Everything was perfect! It was our family trip, celebrating my two children’s birthday. The hotel had prepared cakes upon our arrivals and arranged us a connecting rooms. The breakfast was nice. The afternoon tea was quite surprising. The overall service was excellent and we had a wonderful stay.

Lounge at 58th floor is perfect and beautiful view. Food and service are excellent as well.

We needed a room so we booked last minute. The hotel is really steps away from Shenzhen North station. The room is so nice and spacious!

Great location, located right next to Shenzhen North Station. Clean and spacious room. The staff there was super helpful and friendly and provide great advice helping travellers get around the city. Highly recommended.

Excellent location located 4min walk from railway station. It is convenient and easy to get to. Breakfast buffet featured Western and Asian cuisine, lots of selections to choose from. Will be going back again when i travel through here.

Breakfast is good. We have good time in gym & steam room. Room is great. Just the mojito cocktail could be better. More natural mint flavour with mint leaves.

Overall is good except the facility in room seems not a little old and the view is unclear with mist because of poor air quality.

Free upgrade to suite. Have an amazing view !

the location of the hotel is wonderful as it is just next to high speed train station. however, the air con seems not function well and it makes me very hot in the night

Had to go to work from Shenzhen north to Hong Kong. We picked Pullman as you can walk from level 3 straight to the high speed station. It takes only 3 mins. Location is superb and Staffs were awesome.

Nice room, and right beside the north high speed train station so easy to get on a train. Not too many options for eating though, and only one place thats in the lobby to eat. Mall food options also not too great.

To find this hotel, exit the East gate of Shenzhen North rail station. The hotel is just a short walk, maybe 100 yards at most, keeping to the left until you see a set of steps leading to an none descript entrance door of this super tall building. The entrance does not say Pullman, but there is a large sign in Chinese that does say Pullman before the steps. Once inside, there are signs posted in English directing you to the elevators which take you to the lobby on the 46 floor. Breakfast is ok, a bit of western (waffle/pancake/eggs, sausage,/ cerial), but mostly traditional chinese fair. View is spectacular. Room service easy with Q scan, portions are small and price is high. Service attentive and English no issue.

Overall a good experience. Location is excellent. Price was a bit high during a public holiday.
