7Seasons Apartments Hanoi

This is the absolutely worst apartment. They posted a posted as 3 bedroom apartment with a common area, but what it truly looks like when we arrived is, it was 4 small rooms sharing a public hallway with a kitchenette and tiny “king size” beds. To enter the property, you go through a busy cafe, no elevator, and with 4 flights of chair. The worse part? The public restroom of the cafe is located in one of the flights of stairs to the room, there was no secure door to separate the hallway and the restroom, strangers can come up right into the bedroom doors! We have a 5 year old, 8 year old and a 14 year old with us. There’s no way the beds we’re king size beds, you can’t fit 3 people in it so my husband and I needed to sleep separately to accompany our 8 year old and 5 year old. Wait, there’s more. I complained to Trip about this, so they contacted the owner and the owner declined a refund. The owner did not even exert effort to help get our luggages upstairs. They listed they have a washer, but there was no washer at all. The owner also got upset that I complained to Trip and texted me angrily - absolutely not professional. This property is not worth it. It’s also not very clean. In one of the rooms, there was a useless bath tub in the middle of a common area. Disastrous property! NEVER BOOK THIS!!!

The apartment was cozy and felt like home. The kitchen had all the basics, and the bed was comfortable. Location was perfect close to shops and cafés. Would stay again without hesitation.
