La camera è in una buona posizione, proprio accanto al bar della metropolitana per il check-in delle celebrità su Internet, ma la camera è nella media. Vantaggi: l'atteggiamento del servizio è buono, c'è un minimarket al piano di sotto, a 5 minuti a piedi dal caffè di Internet Celebrity Train Road e a 15 minuti a piedi dalla strada dei bar. Svantaggi: non ci sono finestre nella stanza, l'ascensore non può raggiungere direttamente la stanza ed è necessario salire una rampa di scale. La stanza è rumorosa, l'aria condizionata, il frigorifero e l'aspiratore sono tutti molto rumorosi nella stanza e rende difficile dormire tutta la notte. Non raccomandato.

La posizione dell'hotel è ok, è vicino alla stazione ferroviaria, a cinque o sei minuti a piedi dalla strada ferroviaria. La lobby non è grande e di solito c'è solo un membro del personale alla reception è molto bello e anche il fratello giovane è molto entusiasta. Può aiutare gli ospiti con i bagagli. C'è anche il tè di benvenuto e il loro inglese è molto buono. Ho prenotato due stanze con i miei amici, una camera singola senza finestre e una camera standard. Era sufficiente per vivere in una persona. Poiché non c'erano finestre, l'odore era un po' strano e l'aria condizionata doveva essere accesa tutte le volte. tempo il condizionatore d'aria di Daikin era molto silenzioso. La cosa più brutta è che nel bagno c'è poca acqua nel soffione mobile e fuoriesce solo nebbia. È impossibile fare la doccia. Anche il soffione fisso sopra la testa non riesce a sciacquarsi bene che posso ritirarmi solo dopo aver soggiornato per tre giorni. Se la camera è cambiata e la doccia è ok, credo che resterò altri tre giorni.

Il servizio era buono, ma il bagno nella camera in cui alloggiavo era separato per l'uso, il che era molto scomodo. L'aria condizionata era rotta dopo aver soggiornato per una notte. L'hotel forniva solo un ventilatore elettrico perché era troppo tardi per cambiare camera Non c'è stata sincerità nel fornire altri compensi. Si consiglia di soggiornare in questo hotel solo per un giorno e provarlo. Non è adatto per un lungo soggiorno.

Il personale era eccezionale, sembrava che fossero orgogliosi del loro mestiere e lo prendessero sul serio. Molto disponibile e sempre di buon umore. Si è preso cura di me.

Great location. Not noisy and still in the center. The hotel employees are wonderful. They help with everything needed. The room we got was unpleasant, and we were upgraded free of charge to another room. The room with the 2 beds is large and spacious. But the high score goes to the reception staff who do everything to make the stay comfortable. They even agreed that we would leave our luggage with them even if we didn't book a hotel for the night because we continued by night bus.

The staff were very friendly and helpful for the information.the room has complete aminities, The hotel is near to the metro station and you can take a walk around the area, i tried local cuisine in the restaurant nearby The food was excellent.

Great location, in walking distance from the train street and old town. Some of the nicest staff, very kind and helpful. They kept my luggage before check in and then already put it in the room for me. The room was nice and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Got mini fridge, kettle and complimentary coffee/tea.

Bed are not comfortable and some hair are on the bed . The receptionist are helpful with smile all the time.

Good location as it’s near trains street

The hotel is located in busy area (old quarter) if not mistaken. The room was clean but abit cramped. The main issue during our stay was the water supply was interrupted during midnight when we wanted to have shower. It lasted about 15 minutes before resuming back to normal. Other than that all were ok

This has to be the most affordable clean hotel which is literally at the centre of all the places you would want to see in Hanoi city centre. It’s close to the train street, the famous Banh Min 25, note cafe , the lake and more. I had a pleasant stay. I highly recommend it.

Absolute garbage room, was disgusting dirty smelly, toilet overflowing. Contacted management they said they would fix it so we sat there while they turned water off then we couldn't shower. They said nonrefundable. So it's ok to have broken dirty rooms but since nonrefundable can't get money back? What a sick rule. Trip should Vet these hotels and stop being so greedy. We are travelers and shouldn't have to deal with scam turds like this
