A great place to stay for a tourist who wanted to experience old quarter. Clean and well maintained hotel. Workers were accomodating and friendly.

Location was very good, in the heart of the busy city. Hotel customer service was excellent.

Our stay was good. It is located well within the old quarter, so many shops and restaurants around. The staff were helpful. The rooms are quite big, and the beds and linens comfortable. The room was rather clean. We got massages from the spa which, while not bad, could have been administered a bit more professionally. The hotel does not seem to have masseuses on staff, but calls them in from the outside.

too pricy too overprice locations not easy acessible... staffs are not friendly

Das Hotel ist auf jeden meiner Extrawünsche eingegangen, der Service war enorm freundlich und sie sind kurz vor dem ***** New Year sehr zuvorkommend gewesen, ich würde wieder kommen.

備註的高樓層並沒有安排。房間光線一般。第一天沒放浴帽等物品。而且每天都讓換房間。因為讓換房間，急忙把行李拿下來寄存，因為她説原來的房間十二點前退，新的房間兩點後入住。結果回來又發現少了一件寄存行李，嚇一跳，查了半天是因為工作沒交接，也不知為啥行李有一件被送到了原來的房間。最終房間説讓換又沒換，行李還被搞來搞去。莫名其妙折騰人+搞虛驚一場。搞什麼？！！

服務不錯，主要是位置好

방안이 습하고 어둡고 창문이 가짜 창문으로 답답함. 올드타운내에 위치해서 이동이 편리했음. 프론트 직원이 친절해서 좋았음.

本來是預訂的額外收費多加了250 真當是罵人呢？還不能退攜程也是**收了別人那麼多手續費都現在我頭上了，投訴又***不管用！

服務態度好，酒店環境很好地理位置方便就在河內老城區。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。

房間很大，洗澡水量很大舒服，在旅遊區裏面，出行相當方便，樓下spa也很專業
