L'hotel è vicino al ponte e le porte principali sono chiuse per lavori di ristrutturazione, è molto scomodo prendere un taxi. Ho pagato quasi 230 $ per una notte e non ne vale affatto la pena. Il servizio è molto lento e funzionano solo per evitare di lavorare più velocemente. La colazione non è fresca e quasi tutti i prodotti sono aperti, non coprono molti prodotti con un coperchio. Ho costantemente ricordato loro di pulire la stanza, oppure sono passati o non hanno avuto il tempo di pulirla. Ho perso lo zaino e chiedo loro di usare il loro telefono in reception, perché non avevo una scheda SIM, hanno detto che costa soldi, orrore, non parlerò al telefono per un'ora e ci vorrebbe solo pochi secondi. In generale, non consiglio di soggiornare in questo hotel, ovviamente, se non paghi 230 $ a notte come me.

Windows were extremely dirty (although the hotel announced that they are starting cleaning it, they never managed to clean the ones in my room during my stay). The bathroom door is poorly positioned, making it difficult to move or stand comfortably when it’s open. The location is good, Business Bay metro station is nearby, but Dubai Mall / Burj Khalifa are not really in a walkable distance.

Room is big and spacious. Well maintained

Ms Hannah at buffet service is super nice! I was having sore throat and she gave me lemon! She also checked with me every morning how my condition went! She is the best!!! For overall service is very good , we got problem with water on bathtub but the maintenance came fast and fixed immediately !

Room was good, but there no hot water at showering

Good view of the Burj Khalifa from the hotel room. I couldn’t ask for more! Room is nice. Only downside is the water leaks from the shower room and it was kind of messy and wet on the whole bathroom floor

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was fantastic – the staff was friendly, the rooms were spotless, and the amenities were top-notch. The location was super convenient, and I felt well taken care of throughout my visit. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Old Hotel but very good Condition, they upgraded my room to Junior Suite, thus really nice gesture. Will stau here again someday.

Very nice place, the location is perfect, supermarkets nearby, Burj Khalifa is just in 20-25 minutes walk from the hotel.

We had two and breakfast was included. but I've been to many different types of hotels and the breakfast here was very excellent. As for check-in, although it wasn’t very fast, the guy at the reception tried very hard to check us in quickly. His name was Mehran Abbas and we were satisfied with Moxamed Nasir on some issues, thanks to them.
