L'hotel dispone di due ingressi che rendono comodo l'accesso. Gli spazi e la hall luminosa che funge anche da zona colazione sono un altro punto a favore. I servizi sono ottimi e la comunicazione con il personale è facile. Il personale è molto utile ???. Grande scelta per la colazione.

Ottimo servizio con prezzi accessibili. Jasmine, Tony e il resto dello staff hanno offerto un'esperienza indimenticabile. Inizialmente avevamo prenotato per 2 notti, ma dopo aver sperimentato i loro umili servizi abbiamo prolungato il nostro soggiorno. Molto pulito, situato a distanza dalle principali attrazioni.

Hotel eccellente per il valore, praticamente vicino alla zona della città e gli autobus possono venirti a prendere facilmente! Anche il personale era estremamente cordiale! Grida a Edward per essere uno staff estremamente gentile nel guidarci!

Non mi importava dell'hotel perché era un viaggio da solo. Il personale era davvero gentile. Era bello fare una colazione semplice. Particolarmente. Grazie Alisa per esserti presa cura di me ed essere mia amica!! Se vado ad Hanoi con il cuore leggero, tornerò. ^^

Il nostro soggiorno al Golden Cyclo Hotel è stato per una notte prima del nostro giro in limousine del giorno successivo a Sapa. La camera era pulita ed efficiente. Tuttavia non ha finestre, quindi questa potrebbe essere una buona cosa se sei preoccupato per il rumore delle strade. L'insonorizzazione può essere migliore, ma nel complesso è stato un soggiorno piacevole e piacevole con un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo.

We are family of 4 members traveling to Hanoi this time. The hotel location is very good, walking distance to reach few famous places. The hotel provided buffer breakfast and afternoon tea. Food is good 👍 and yummy.😋 Overall experience is excellent 👍

Didn’t really like the cleanliness, only good thing is the location and the dual exit/ entry doors that result in the 2 different streets. Breakfast was mediocre at best

The staff at this hotel were exceptionally kind and helpful! I've travelled to more than 30 countries and stayed in loads of hotels. The staff here were the some of the kindest I've ever encountered. We stayed for two nights before traveling around Vietnam and at the end of our trip decided to return to this hotel again because of the nice people who work here. Also, for those looking for a location close to a lot of sites and restaurants, I recommend this one.

All the workers there were very sweet and amazing! Breakfast was actually also good because they literally made me an omelette! The olds are a bit old and damp feeling, but that’s it!

Check-in was smooth, and the hotel staff were very kind and friendly. The breakfast buffet was good, the gym was not very well-equipped. The location was very good as it was walkable to almost all parts of the city centre.

Cleanliness can be better, general it’s still satisfactory. Location is good as it’s close to the night market. Staff service is awesome as they are friendly and able to communicate in English.
