Il mio recente soggiorno è stato a dir poco deludente. È chiaro che la pulizia e il servizio clienti non sono la loro priorità. La camera era disgustosa: angoli sporchi, ciocche di capelli trovate sul letto, un'unghia finta rotta in bagno, muffa in bagno e sul soffione della doccia, federe e lenzuola macchiate, ciglia finte sulla toletta, una generale mancanza di igiene che ha reso impossibile un soggiorno confortevole. Il personale è stato costantemente scortese e indifferente, senza mostrare alcun interesse nel risolvere i problemi o nell'assicurare un soggiorno piacevole. Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo deciso di partire un giorno prima a causa delle condizioni insopportabili e di una notte che ci ha tenuti tutti svegli a causa del rumore proveniente dal piano terra e dal seminterrato. La receptionist non si è nemmeno degnata di chiedere perché ce ne andassimo prima. La loro totale mancanza di curiosità evidenzia ulteriormente la mancanza di attenzione dell'hotel per la soddisfazione degli ospiti. Questa è la peggiore esperienza in hotel! Cercate altrove un soggiorno più sicuro, confortevole e pulito.

The location of the hotel is far away from all attraction place. However, the staff is very kind and helpful. In overall, we enjoy the stay!!.

The overall experience at this hotel was great. The staff are all friendly. Huong, the receptionist was amazing and very helpful. I do recommend getting a room with a balcony as other rooms don't have any natural light. The location is good as it is close to a lot of things. Thank you!

Good location that is near to old quarter, room is clean and tidy. Free breakfast provided but hope that there is a different menu each day as it was the same for 2 days when we are there. Good place as price as decent considering it is a budget hotel.

Good place to stay and near the Old Town, the staff was amazing and very helpful.

Looked a lot better in the pictures, a bit worn out. The breakfast is certainly not worthy of the price.

Clean, well equipped hotel in a pretty good location. We got a high floor room with a nice balcony amd a view. The staff was very helpful and responsive, and the included breakfast was substantial. I would stay here again.

I found the hotel to be a good location ,the room was clean ,with all amenities, tv and everything worked well ,the staff on reception were very helpful and friendly, I would stay again .

Beautiful boutique hotel. Breakfast served at 10th floor. Worth the price and location is good.

Generally the location is not that accessible to tourist attractions such as Dong Xuan Market and shopping malls. Service not that good such that the make up of the room was not done as expected after I specially went out to shop just for the staff to do their stuff. I had lit up the make up room button b4 I went out and I came back at about 3 hours later.

The staff are very helpful and for a budget place, the location is great walkable to the train street. However a few things to note that I wish I knew before booking, the windows look into an internal wall with a tiny bit of outside light, practically no windows so you can ignore the listing saying windows. The hot water is really warm water shower, which at the same temperature for winter would be cold. The apartment seemed quite clean overall but the cups looked like they hadn’t been changed over for a while. There is zero sound proofing so if your neighbours come back at 4am you will be woken by them when through ear plugs.

great hotel, not my first stay, just a reminder to all travelers they will close the shutter at night, but u can just knock and they would open for u
