The hotel was located on the main street, so there were many restaurants, marts, and coffee shops. The exterior was decorated splendidly. The hotel room was clean, and the bathroom was clean. Breakfast was buffet style, and lots of food was served. If you are food lover then i just suggest only this hotel in Hanoi. The staff were kind, too

Este hotel está muy cerca del barrio de las embajadas, mucho más tranquilo que el casco antiguo. Se ve bastante nuevo y por tanto reservamos directamente con el establecimiento a través de email (enero 2023) una suite especial del piso 9º (planta noble hasta donde llega el ascensor). Un dormitorio amplio con cama grande (bien de colchón y sábanas), armarios, perchas, ventanales a la ciudad, mesillas, a.a. y tv satélite. Al lado, una sala de estar amplia con muebles, un sofá no muy grande (en las fotos se veían 2 sofás), otro a.a. y otra tv también satélite, un espacio de cocina con frigorífico grande (agua de cortesía) y precio normales. Un buen baño, moderno, amplio, con encimera y amenities, muy buenas toallas y ducha grande con mampara, presión de agua normal y ventana exterior. Bien de limpieza (diaria) y buen wifi. Recepción y zonas comunes suficientes. (2 ascensores y piscina interior). Personal amable. Check-in a las 12 (igual que el check-out). Al principio querían darnos un ático del piso 11, pero nos negamos porque son más pequeños y el ascensor no llega a ese piso. La zona de desayunos es muy pequeña (solo 3 mesas) y tuvimos que desayunar en una de las mesas de recepción (mesas redondas muy pequeñas, pero al menos separados del resto por el tema COVID). Un bufet no muy variado (huevos/tortillas a petición) y no muy bien presentado, además de repetitivo (fruta escasa y solo pan de molde). Si algo se terminaba, había que pedirlo a la camarera, aunque no tardaba mucho en reponerlo. La calle Doi Can es algo estrecha y con tráfico intenso, llena de restaurantes y tiendas, pero el hotel se retranquea de forma que los únicos ruidos que llegan al piso 9º son los ladridos (conitnuos y muy molestos) de los perros de las cercanías. Por otro lado, en esa misma calle tiene parada el bus nº 9, que por 7.000 dongs (unos 30 céntimos de euro) te lleva directo al lago Hoan Kiem en pleno centro (y vuelve por el mismo camino) en unos 20 minutos. El hotel está a minuitos caminando del complejo del mausoleo de Ho Chi Minh, Pagoda del Pilar Único, Museo de Historia Militar, Ciudad Imperial, Palacio Presidencial y Templo de la Literatura. Transfer al aeropuerto por unos 12€. En resumen: un buen apartamento en una buena zona tranquila (mejor que en el caso antiguo), por un precio ajustado para la calidad ofertada (1.100.000 dongs por noche con desayuno, es decir, unos 43€), si bien los desayunos pueden mejorar bastante.

Hotel moderno e funky, ben situato quattro vecchi quartiere e stazione. Buona stanza di dimensioni con eccellente doccia. Camera confortevole e attrezzature occidentali abituali . punti di carica USB, bagni da bagno gratis. La zona sociale è ben dimensionata vicino alla reception e offre un bar ben ammazzato. La colazione è servita anche lì e l'opzione di utilizzare strutture più distanti per cucinare la vostra!

Sono stato qui per un mese come volontario regolarmente in una comunità residenziale nelle vicinanze di Van Canh. È stata una grande esperienza. Ho avuto alcune camere diverse quando ho controllato per andarmene per un lungo fine settimana, e poi ho controllato di nuovo.
È molto confortevole e piacevole, situato nel quartiere antico. Puoi facilmente camminare fino al lago Hoan Kiem, alla prigione Hoa Lo, ecc. E è proprio vicino alla strada Train, per vedere che arrivano i treni!
In una nota più pratica, c'è un Circle K sotto il blocco per qualsiasi cosa si possa avere bisogno, e un lavandino vicino alla porta che fornirà i vostri vestiti alla reception del vostro hotel. Ci sono bar e ristoranti proprio fuori, e la porta addietro è la Porta dell'India, gestita da sorelle Rohit e Neha, con stupendo cibo e servizio!
Tutti i membri del personale dell'hotel sono molto personali e utili. Mi piaceva vedere loro ogni giorno mentre andavo al lavoro. Ci sono i bagni forniti, quindi non uscirete mai, e ogni ospite riceve 2 bottiglie d'acqua al giorno come parte del loro soggiorno.
Tornero' la prossima volta che sarò volontario.

From the first moment we stepped into this hotel we were impressed. The service is outstanding! The staff go out of their way to assist you with anything you need. From day trips to local eats, this place goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are spacious with very clean, comfortable beds. Very nice boutique hotel in the middle of the Old quarter near shops and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They really go out of their way to help you as needed. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Great air conditioning. Breakfast was very good and a lot of choices. It is buffet style and you can also order different foods like Pho, banana pancake, Vietnamese egg rolls and so much more.

Ho prenotato in questo albergo basandomi sulla posizione strategica: al confine tra la città vecchia e quella più moderna, in modo da poter visitare tutto a piedi. Ma in realtà il valore più grande di questo albergo è nella cura dedicata dal personale agli ospiti. Sono stata 3 settimane e mi hanno aiutato a organizzare escursioni a Ha long bay e Sa Pa, corso di cucina e visite per la città. Ogni volta che mi muovevo in città mi prenotavano il taxi dicendo quanto avrei dovuto spendere per evitare fregature. Lo sky bar e il ristorante dell'hotel hanno cibi ottimi e vista mozzafiato aulla città. La silk road, ottima per i regalini, è a 3 minuti a piedi. Il mercato notturno del fine settimana inizia praticamente lì accanto. Ma malgrado questo l'hotel è un posto tranquillo, con una spa che è un'oasi di benessere e tranquillità. Posto veramente da raccomandare!

I really enjoy the stay here. The hotel is very modern, very clean. Plesantly surprjse actually. They dont offer breakfast. They are just opposite cafe giang (the famous egg coffee cafe), few mins to the lake and the temple. Quite near to the post office to send post cards back home, near bahn mi 25, near the night market as well and dong xuan market. What is not near is the train street, which is the other side. Overall super convenient, near the bus stop as well if you are taking public transport from the airport

ZZhepingSebbene l'hotel sia piccolo all'interno, il servizio è decisamente a cinque stelle.
Ci sono circa 4 camere al primo piano. I letti e la biancheria da letto nelle camere sono davvero confortevoli.
La colazione è ricca di contenuti e voglio mangiare ogni opzione. Ci sono uova precotte, spaghetti di riso, bevande e caffè tra cui scegliere. Mi sento sempre pieno a colazione~
La sala spa annessa era molto pulita e i tecnici erano molto qualificati. È stato uno dei migliori massaggi con pietre calde che abbia mai avuto. Si consiglia vivamente di provarlo, dura circa 60-70 minuti.
L'addetto all'accoglienza alla reception ha fatto un ottimo lavoro, fornendo rinfreschi e riposandosi nella hall Al momento del check-out, ho ricevuto un souvenir inaspettato, che ha reso felici le persone. Sicuramente sceglierò nuovamente questo hotel la prossima volta che andrò ad Hanoi.
L'hotel è situato in un vicolo tranquillo e a pochi passi dalla vivace area urbana.

UUtente ospiteHanoi is a great destination for anyone interested in far East. Its history, beautiful nature, and wonderful people offer travelers a wonderful experience. Our hotel made the experience far more enjoyable and memorable. La Siesta is in a great location to get a good sense of daily life in Hanoi. I suggest getting a room with balcony if you can. The breakfast is elaborate with many options to choose from and rooms are quite clean. There is also a good size heated pool though I would have liked it a bit warmer. But the best part of our stay at the hotel, was the staff. Everyone was so welcoming and greeted us with a smile every time. If we needed to find a place to see, they would take time to look and share their suggestion. For us, with no prepackaged travel plan, this was great. They arranged some of the activities for us and they all turned out great. The food tour is a must with a knowledgeable tour guide. The hotel arranged the entire thing. I would certainly go back.

The rooms, the breakfast, the rooftop bar and the location are great, but -- as many other reviews have pointed out -- the best part of staying in this hotel is the interactions with the staff, and here's why. The people who work at this hotel are beyond charming. They are masters of being great hosts. They are endlessly attentive without ever being burdensome or overbearing. They are polite. They are knowledgeable. They can help you with anything you need. If you've lost your faith in humanity, they will restore it. Frankly, as an uptight, over privileged American, I don't know how they do it. Perhaps they like their jobs or they really care about and are genuinely interested in the guests. It does seem that way. Either way, it doesn't matter. Stay here and experience it yourself. You'll be glad you did.

JJustincchongPerfect stay at Mina Hotel & Spa! I stayed for the weekend and found this hotel to be well maintained, warm and friendly. I love how every staff tries to be friendly and get to know their guest. Likewise, I feel at ease when return to the hotel every night.
I got the premier room on the 5th floor and it had a nice view of surrounding buildings. The room has adequate amenities - including soap and shampoo, toiletries, kettle and coffee making equipment. While the bed was abit hard, it was comfortable and clean. Pillows were comfy, but sadly only 2 were provided. There was a large flat screen TV with Netflix pre-installed and a nice curtain that made waking up in the mornings, enjoyable. The toilet could have been better designed as there was no shower curtain of divider between the bath tub and the main area, making bathing a mess.
The hotel also serves breakfast in the morning - but I found it to be a tad underwhelming - though I understand the hotel may not receive many guest. Included in the breakfast is an egg station, pho / porridge station, stir fried foods, fruits and basic breads. Coffee and Tea was also provided, but it was fairly basic. Nevertheless, the service made up the lack of good breakfast - staffs try their best for make your breakfast a comfortable experience.
I don't remember the names, but I'd like to thank the staffs (between 23/9-25/9) that made my stay a wonderful one.
Location wise, Mina Hotel & Spa is well located amidst the hustling streets, and at the end of beer street, with 5-10mins walking to the lake. It's also located near a bunch of street foods, which makes this hotel a perfect place to stay, wander and eat your way through hanoi.
I also tried the Spa and found it to be professional, extremely clean and it's service, exceptional. I got the VIP Combo 1, which included a facial, hair wash, foot soak and a body massage. While I particularly enjoyed the facial and hair wash, the massage was average and not strong. The masseuse had slightly long fingernails, which felt a tad uncomfortable during the massage. Nevertheless, the facial and hair wash was exceptional and left me feeling fresh and alive.
Overall, Mina Hotel & Spa will be a hotel that I'll visit again when I come to hanoi again. It's fair to say despite its inconveniences, it's warm hospitality and personal touch to its guests makes up for it.

Il manager è un uomo molto piacevole che cerca di darvi un buon soggiorno e con un senso di orgoglio nel suo lavoro (una rara esperienza di questi giorni).
Tutti i membri del personale erano molto gentili, amichevoli, attenti e di aiuto!!!!
Hanno inoltre organizzato un decollo aeroportuale a un prezzo molto conveniente.
Hotel e camera puliti senza spot.
Non posso ripetere abbastanza.
Se tornassi a Hanoi, ne ripresero' la mia vita.

UUtente ospitePros: Il personale era estremamente gentile e accogliente e disposto ad aiutare con qualsiasi cosa e tutto se menzionato. È una posizione fab con Hoan Kiem lago ben a passeggiata, ma non proprio nel mezzo del vecchio quartiere eccitante, quindi è possibile ottenere un buon sonno di notte (la nostra stanza non aveva una finestra, quindi non sicuramente se questo è vero per le camere con finestra). I letti sono stati cambiati ogni giorno e anche i pulizie giornaliere, ma altre strutture come carta da bagno, shampoo, lavastoviglie, ecc non sono state colpite durante il nostro soggiorno. Cons: siamo arrivati dopo il controllo in tempo e la nostra stanza non era pronta, che non era ideale dopo 17 ore di volo, ma anche comprensibile che a volte altri ospiti si escono tardi. Credo che per questo si siano spesi a preparare la stanza, il che significa che non era completamente pulito, ad esempio, capelli sul pavimento, impronte digitali sui specchi/vetro. La nostra TV non funzionava, il wifi era molto lento durante il nostro soggiorno, e la doccia fu fredda per i primi 2 giorni che per essere equità era bene considerando quanto era caldo. Booking.com ancora afferma che la colazione è disponibile qui ma non ci è stato detto niente circa la colazione, e vale la pena notare che le foto utilizzate dalla proprietà sono certamente non accurate. La proprietà è bella, ma non come le foto. La nostra stanza era senza finestre, e non ricordo se questo fosse stato menzionato durante la prenotazione. Non ci lamentavamo perché 1) siamo molto stanchi di viaggiare, e 2) pensava che fosse un caso di ottenere quello che paga (sala di bilancio/hotel). Tuttavia, considerando il punteggio elevato, la proprietà ha su booking.com e su questo, è importante lasciare un'immagine più accurata della proprietà. In generale, consiglierei ai viaggiatori di bilancio, ma ricordate che avete quello che pagate

The location of this apartment is the biggest advantage. It is a 5-minute walk from the 86 bus stop (from/to the airport). Also, it takes 5-10 min strolling to reach the Old Quarter and Dong Xuan market. Plus, 20-25 min walking will bring you to the Ho Chi Ming mausoleum. Everything far would require a taxi or a scooter via the ‘Grab’ app.
Generally, this apt has a solid ‘3’ out of ‘5’. Everything you needed was there: a full-size kitchen, a microwave, a two-section fridge, a washing machine, a fan, an AC, a TV, a kettle, a cooking stove, all utensils and plates. The bathroom, a sink and a loo are clean, a hairdryer works well. You could even have a full foamy real bath (I was too lazy to extra clean the bath, that’s just me. Extra precautions). The bed is fine, and the bed sheets were clean. Nothing to complain about.
Now, why it is ‘3’ (or maybe ‘3.5’). For this money per night, in other places, you’ll get a 20-24 sq.m. room. While this apt generously will host you with 60 sq.m. (I have to confess, it was the main reason I chose this place among the locations). This place feels really like a proper apartment. Pay attention, this is not a ‘Hotel’ but a ‘Home-stay’ or an ‘Apartment’. There is no Reception desk. Nobody will meet, greet, and assist you. You will be on your own with any questions you may have upon arrival. Moreover, the entrance to this apartment goes through… the sushi restaurant. Yep. Right through the tables with people eating. Plus, the instruction sent prior to my arrival with all digital codes to open the doors to get in/out looked more like a maze or a puzzle. Good news, from 10 am till 10 pm the front restaurant door is open and you won’t need to worry (at least) about one of the ‘getting-in game’ challenges.
Al-in-all, with all instructions provided by Trip.com and the owner, I managed to check in smoothly, had a nice Hanoi vacation and didn’t mind some hiccups with local neighbours downstairs getting up early and starting cooking their breakfast)))

Questo è il miglior hotel aereo intorno all'aeroporto di Hanoi Noi Bai, e a un prezzo decente. Non aspettate colazione a buffet intercontinentale, saloni d'affari e simili. La stanza è abbastanza nuova, pulita, funzionale e grande. Nonostante essere vicino all'aeroporto, non si può sentire nulla dall'aereo di atterraggio. Il colazione è semplice al meglio, e il personale sembra ancora in ”formazione”, con solo Brian come ”capo”. La piscina al tetto non sembra ben mantenuta, e la sala di intrattenimento è stata completamente abbandonata, con la tavola da football e da biliardo lasciato per raccogliere polvere mentre è diventato un deposito e parcheggio. Ma ehi, è un hotel aeroportuale. L'obiettivo è avere le persone a dormire per una notte prima di lasciare immediatamente. Si trova in una zona rurale molto bella, quindi non si aspettano alcuna catering o negozi di comodità stabiliti vicino. Pensate ai piatti di strada e negozi di forniture a casa. In conclusione, il miglior hotel aeroportuale vicino all'aeroporto di Hanoi Noi Bai.

The bed is so clean, and the washroom is equipped with everything in it.
By the way, sitting at the receptionist, I saw how they treated the other client, that's what we call customer service.

UUtente ospiteI really liked the location of this place in how it is near a lot of food, fruit, and vegetable stands. I also liked how it is near a lot of mini stores where I can go pick up things that I need. Owner is very nice and loans me things that I needed. She is very respectful to me calling me sir. Hotel maid was very friendly to be around. I like how there was a portable convection stove for me to cook things with. I like how there were silverware, chopsticks, and dishes that I can use to eat my food with. Very good deal to use the washer where it only costs 20,000 dong for the first time and free for additional uses. I liked how it was near that big Winmart grocery store.
Hotel room was very clean. I liked how it had this small space where I can hang my clothes up to dry which was perfect because it was directly underneath the air conditioning unit of the room upstairs where it gives off the heat which dries it faster. Hotel always has a fresh clean set of towels available whenever I need it. Hotel always has toilet paper available whenever I need it.
The only thing that I didn't like was that now and then, there are spiders, where I had to kill 2 of them. I also had to deal with a big spider on my last day. I am somebody that has a fear of spiders.
I might comeback to this hotel in August, September, or beginning of next year when I comeback towards Hanoi in Vietnam and the situation fits for me.
