The hotel near from Hang dae. The staff give us enter even its 6.00 am. Actually, the lift until 11 floor n' we must go by manual to the 12 floor. The breakfast is ok n, early... Tks

it was amazing! the moment we arrived we were greeted with spectacular hospitality, we were blown away. room was big and although the aircon had some issues it was quickly rectified — superb service! would definitely come back to stay again.

Our room was really clean, with a nice view on the city and a good size . The bed was really comfortable. The staff is the best , they speak good English, they are really friendly and helpful . The breakfast has a good variety and change everyday . It’s a really good place close from everything .

The place is nice and clean, in front of hanoi railway, attendant is very accommodating and approachable. Safe neighborhood. Very recommendable 🥰🥰

I had a wonderful time staying at Spoon hotel in Hanoi. The location is great and close to the main destinations, two minute walk from the train street. The staff was awesome, very welcoming and did their best to help me once needed. They also prepared fruits, cake and flowers on my b-day which absolutely blew my mind away ! They also handle low cost amazing trips to the places near Hanoi. I highly recommend this hotel to all my friends !

The location is in the market but conveniently located near the train street. The bed and the pillows are soft and comfortable. The foods are good enough for the price. The only downside about this hotel is the door of the room. There is a small opening where you can be seen from outside.

Amazingly friendly staff. Extremely helpful without being pushy. We were on a budget, not group-tours, trip and they offered us great options to travel north and south. Helped to book trains, buses and even moto taxis. Wonderful local street food suggestions for foodies-lovers like us. Sweet, respectful, knowledgeable and flexible. And location is just perfect if looking to be downtown. Genuinely the best experience ever!

Very quiet hotel, good sound insulation but still in the heart of the town. the owner is such a nice and helpful person, she helped deal with some issues that I had. The English is well spoken. Room is cosy, clean, tied up, very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

The place is in the old district of the city and have a lots of shops and markets around. It’s very convenient place with a good price. Definitely easy.
