The apartment is located in a small alley, not far from Hoan Kiem Lake. The booking display does not match the actual occupancy area. There is no elevator. The stairs are very noisy at night when someone goes upstairs, which affects the rest. It was an unpleasant accommodation experience.

The room is not clean and with very noisy construction site just in front of the window which makes the window super dirty and I even couldn’t open the curtain. Otherwise the construction workers will see me in the room directly. No privacy at all !! I was awaken by the noise from the construction site in front of the window every morning and sometimes even cause the shaking of the room because the excavator was working and hit the base of the building wall. It’s the worst and dangerous hotel experience that I’ve ever had. The host service and attitude were really bad either!! Fully NOT recommended !!!!!

Great Guestrooms in the Heart of Hanoi. The Staff was super friendly and helpful. I can highly recommend everyone to stay here.

This hotel is a scam. They expose more rooms than they have. You contact them to ask about check-in and they give you a completely different address saying that you haven’t paid for the room so they give you what’s left (even though you have to pay in order to book it 🤷♀️). Additionally, judging from the previous reviews the pictures are fake. The property looks a thousand times better than in real life. I spent half of the day to get the money back. DO NOT STAY HERE

Absolutely lovely and cozy room with sufficient amenities for an extended comfortable and hassle free stay. Loved the little tea spot in the room and the woodworks design, a shame I couldn’t stay longer.

My friends and I had a great vacation here. My group really enjoyed staying here. Every room is beautiful, luxurious and has windows. The equipment is still new, fully equipped for our group to use. In general, my group is very satisfied with everything here.

Delicious coffee downstairs. I can use space to wfh and the apt is so great as well. I will come back soon. Thanks

Nice hotel. Worth the money. Good service

Отель с очень красивой кофейней внизу и неплохим расположением. На этом все плюсы закончились. А минусов хоть отбавляй: 1. Очень маленькие номера; 2. Коммуникации проведены не внутри стены, а снаружи и вы слышите как кто-то наверху смыл унитаз или помыл руки. Ужасные звуки и очень громкие. Спать невозможно. 3. Очень тонкие стены и вы слышите своих соседей, даже если они разговаривают шепотом. 4. Самостоятельное заселение. Это целый квест, а если вы заселяетесь ночью, то попасть вовнутрь практически невозможно. Короче, уважаемые туристы, я не советую вам бронировать тут номера. Максимум на 1 день и куда-то переезжать.

Удобное расположение мини-отеля, очень атмосферное место и находится над кофейней в центре Ханоя, недалеко от озера Хонкием)) В номере есть своя кухня, отель не предполагает завтраков.  Рекомендую отель и если вдруг приеду снова в Ханой, то обязательно остановлюсь здесь)

Wir haben eine bose Überraschung erlebt. Angekommen am Standort wird man über enge Treppenstufen ins Hinterhaus eines Cafés geführt, ohne Fahrstuhl. Man landet in einem Mini Zimmer das von Unprofessionellen umgebaut aber von großartigen Fotografen abgelichtet und hier ins Netz gestellt wurde. Leute glaubt den Fotos nur zu 10%. Gleich bei der Ankunft wurde uns mitgeteilt (als wir schon im Zimmer waren), dass wir übrigens nur für 1 Nacht da bleiben können, man hätte aber ein anderes Zimmer am anderen Ende der Stadt. Ganz klarer Fall von einer Überbeleg der Buchungen. Wäre das zweite Appartement nicht doppelt so groß gewesen, hätte es uns unseren Aufenthalt in dieser Stadt absolut ruiniert.
