The hotel room was well equipped, clean and has all the amenities as expected from Hyatt. The breakfast buffet had variety of food and if good qualities. The cocktail hour in the executive lounge was very good. From a few days before arrival communications by Mr. Edgar Tran, Ms Ngân and other guest service agent were very prompt, responsive, informative and their responses demonstrated there eagerness in helping customer. I want to especially thank you Mr. Edgar Tran for his caring, enthusiasm, promptness, pride and diligence in his duties are beyond his duties by Hyatt employee I have encountered. Because of him and the entire staff at Hyatt Regency West Hanoi that made my stay an extremely enjoyable and memorable one. Please share this feedback with Mr. Edgar Tran and entire staff.

Avevo un bel tempo qui con la mia famiglia, il nostro primo viaggio a Hanoi. Hotel era pulito e confortevole. Colazione buffet guerra un grande plus come parte del nostro soggiorno, eccellente qualità e cibo. I dipendenti erano molto ospite e professionisti. Uno di questi è stato Dung Le ( penso che sia il suo nome completo), il suo livello di attenzione e di attenzione ai dettagli era molto superiore e oltre le aspettative, poiché abbiamo bambini che hanno bisogno di aiuto aggiuntivo con bagagli. Ha dato grandi suggerimenti ai palchi locali per visitare anche, sembra avere grande conoscenza e esperienza nell'industria. Un piccolo negativo per i bambini era una piscina fredda, anche se si nuotano in essa. In generale, una grande prima esperienza hotelica che imposta il tono per tutta la nostra gita in HN.

I absolutely loved my stay in Au Viet Hotel and I can't recommend this place highly enough. The staff are all so sweet, friendly and unbelievably helpful. The hotel itself is really beautifully decorated and furnished. Everything is so clean and high quality. The bathroom was really beautiful spacious and clean with lovely toiletries (and a good size bath with enough hot water to fill it … a rarity in Vietnam so this was a real treat for me) And the bed !!! Wow !!! The bed was so comfortable. I slept better than I do at home in my own bed. If I hadn't been so busy I could have happily stayed in my room snoozing in that bed for my whole stay !!! Breakfast is served on the 9th floor and there's a good selection of foods and fruits, coffee, tea and juice and a guy cooking your eggs to order. I'm supposed to be checking out soon, but at the moment I'm still laid on my bed, soaking up the last bit of comfort and relaxation before I head back into the hustle and bustle. The local area is great too, with lots of little tea and coffee shops and local food stops. I'll definitely be back to stay here again. Thank you Au Viet 🙏🏻

Questo è un hotel che uso ogni volta che viaggi a Hanoi. Molto vicino alle strade coreane e un paio di giorni di prezzo! Questo è l'ostello. Anche se non viene fornito colazione, ci sono ristoranti dove si può avere colazione per circa 2.000 won in Corea proprio davanti al Rotel, che è molto conveniente. Gulgu Le camere sono di 40 metri quadrati, quindi è possibile utilizzare le camere spazialmente. Lo legero' qui per il mio prossimo viaggio d'affari a Hanoi. - E' nero!

Stavo qui per 2 notti in una camera Deluxe e mi sorprendeva la vista della città, e i servizi offerti. La stanza era super spaziosa con cucina completamente attrezzata e frigorifero. La colazione era così bello e fresco. Il pasto leggero al 17° piano, alla fine della serata e del pomeriggio, era assolutamente fantastico. I miei complimenti a Lap, il manager del ristorante 17th-floor (mi scuso se ricordo il suo nome sbagliato), per la sua calda ospitità. Certamente il migliore del meglio!
