Il condizionatore d'aria nella stanza che ci era stata assegnata era rotto e ci siamo lasciati ingannare dal fatto che fosse controllato centralmente e si accendesse di notte. Ma il fatto è che si è rotto qualche anno fa e il problema non è stato affrontato. A quel tempo, il Belgio era entrato nella stagione estiva e l'hotel non era disposto a cambiare camera con noi, ma ci ha dato solo tre ventilatori. Non merita di essere definito un hotel a quattro stelle!

Over all great hotel. Clean and nice staff. Easy access to town center with about 10 mins walk to manneken pis and Grand Place 🙂

Overall I was quite satisfied with the hotel. The room was quite spacious, with can accommodate 2 open baggages (still leave room to walk). The amenities using were L’occitane. The heater and hot water works perfect. There’s also heater in the toilet which I was quite happy about) Just one minor issue during stay, we had requested for the slipper at the front office on the first night and was told that the housekeeping was closed or something. They will be brought on the next day so we expected to have after the room service of the next day. After out for the whole day on the next day and back to the room found still no slipper provided. Since we stayed 2 night we just didn’t bother to go ask again which probably received the same response.

very good location and big rooms close to Midi and Square. arrived early in the morning paid 40 euros for early checkin.

Los chicos que atienden en recepcion nos dieron un trato excelente, la habitacion que nos asignaron era super hermosa, amplia y super limpio todo. Sin dudas que volvere a este hotel pronto
