facilmente camminare fino al lago Hoan Kiem, alla prigione Hoa Lo, ecc. E è proprio vicino alla strada Train, per vedere che arrivano i treni! Ci sono bar e ristoranti proprio fuori, e la porta addietro è la Porta dell'India, gestita da sorelle Rohit e Neha, con stupendo cibo e servizio! Tutti i membri del personale dell'hotel sono molto personali e utili. Mi piaceva vedere loro ogni giorno mentre andavo al lavoro. Ci sono i bagni forniti, quindi non uscirete mai, e ogni ospite riceve 2 bottiglie d'acqua al giorno come parte del loro soggiorno. Tornero' la prossima volta che sarò volontario.

Grande hotel boutique.Abbiamo aggiornato in una stanza di luna di miele per avere un po' più di stanza e finestre. Il personale si è sentito molto bene e amichevole - gridando a Hoang e Anne, che erano favolosi e la loro allenatore, che aveva poco inglese, ma sempre un sorriso grande sul suo viso. Abbiamo trovato la sua pulizia e in un posto molto bello, tutto era a pochi passi da qui, il lago, il mercato notturno, la prigione, il treno e le strade della birra. Hanno organizzato il nostro aeroporto per prendere non molto più che un taxi sarebbe stato. Il colazione incluso era piuttosto basso, ma penso che fosse adeguato al prezzo. Eravamo felici di avere un uovo cucinato o un po' di tosta o a volte andare a uno dei tanti caffè per un caffè tradizionale e croissant come è così economico.

Il letto 6 dormitorio era pulito e confortevole e abbiamo avuto una bella notte di sonno. Ci sono una luce da letto, un serbatoio libero abbastanza grande da conservare i grandi bagagli e una cortina per ogni letto per la privacy. Le bagni sono pulite, le docce sono calde e potenti, e ci sono anche shampoo e gel da doccia. Il Wi-Fi è grande e ci sono alcune zone comuni rilassanti che sono grandi per lezioni e attività di pianificazione, ecc. Lavanderia è disponibile all'ostello e possono girarla in 24 ore (al prezzo più basso) o anche più veloce (paga più). My recent stay at Marina Hotel was generally satisfying. Its location proved ideal for exploring the Old Quarter on foot, despite some street noise, which is common in this area. While the hotel maintained satisfactory cleanliness with daily room cleaning, our accommodations showed signs of wear, slightly detracting from the experience. The reception staff's fluency in English. Overall, Marina Hotel presents a decent option for visitors to the Old Quarter.

Location is in the center of touristy places, room is big, clean, has balcony. Breakfast is ok, got some public space to sit, many solo travelers. Reception very friendly, polite and helpful.

A brand new hotel that’s running for about 7-8 months. Staff were friendly but not too experienced in reaching out to customers for extra mile. Reserved here through a hotel ”finding service” at the airport. Rule #1 DON'T DO THIS. Reserve places yourself. They obviously get a kick back. I was charged $50. I checked reviews and found out the hotel was only $20, so I asked to cancel. ”CANNOT CANCEL”. I was assured I'd get the best room at the best rate. They would not change my reservation to a different hotel. Hotel is near the airport. That is surely the only positive about this place. There are about 20 stairs to access the lobby from the street and no hand rail. My room was big and on the 5th floor, #504, with views of the busy highway and truck traffic, and the noise that comes with that. There was no ”decor”, just a bed (with dirty, wrinkled, grey linens), a florescent tube on the wall, a very small television, a battered tiny refrigerator on the floor in one corner, and two folding chairs with a vase of plastic flowers. The room smelled awful. The most identifiable component of the odor was urine. The bathroom was filthy. The grout was black. There was rust on the fixtures in the sink. The ”shower” was a hand held arrangement and there was no curtain. The smell of urine was overwhelming. The toilet paper roll had clearly been dropped into something wet. It was puffed up and wrinkled around one end of the roll. There was nothing else available -- and a phone number nine digitis long didn't work when I called to try to get another roll of TP. The peep hole in the door had a wad of paper stuck in it. I think the apparatus had been installed backward, allowing people outside in the hall to look into the room instead of the other way around. This was the chosen solution to the problem. At 1:30 a.m. there was a very noisy altercation in the hallway outside my room. Bumps and thumps, raised voices, shouting. Maybe even a murder? Sounded like it. The ”all tile” hallways echoed the riotous exchange throughout the entire floor. No sleep after that... I skipped breakfast which was included because everything was so dirty. If I could give this place a zero I would. Without a doubt, the worst hotel I've ever stayed in after several decades of travel. Stay here at your peril!!
