La camera che ho prenotato era un po' troppo piccola per due persone con due o più valigie grandi. Abbiamo avuto problemi con la pulizia perché le nostre tazze da caffè e i bicchieri usati sono rimasti senza essere puliti per tutte e 3 le notti!!

Una statistica abbastanza buona nel complesso, la stanza era di buone dimensioni anche se avevamo prenotato una stanza d'angolo aspettandoci una vista a 180 gradi e ci hanno dato solo una piccola finestra, ma è stato un peccato. Il bagno pubblico era buono

Hotel giapponese tradizionale essenziale. Le camere sono piccole ma pulite e confortevoli. Il bagno pubblico è buono, soprattutto perché i bagni delle camere sono molto piccoli. La colazione era nella media.

Very convenience place for before or after flight from HND airport. 24 hours 7-11 and Aeon and drug store are nearby within minutes walking distance. Parking can be paid but need advance booking with the hotel.

Amazing hotel. Been going back this year as I stayed last year!!!!! Over the bridge across the hotel there is a 24/7 supermarket that has everything you want to buy!!!! Public bath is available at this hotel

Great customer service. Me and kids came at 1am & they allowed kids to get nap in sofa at lobby . Even they allowed to use restaurant area to eat ( we bought food outside ) after checked out time . Very nice staffs

Easy for business travelers to go around the town and exhibition area

Near tokyo disney, not too expensive, clean. Shops and mall are near as well. Rooms are "big" for Japan.

We were very welcomed by the Korean Japanese lady, who explained everything that we needed to know, including transportation information, shuttle information, etc. It was a pleasure and a privilege to meet her

Staff are all nice and friendly; Rooms are clean and tidy but too small. Breakfast food is fantastic!

We enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect for us. Shuttle service to Toyosu Station. Nice breakfast.

Good location. near lalaport & aeon mall. quite far from toyosu station but there is a shuttle bus. however the shuttle bus runs on specific time intervals. overall good stay

We arrived at 12:00pm noon they wanted 10,000yen to let us check in early 3:00pm check-in time. I took off my shoes and laid down in the lobby. They said we could not sleep there and to go across the street to McDonalds come back and we can check in at 2:00pm for free. We did go to McDonalds came back at 1:45pm they made us wait till 1:55pm to check in to the room that was made up and ready at noon waste of 1hour 55minutes. We had a 3 night reservation you think they would accommodate you if the room is empty. Check out is 10:00am which seems early Hotels in the same area have 11:00am check out times They spray some disinfectant spray or air freshener all over the room That spray had us coughing and stuffed up The Onsen was clean and open around the clock I used it once it was really nice
