Ho pagato anticipatamente tramite trip.com., ma ho scoperto che l'hotel detiene ancora i soldi della mia carta per il pagamento completo anche se ho effettuato il check-out per 2 giorni.

Essendo un membro Marriot da anni e sono ancora reale per Marriot non solo per il suo ottimo servizio, ma anche per il buon cibo e la bella camera. Decisamente carino per tutti voi.

Uno dei migliori hotel del gruppo Marriott in cui sia mai stato. La mia famiglia è stata molto benvenuta. L'unica preoccupazione riguarda gli ascensori. Era sempre pieno, impiegando molto tempo per il tuo turno.

Splendida posizione e disposizione il posto è proprio nel centro della città

ottima posizione, molto vicino alla nuova linea Elizabeth. molto male perché l'allarme antincendio alle 4 del mattino sveglia tutti i clienti.

My mother and I stayed in the Curve Suite, and the experience was exceptional. The service and facilities in the room were incredible—everything was spotlessly clean, and any issues or needs were addressed within minutes. The room itself was spacious with stunning views, and the mattresses were incredibly comfortable. The Executive Lounge was also outstanding, offering breathtaking views and a fantastic selection of snacks and drinks, which were constantly replenished by the attentive staff. If I had to mention one small improvement, it would be that the lounge could be a bit larger to accommodate everyone more comfortably, as there was occasionally a slight wait during peak hours to find a seat. However, this minor detail did not detract from the overall exceptional experience. I would especially highlight the service at the Buffet and the Front Desk; both were highly responsive, attentive, and hospitable. A special thanks to Fanny, the Assistant Front Office Manager, for making our celebration so special and enjoyable with her outstanding support and care.

Lovely and polite staff…very clean hotel! Great locations … loads of shops and restaurants. Will definitely be visiting again.

Well located just a short walk to train, mall and many eateries around. Room is clean but decoration is not what usually a 4 star marriot looks like. Very basic. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Staff were all helpful.

Great hotel good location, it is next to DFR station and line but to be honest you don’t really hear them and it’s interesting to watch out of the room window. 

A comfortable stay with friendly staff and great service. Will definitely return.

Nice to stay here  shopping mall is 10/15 minutes talking to Its something like pudong 陆家嘴 fanacial center in SH

Staff was helpful, I left behind my smart watch and the hotel have arrange on my behalf for the watch to be delivered to my home country!

The location is good while the room was placed at the lowest floor.

A bit old and some noise came from the train line....Hotel amenities was not so good.Shower in rhe bath tub is not good ....
