Hotel a 5 stelle a Hanoi Hoàn Kiếm

I had the most amazing time in this hotel for the last 3 days. - The location is as good as it gets - The room was clean and comfortable - The beds were made for a perfect night's sleep - The breakfast was out of this world. A huge variety of local of western dishes always changed from day to day. Al ways one of the highlights of my day. - The staff were always kind, polite and responsive to any of my requests. I would like to mention Miss May, Miss Rose, Ms An and Mr Jacky. They have all made a difference to my stay. Not to mention the small gift received open check-in out. Thank you Splendid Premium Hotel for making my stay in Hanoi special.

The location of the hotel is very good, and the area is also very large, but the facilities are relatively old, which needs to be improved. The service staff has a good attitude and the response is very timely.

È molto conveniente scegliere l'Anatole Hotel Hanoi in cui soggiornare. L'hotel si trova proprio accanto alla Cattedrale di San Giuseppe, a 1 minuto a piedi. Di fronte alla chiesa c'è CONG CAPHE (Internet Celebrity Café), aperto fino a mezzanotte. C'è un BANH MY MA MA (hamburger di baguette vietnamita) dall'altra parte della chiesa. Ha un sapore molto buono. Apre alle 7:30 del mattino e devi fare la fila per circa 20 minuti ogni volta per comprarlo. Non lontano, c'è un negozio di noodle e involtini primavera vietnamiti chiamato (noddle & Roll), riconosciuto da Youayou Travel Network. È pulito, igienico e ha un buon sapore. L'hotel si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dal Lago Hoan Kiem e dal Teatro delle Marionette sull'Acqua, il che è molto comodo. È un po' lontano andare a Train Street per guardare i treni, ma puoi arrivarci a piedi. L'hotel dovrebbe essere considerato più vecchio, quindi le strutture non sono buone come quelle dei nuovi hotel moderni, ma le condizioni di salute sono buone, il personale di servizio ha una buona attitudine al servizio e la pulizia è tempestiva. Questo soggiorno era il compleanno di mia figlia, quindi l'hotel ha organizzato la camera in anticipo e ha preparato torte, pasti freddi e bevande. C'è una responsabile delle vendite di nome RUBY nel reparto vendite, a cui è stato affidato l'organizzazione dell'intero processo. RUBY è molto seria e responsabile, risponde a tutte le richieste e risponde a tutte le domande. Ha anche organizzato il ritiro di un'auto speciale e trasferimento all'aeroporto Grazie mille per il servizio fornito da RUBY. Questo hotel mi ha lasciato un'ottima impressione e consiglio a tutti di soggiornarvi, soprattutto per la sua comodità.

The hotel is a beautiful blend of classic charm and historic elegance. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm smiles. The bomb history tour was fascinating, the breakfast was delightful, and the spa provided the perfect relaxing experience. A truly memorable stay!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our trip to Vietnam. The cleanliness of the entire property was impressive — everything from the lobby to our room was spotless and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay, always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. The breakfast each morning was a highlight, offering a good variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day right. We also really appreciated the hotel’s location — it was perfectly situated near key attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it easy for us to explore the area. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vietnam.

Il personale dell'hotel è gentile e cortese, l'organizzazione è premurosa e attenta e il posto è pulito. C'è anche una bellissima cameriera che ci aiuta a organizzare tutto. Il nostro volo di ritorno a Hong Kong è alle 9 e lei ha organizzato una colazione da asporto da portare via alle 6, attenta e calorosa.

L'hotel a cinque stelle dispone di ottimi servizi e strutture, ma non dispone di ciabattine, spazzolini da denti e rasoi. Si prega di comunicarcelo in anticipo. Al momento del check-in mi è stato offerto un bicchiere di succo di mela, che era delizioso. Ci tornerò quando verrò in Vietnam più tardi.

1. Vegetarian food options are limited, even though we had clearly mentioned during checkin. 2. The location is quite nice, there are ATMs around the hotel 3. The music session in the evening is very good 4. The staff is helpful But, their room service and housekeeping is terrible 1. The service, specially room service is TOOOO slow 2. The shampoo, bath gel weren't refilled 3. We upgraded to the suite which should signal that we are looking for a luxurious stay, but the room service guys rudely told us that they only give 2 bottles of water per day (in a suite! where families would stay, where guests might come). We have stayed across multiple hotels in multiple cities of Vietnam but this was the first time we had heard of such a policy in Vietnam

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Located in the heart of old quarter it’s very convenient to roam around the area. The staff are extremely hospitable they even go beyond their ways to help service you. Specially the front desk, they are very warm and welcoming. The only draw back is that the soap and shampoo was not automatically replaced on the next day, but it was a minor detail. The restaurant staff are also extremely attentive, I find it a bit weird that the egg station is enclosed and you need to tell the waiter that you want to order eggs and Pho as it’s not readily available, but it’s forgivable as their Pho is really delicious. Also the waiters are really great. The room is also immaculate. It’s clean and spacious enough. The pool is quite small but it’s already enough to enjoy a quick dip and have a nice overview of the city. One downside is that they do not have a full gym, they do have an exercise room but it’s just a make shift extra room from the spa. So if you are looking for a hotel with a gym then don’t keep your hopes up. All in all it’s definitely a great place to stay in Hanoi, definitely value for money.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights and all was very satisfactory. On the first day of arrival, Harry introduced us to nearby restaurants and attractions, he was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast at the hotel was also good and the waiter offered us the coffee we would like each time. Our check out was also delayed by an hour by our request and Stella gave the kids a gift, our kids were very happy!It was really appreciated! Overall, it was a very cozy hotel!
