Non male per il posto Non c'è la TV nella stanza, si trova fuori dalla stanza nell'area comune Nel complesso è molto pulito Ottimo da prenotare per viaggi in famiglia, hai la possibilità di chiedere l'intero piano di 5 o 6 stanze Condividerai una dispensa, un grande frigorifero, un distributore d'acqua, un grande divano e un'enorme TV

Old but clean hotel. Lot of local business people staying there. Indoor pool is awesome. Lake view room is nice. Close to the pagoda and a nice cafe called Laika is a 5 minute walk. Bit farfor a walk to the old quarters, but taking a Grab car is easy, cheap and convenient. One weird thing when we were checking out and waiting for our Grab car, the concierge was trying to check the app to get specific details on our next destination.

I recently stayed at Rey Hotel Hanoi and wanted to express my gratitude for the wonderful experience. The hotel was immaculate, and the service was exceptional. Il proprietario è molto accogliente e l'hotel è molto nuovo. La stanza è pulita e spaziosa, è vicino a molte marcia e altre attrazioni turistiche. Puoi anche lasciare il bagaglio al check-out mentre aspetta il vostro prossimo volo.

The hotel is in a quieter area of Hanoi but surrounded by shops, coffee shops, supermarkets & food outlets. The hotel has only been open a few months so all new & modern. The Breakfast offers vietnamese cuisine as well as western food. Excellent. The staff in all departments are excellent. We will return to the hotel. Thabkyou .

I did not expect that the lobby is under renovation i kinda got disappointed but the room and location is great

Our overall stay was good. the rooms are clean and tidy. the staffs were so nice and kind. they accomodate us early in the morning when we arrived from sapa. they even offer to book a car to send us to airport on the last day. I think its safe to say that Viets are nice people. the location is a walking distance from the old quarter which is good for people who like a more peaceful envioment. I can recommend this hotel to my friends.

Great stay at Le Jardin Hotel and spa. I booked the sky executive suite for my stay in Hanoi and room is spacious. Service staff also friendly and helpful to provide recommendations around the area. Did spa and my nails at the hotel too. Additionally, celebrated a birthday at khue restaurant which is located at the 12th floor of the hotel. Service staff made special efforts for the decor that night and also gave us a complimentary cake.

Overall good hotel, spacious and clean room, nice rooftop swimming pool, decent breakfast. If need to find a couple of remarks, those could be: - service at the pool can be improved. Timing itself is already strange (it opens at 9 when it’s already 35°C outside and closes at 18 when it’s not even dark yet). Furthermore, on my last day I arrived at 9.45 for a quick dip, and nobody had put yet the pillows on the chairs, opened the umbrellas, provided towels, etc. I had to do everything by myself even though a staff member saw me going to the pool. - breakfast gave me mixed feelings: it’s really good to have some fixed buffet items + some a la carte options (including egg station), but that quality is in contrast with having boulangerie items regularly 1 or 2 days old. Again, overall good experience, but some things can be improved.

Tutti i membri del personale (la squadra di front desk : Kathy, Emma, Christine, Lyn, James, Mendes & Johnny) e la squadra di De Spice (restaurante a 8/F) sono super carini. Tutti sono attenti e disposti a dare una mano in qualsiasi momento, mi ha fatto sentire come a casa, stare al nostro. C'è una questione minore al doccia nella nostra stanza, il team di ufficio frontale aveva informato ufficio indietro immediatamente e la riparato rapidamente. Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per 15-17Mar e poi 2 notti per 18-20Mar dopo Ha Long Bay crociera, non abbiamo bisogno di controllare di nuovo, sembra che tutti i dipendenti ci riconoscano e preparino già la chiave della stanza per noi, quindi non ha dovuto aspettare, apprezziamo molto. La posizione dell'hotel è molto buona, è facile andare a Old Quarter & Train Street. Ho fortemente raccomandato Hotel De Lagom & tornerà certamente sul mio prossimo viaggio a Hanoi.
