The check-in experience at your five-star property proved shockingly substandard: prolonged wait times culminated in a breakfast entitlement dispute where staff attempted to charge for extra breakfast. Despite resolving the error, the absence of apologies or accountability revealed systemic management failures. Such operational negligence starkly contradicts your brand positioning, demanding immediate corrective actions.

The staffs were very polite and helpful. We gotten a free upgrade to the room with super king sized bed. The room was very spacious and comfortable, thank you very much. We enjoyed the drinks and cakes at Garbo bar the price was reasonable for a 5-stars hotel. We will definitely come back to stay in this hotel on our next trip to Hanoi. There are lots of eateries and museums within walking distance.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Located in the heart of old quarter it’s very convenient to roam around the area. The staff are extremely hospitable they even go beyond their ways to help service you. Specially the front desk, they are very warm and welcoming. The only draw back is that the soap and shampoo was not automatically replaced on the next day, but it was a minor detail. The restaurant staff are also extremely attentive, I find it a bit weird that the egg station is enclosed and you need to tell the waiter that you want to order eggs and Pho as it’s not readily available, but it’s forgivable as their Pho is really delicious. Also the waiters are really great. The room is also immaculate. It’s clean and spacious enough. The pool is quite small but it’s already enough to enjoy a quick dip and have a nice overview of the city. One downside is that they do not have a full gym, they do have an exercise room but it’s just a make shift extra room from the spa. So if you are looking for a hotel with a gym then don’t keep your hopes up. All in all it’s definitely a great place to stay in Hanoi, definitely value for money.

Il personale di servizio è molto cordiale e si occupa delle tue esigenze quasi immediatamente. Vorrei fare un saluto a Jacky, il direttore dell'hotel. Great location. Great service always at Movenpick. For the first time in a long time, after multiple business travel in the region, these towels do not give off any hint of pungent bleach smell. It was a delight.

今回は母と妹とステイしました。ホテル最高でした！何もかも美しく美術館の中にいる感覚に。アフタヌーンティーもすごく美味しかったです。なんといってもスタッフの方がみんなとても親切でフレンドリーです。できる限りこちらの要望に応えてくれる素晴らしいサービスでした。　 ホテルマンのSangはわたしたちにおすすめのお店などを丁寧に教えてくれました。タクシーの予約などもしてくれました。彼の接客にわたしたちはとても癒されました。また必ずハノイ旅行の際はカペラに宿泊します。　ありがとうございました。

L'hotel potrebbe essere vecchio ma, cosa più importante, le camere sono spaziose e sembra di essere a casa. E pulite. La pulizia è molto importante per me. Le camere sono ”enormi”! Adoro questa dimensione di oltre 80 mq, è così bello avere camere grandi una volta per tutte!! E i bagni sono puliti e grandi! La posizione è eccellente, è a circa 10 minuti dal quartiere vecchio ma la posizione intorno all'hotel è buona: alcuni bei ristoranti e in genere molto meglio che soggiornare nella zona del quartiere vecchio che può essere un rischio.

Il personale dell'hotel è gentile e cortese, l'organizzazione è premurosa e attenta e il posto è pulito. C'è anche una bellissima cameriera che ci aiuta a organizzare tutto. Il nostro volo di ritorno a Hong Kong è alle 9 e lei ha organizzato una colazione da asporto da portare via alle 6, attenta e calorosa.

Hotel was conveniently located to the Hanoi Railway station and about a 15mins walk to the Old Quarters. Staff were friendly and conscientious to our needs. Heard from the team that new facilities (spa, pool) will be ready within the month. Will definitely be back to check these out next time!

The hotel is located in the heart of Hanoi just near the Lake and many restaurants and cafe nearby. The service was excelent especially in the Front Desk and the breakfast staff they are wonderful. The manager is helpful and very warm and excellent hospitality. We highly recommend this hotel and we definately will return to this hotel.
