Location was perfect! Staff very friendly and helpful.. Breakfast was great value for money.
Close to Lake for morning walk and close to all the action in the Old Quarter...

My flight from Da Nang to Hanoi was delayed by an hour so I arrived in this property at almost 2 a.m. I was earlier advised to just ring the doorbell as they close the gate after midnight.
I only pressed the doorbell once and immediately, the gate opened. The lad at the reception checked me in immediately so I can rest.
Room has all the amenities I needed: free bottled water, coffee, tea, electric kettle, mini-bar with cold water and soda. The bathroom is well-equippef with toiletries and hairdryer. The water pressure is perfect. The toilet has a bidet. Wonderful! Do not forget to turn on the hot water switch. It should be located near the bathroom's light switch.
Free breakfast too!
The following day, the lady at the reception arranged for a private car (VND 300,000) to take me to the airport for my next flight.
The location is near Old Quarter and Hoa Kiem so book this one when you're in Hanoi if you want a private room for yourself.

The hotel very close to the famous St Joseph cathedral and many other tourist. The room is nice and the staffs very helpfull too.

Great Location, great rooms, very comfortable and super helpful staff. Very good selection of breakfast and staff are very accommodating if you need to make a substitution.

The room is clean. The hotel is situated very near the lake, shopping areas and convenient to go just about anywhere.

I loved my stay in Hanoi, the staff are very attentive and go above and beyond to make sure your having a good stay, they helped me book an airport transfers, a tour group and transfers to Ninh Binh which is my text stay. I’ve already booked another nights stay when I’m back in Hanoi. They kept my bags safe whilst I went on the Ha Long Bay. Rooms are nice and the best location.

Good location near Sword Lake and many tourist attractions, near many restaurants. Enthusiastic staff transfers luggage to assist immediately when needed. We will be back.
