Personale carino ed entusiasta, tariffe economiche, molto facile raggiungere il centro

They did not prepare the right type of room first and then asked us to move to a new room for every day, which made our stay very inconvenient. Also the rooms are pretty old looking and not very clean. The only good were the room design and the location.

Great location, great staff (July, Hà, Hang, all very helpful), clean and well equipped

Khách sạn có ưu điểm lớn là - Gần bờ hồ, đi bộ vài bước có thể đến khu trung tâm, nơi thường có biểu diễn nhạc sống - Có 1 chị nhân viên lễ tân rất nhiệt tình. Tôi cần chuyển phát đồ, chị đã đưa tôi đến tận bưu điện để gửi. - Nhà hàng nằm ở tầng 10 có view bờ hồ Nhược điểm - Không sạch sẽ, từ giường ngủ đến nhà vệ sinh, chắc ko được lau chùi một cách bài bản - Thiết bị cũ, cửa phòng tắm của tôi ko thể khép kín

Chúng tôi đặt khách sạn 3 đêm qua Trip.com đã xác nhận booking và trừ tiền của chúng tôi. Nhưng khi tôi đến nhận phòng thì tiếp tân yêu cầu chúng tôi huỷ đặt phòng trên trip.com đi do giá chúng tôi book dẻ hơn giá của khách sạn. Chúng tôi từ chối thì ngày nào nhân viên khách sạn cũng yêu cầu chúng tôi huỷ n*** cả khi chúng tôi đang đi chơi nhân viên ks cũng gọi điện làm phiền.

Hotel is dated but clean and adequate facilities. The staff are the hotels best feature, along with the lake view. Quynh on check in was very friendly and helpful. Juli was full of great advice and welcoming. The lady on breakfast was wonderful. Breakfast was a decent selection with good coffee. Thank you for helping us.

Hotel was nice enough to open up their top floor for us to watch the ***** new year fire works.

Great location - on a quieter street but still right in the middle of everything. Breakfast was delicious with an amazing view. Juli was very helpful in booking our tour to halong bay and beyond. All other staff were friendly and helpful.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, it’s a 1 minute walk to the lake and central to all amenities. The view from the rooftop dining area is gorgeous. But there appears to be a missed opportunity, whilst we were there the bar was not open, and during the NYE festivities this may have been an advantage to them. The rooms 601, 701, 801 and 901 all have lake views with a small unfurnished balcony. It’s worth the extra to pay for these rooms. I would have scored them a 5, however, there was a couple of things not quite right. The kettle wire did not reach the socket, so had to boil the kettle elsewhere. And although the rooms and dining area appeared clean, the corridors were dusty on the handrails and floors etc. Julie the manager is a credit to this hotel, and she arranged our trip to halong bay, which although, not exactly as described by her, it was a fantastic couple of days in the bay. Recommended bars and restaurants. Homebrew bar, (for craft brew beers) Little Hanoi, beautiful food and reasonable prices.

Very central location in the Old Quarter. Great view from 10th floor rooftop breakfast area. We arrived early without a booking and manager was very accommodating with juggling a room and letting us in early. Reception staff otherwise very friendly and eager to assist. Clean and comfortable.

Girl at the reception was very friendly but it is the only positive things in the hotel. Very dirty room with noisy AC so you cannot sleep very well. Well located near the city center.
