Very bad hotel not honor any commitment , we booked for 3 rooms for our bussnis trip and paid, it cancelled by the hotel when we check in at 18:30 after long meeting and bandung full hotels without any solution juat stated they advised us 1 hours ago???? Will not and cemerlang htl not in all our list - careful scam hotel

OK hotel , quite spacious, near to shops like Kartikasari, murtabak telur, grill sweet potato... Tv reception should be better Room slippers ,coffee, tea, mineral water are complementary Free wifi are ok
